I engaged Accurate Movers to move my elderly parents from Thrall, TX to San Antonio. This was no small task as my parents, in their 90s had lived in their home for decades and furthermore, had lived through the Great Depression. Based on this, they have a tendency to hang onto things and those things were of great sentimental value. Accurate Moving provided outstanding service for these precious people and their treasured belongings. Accurate Moving was on time to provide an estimate. Their estimate was reasonable and furthermore, their estimate proved to be accurate at the end of the move. No surprises. On moving day, the team was on time, professional, careful and fast. They got my parents belongings loaded, moved and unloaded without any delay, without any damage and without any concern. They were kind and polite to my elderly parents AND they had great follow-through after the move to make sure everything came out as planned. 5 stars, two thumbs up and a hearty recommendation to anyone needing a professional moving service in Central TX.

The two movers with Accurate Moving were given specific instructions, but chose to ignore them. Lead guy tried to take a big screen tv off the wall by himself and almost dropped it. After (finally) finishing loading the truck, they just drove off---never said a word to us. When they finished at the move-in site, the lead guy completed the invoice and said, Gratuity is not included! and walked off. We know they work for tips and tipped them anyway. The office manager assured us that owner of business would call us. They cashed our check, but we never heard from anyone. Also, they never communicated the following, so be forewarned: they charge a minimum of 4 hours and do not accept credit cards.

These guys were great! They had my house loaded up in 30 min or less and handled my 3rd floor move like champs. Very reasonable pricing, especially for the amount of care they took with my things. Would definitely use for my next move waaaaay in the future.

These movers are amazing and very professional and did outstanding work. They moved my whole house with no incidents and were very careful handling my personal belongings. These guys have a great positive attitude and put my mind at ease. I was so stressed and these guys gave me the peace of mind to have trust in them and did an amazing job. Worst movers I have ever encountered. They have zero knowledge of how to pack things. If you are a fisherman or have other hobbies move everything by yourself. Better yet find other movers. Rods and reels jammed in the bottom of boxes. Zero protection from damage. Other gear just jammed in boxes. Watch out for the quote too. Charged way over what they said.By the way just came across a propane bottle under a 4x4 in a box. Unbelievable

I cannot say enough great things about Accurate Moving!!! I have seen the job they do many, many times and they always take exceptional care of everyones belongings! Accurate Firefighters Movers is a terrible reflection on the Firefighters who serve our communities. Firefighters instills confidence, trust, dedication in the mind of the public. Unfortunately that is NOT carried over in A. Firefighters Movers. My household was moved 6 miles on good roads and I experienced shocking damage. A man came out and rubbed some stain on the scratches and took my sewing machine for 5 weeks. It suffered irreparable damage although they straightened a bent steel thread-holding arm but did nothing to realign the machine after that. Glued a large part broken off at the screw, used 0000 steel wool to smooth out deep scratches all over machine and case leaving a dull finish. Left a hole where a big chip was broken out of the case. Three neighbors in my senior retirement building suffered their own horrors as well. Is this company using the Firemen name to gain favor and influence customers to contract with them? It was a sad experience for me and my neighbors. Worst-case of deceit.

I also didn’t have a great experience with Accurate Firefighter Movers- mainly complaining about the service after they were paid. They made mistakes and assured me they’d work with me, but ended up not doing anything to rectify them. If they were indeed reputable, they wood standby their work. I would not recommend their service. E-mail I sent the owner (Jeremy) soon after our move below (they did absolutely nothing to repair the damages to our furniture and items). It has been many years since our move and to this day I am still upset with our experience with this company! So, I decided to write this review. Please beware-they don’t stand by work. I would consider other options.Hi Jeremy,I am contacting you regarding our move on September 28th. It has been nearly a month and our claim has not been resolved. Please treat our claim with high importance. I would like to get the damages repaired and move on. I sincerely appreciate your understanding and hope you can help expedite resolving our concerns. The last time we spoke, there appeared to be some misunderstanding/dicrepancy that I wanted to clear up. We showed Joe and team all of the damage except the damage to the dryer (which we noticed soon after they departed). Joe even took pictures (which I can send you if you would like). I would like to forget the damage/scratches to the top of the dresser (the Havertys furniture restoration speaclist has already looked at the scratches and agreed to repair it for a minimal charge, since he recently repaired the same piece). Mainly, I want to focus on damage to the leather sofa and to the dryer. The tear/scuff from the leather sofa that was made to the back top corner when the moving crew squeezed it through the front door. And also the scratches made on the leg of the sofa as it came through the door. And the scratches to the dryer (maybe this can be repaired with touch up paint?).In the grand scheme of things, these damages are relatively small compared to what could have happened, but still not acceptable. I used your company, becasue I received a strong recommendation from one of your clients (Jennifer Jolly from Georgetown), and also becasue you assured me that scuffs, dings, scratches are unacceptable. You mentioned you felt that I was trying to take you, which is not the case. I paid a lot of money for the move. On top of the cost of the move, I did acknowledge, and tip your guys for the great job they did. Overall, we are still very happy with the movers. I own a few homes, and a few hundred dollars is not going to put me out on the streets. I guess its mainly the principle of the matter, in that there was damage done by the movers, and I had an expectation that you would take care of us.

Accurate Firefighter Movers, owned by Jeremy Hobratsch in Georgetown Texas, has provided one of the most efficient, careful and economical experience in moving that we have ever encountered. Due to my vocation, my wife and I have moved many times. Never have we experienced such a polite, honest and careful moving team. Repair of a broken leg on a chair was repaired promptly and correctly. In every aspect this team of movers has gone beyond the expectation. Both the owner and the team were sensitive to every need, and made a stressful experience of moving much easier .
