My sales person, Angel, did a wonderful job of helping me through the process of buying my first truck! Ive been in Texas for 12 years now so it was long overdue!Angel is young, but didnt approach me with any arrogance or preconceived notions of what my budget would be based on the car I drive or the clothes I wear. He let me tell him about what I wanted and he made appropriate suggestions based on the information I provided.For me the best solution was to order a truck to be custom built as the price was better than buying anything on the lot and I wanted an F250 with a very special set of options. Ford does a great job and has an app called FordPass which kept me updated on where my truck was in the process, and even gave me the VIN number and window sticker within just a few weeks!Before the truck arrived I scheduled a meeting with the finance specialist named Gabriel and he was very down to earth and helped me to understand the options I was either saying yes or no to. He didnt try too hard to sell me on anything but he did explain the products and how they could affect my purchase, and that helped me to make the best decision. They got me approved for a loan on the spot (pretty decent credit and income helped) and I went ahead with their deal.I never felt like someone was being pushy or just trying to make a sale, they took the time to understand me and that went a long way, because I could have ordered my F250 ANYWHERE, and I also could have simply walked after ordering it with little down, but the customer experience made me want to do business with them.Id strongly recommend this dealership, and I would recommend working with Angel since I had such a pleasant experience. OH and on the day it arrived they had it all ready and nice and clean for me and Angel took the time to show me all the features I wasnt aware of.
I left my 2021 Expedition at the Quick Lane, for an oil change, on Tuesday evening.By 8:30 am Wednesday, Jason called to say the oil had been changed, and the wipers were bad, so he replaced them.Jason was very thoughtful and attentive, very professional.In fact all the employees I have met in the Quick lane have been great.When I got there to pick my vehicle up, it pouring was rain, and another young man took my keys and brought my vehicle to the door, he had turned on the seat warmer… because it was 49 degrees…I have never had a bad experience there.Thank you Jason, and all those who helped me today.
Ms. Olga at this Mac Haik Ford location is one of the most thoughtful and professional representative you can ask for. She was a blessing in disguises and I dont know what I would have done without her help. If you ever need assistance please look out for her. she helped me for hours and consistently checked in on me when she did have to walk away. Even though I did not have any direct contact with her manager I feel obligated to point out that they played a major role and was extremely helpful. Thank you guys very much for everything.

I ordered my Mustang Mach-E through Fords website and worked with Greg Davis on the purchase. I had some requests with my new car, and Greg made sure they were all addressed. Greg was friendly and helpful through the entire purchase process. After inspecting the vehicle, I noticed some damage on bottom front bumper, and Greg took me directly to service to get the replacement part ordered. If you are thinking about ordering the Mach-E in Austin, I would recommend working with Greg at Mac Haik Ford.
I had my first oil change on my new 2021 Ford Explorer. The service writer was professional and courteous. He asked what work needed to be done. He gave me a time estimate. He even found a phone charger for me! The work was done before the time estimate. Bonus, was my first oil change was free!
Most of the staff was very friendly and cooperative. I was a little put off by the finance person and had to come back the next day with my wife (who has a degree in accounting) to have about $5,000.00 taken off of the sales price. I truly believe that I was duped into accepting cost that I neither needed nor wanted. Also, there needs to be an expert in the sales staff on the overall operation of the vehicle and accessories. When we bought my wifes car, the dealership spent over an hour going over the vehicle details. I really love my new F150, however, at Mac Haik, there was no effort to familiarize me with my new F150 Lariat (which has numerous bells and whistles) which I am unfamiliar with. In fact, I have apparently touched a button that I shouldnt have which could have caused permanent damage to the vehicle if your service manager had not caught it. For these reasons, I have not rated Mac Haik with an overall high rating. I sincerely hope that this is not indicative of my future relations with the dealership.
Enjoyed my experience. I knew exactly what I wanted. The Sales team level-set my expectations on the wait time for the arrival of my Maverick. Giving 4 of 5 stars only because the tonneau bed cover wasnt ready when I picked up the truck last week; installation is planned for this week.Driving happy!

I gave my info to an online chat and received a call from Dylan D. the same day. I told him what I was looking for and he texted me some options. We spoke a couple times during the week and set an appointment for Saturday. I test drove 2 cars and chose 1. The sale was brief. The Parts Department building is separate from the main building. Tiny parking area that is difficult to access. Only 1 parts person working that seemed to be overworked but still pleasant.

So I just wanted to take a moment to thank Jon S. From the body shop. My car had almost $12,000 in damage from the April hail storm. He was kind, attentive and kept me informed throughout the process. He went above and beyond. Next up is Jason N. From the Quick Lane. He also went above and beyond my expectations when an oxygen sensor went out on my vehicle and then I had a flat tire. He got me back in my car and on the road. I traveled from San Antonio because of the incredible level of customer service I received from Edward. As I was driving to Georgetown, TX from San Antonio I passed 4 Ford dealerships to get to Mac Haik in Georgetown. I initially shopped all these dealerships but kept coming back to Georgetown because of Edwards focus on my needs and follow thru with promises. I would encourage everyone from Austin and San Antonio to make the drive to Mac Haik Ford in Georgetown.
I have been taking my Ford Escape Hybrid to Mak Haik Service Department and Quick Lube since I bought it 10 years ago. The level of service has steadily declined. If I had another choice of Ford mechanic near me in Round Rock, I would 100% go there. This last week my hybrid battery died, which is a super rare occurrence. Had it towed to Mak Haik on Monday. They were so busy they didn’t even look at until Wednesday. Finally they told me the hybrid battery was dead, and they would try to recharge it. This was alarming to me, I asked what caused it, they just said I need to drive the car more. I work from home, so I don’t drive it that much, but it doesn’t sit for weeks either. I drive it a couple times a week. There was no explanation as to why this suddenly happened, so I have no confidence that it won’t happen again. The car wasn’t ready until end of day on Friday. I went to pick it up at the Quick Lane department. Was ignored when I walked in, despite there being no one in the lobby. Finally was asked what I needed. Told them I was there to pick up my car. I was given the paperwork and asked if I had any questions. As my Service Rep had already left for the day, I said no. Was given the $1700 total, I paid, and then they gave me the key. And that was it. No thank you or anything else. I was surprised, as they usually pull the car to the front for me. I asked where the car was. The customer service person said it’s should be somewhere in the middle row of the parking lot. That was all. So I went out, walked the lot until I found my car, and it was filthy. It had been left out in the rain all week, and since it was sunny that day, all the mud and grime was baked on. For $1700 I didn’t even get the car pulled around for me or even a car wash. They are so busy now I guess they don’t care if they lose a customer or two. And like I said, our options are slim anyway. I have to say, they have never given me a car wash after service like many dealerships do. But after having my car a week, leaving it out uncovered, and returning it to me dirty, I would have thought this time they should have done it. All in all, very unhappy with my experience. If you have another option, go there instead. Mak Haik always sends customer service surveys, but as it keeps getting worse, they clearly only do that for show.
Time for a scheduled maintenance service. Jason Norman & Alicia took immediate care of my requests. They promptly notified me when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. My paperwork was ready when I arrived and I was on my way in a few minutes. Jason has always been ready to help and assure a great service experience in the many years I have worked with him.
Great job. Nice people. Did the work quickly. Have used them for years and will continue to go there for me auto maintenance.

Ive been a customer of Mac Haik Ford since 2008 and I have not been disappointed. The Service Department is able to correctly perform all routine maintenance and to diagnosis/repair anything out of the ordinary.
Ive used Mac Haik for years and have purchased several vehicles from them over those years. Theyve always done all our service work and Ive never been disappointed. Our family has four Fords and I have great comfort knowing that Ford people and mechanics know my Fords the best. The integrity exhibited by all the service writers Ive worked with over those years is exemplary.
I went to Mac Haik Ford yesterday to buy a used car. When it was all said and done I decided on a new car that was $8000 more dollars than I was comfortable with but thought it was a good deal so I decide to move forward. Once i got to financing I told him I had my own financing but I was told I would be charged $1500 to use my lender instead of theirs. So I let them get my financing. When I got home I took the paperwork out and realized that I had been charged over $2300 for an aftermarket add on called TEXAS PROTECTION PROGRAM. I went back to the dealership and asked what that was. I was told that is added onto the price of the car (which I was not informed of) And it was mandatory that I had it, it was not a choice. It covered low jack, window tinting, wheel locks and door guards. First of all, I was not told about this $2300 extra amount I was gonna have to pay. Second, my car only had the low jack installed so when were they going to tell me that I needed to come back in to get my windows tinted, my wheel locks and door guards put on? I find it hard to believe that this is something Im forced to buy. isn’t this against the deceptive trade act? I have left 2 messages for the GM and financing with no response to make this right. I’m sure that they will leave their standard “we are sorry you were disappointed”speech as a response to this review but they have had all day to call me back! I guess next time I need to ask ahead of time what aftermarket items Im going to be forced to buy before I buy a vehicle. If I ran my business like this I would be out of business. I am returning the car tomorrow .
No appointment on a Monday morning, and 20k service and State Inspection still knocked out in about two hours. Outstanding service as usual! Efficient, courteous, and respectful of my time; like they actually WANT my business and care about me returning.

Best experience by far at a dealership. Zollie, our sales person, understood our busy schedule and didnt give us the back and forth with the mysterious manager in that back that a sales person has to continuously go back too. Went in on a Tuesday to look at cars for an hour or so, had to leave, came back Thursday afternoon and Zollie and the team had our finance papers ready to review and sign as soon as we came in the door. In and our in 30 minutes.Wife and I didnt have time to get the car cleaned and detailed, but Zollie insisted we come back whenever we were available. He even gave us a quick overview of the buttons and gadgets and told us when we come back for the wash and detail, hed give us a more extensive overview and told us to call him anytime between now and then if we had any questions. .Great team. Great experience... and without a doubt, wife loves her new Expedition.

A simple oil change turned into a page of suggested repairs that I felt didnt need to be done for a few more miles, except for the brake repair they suggested. The estimated time for an oil change was 2.5 hours--entirely too long, even though they didnt charge me for it due to the long wait overall (three hours.)
I waited on my bronco for over a year and Shaun was with me every step of the way. He provided me with as much information as was available and always promptly responded to my calls. I had a great experience with Mak Haik and with Shaun.
We purchased a truck from Mac Haik a couple of months ago and although it took a bit of time for them to repair some items, we got a great deal and our salesman Tobi was amazing! He was always available for us and made sure we felt taken cared of. I highly recommend him!
Left car at noon and was told it would be done at 4. Just oil change. Called first and told 6. Got there and it was untouched. Said waiters get priority. I said for 6 hrs? Just say when I call it won’t be done. This is not the first time this happened but first time it never got done. I won’t be back.
Parking is a major issue… there is no where to park to drop your vehicle off. I had to park in a fire lane and was told not to worry about it. One gentleman walked in with a handicap and there were no handicap parking spaces for him. He had to walk from the other side of the dealership. That’s ridiculous. Apparently they are getting the parking lot repaved (keep in mind there is no equipment that would suggest this)… there needs to be someone outside assisting with parking… it’s not safe. It’s a cluster.
I’ve had a really great experience working with Isaac from the sales team. He made my very first vehicle purchase so special. They value their customers. I’ve moved out of Austin now but I’d definitely do business with Mac Haik once again in the future. Also I’d definitely recommend this dealer to a friend.

Plus with the used vehicles being more of my price but so many miles then I turned to a salesman there names Dylan Delgado what can I say helped me out with my trade in and that Ford F-150 looked my like a dream come true I would say if your in the market for new are used vehicles turn to Mac Haik Ford they won’t try screwing you like most places Out here. Service process is horribly broken.Made an online appointment for service over a month ago (as there was nearly a month backlog at the time).A month passes with no communication indicating any problems.Showed up for the appointment this morning and was told my appointment was only to reserve a time to drop off a vehicle, not a guarantee of performing any work. For that, I would have to leave the car for at least a week, probably more.Seriously? That’s never the mode of operation of any domestic or foreign dealership I’ve worked with. An appointment means you work on the car that day.Interestingly, a competing dealer a few towns over (and several third party local service centers) can get me in for actual work on Friday.Don’t waste your time here.
My salesman Edward worked hard for my business and to get the sale done for my new car. Ultimately this place did not offer the best deal by far on the car I was after and definitely were trying to rip me off on the car and my trade in.The windshield is completely cracked from one side to the other and they acted like it was so gracious that they are repairing it that they are already giving a good deal by agreeing to fix it (eyeroll) they would have had to replace it anyways because it was in the field of vision and thus illegal to drive. But I happened to like the aesthetic of this particular car and Edward being persistent led me back when I was planning to get another, better deal. Edward pushed for me to get a little deal which I appreciated, even if it still wasnt the best price. Two things were agreed upon that would be fixed, scratches on my car and fixing the windshield. When my car came out from getting scratches repaired there were several that looked sloppy and some that were not addressed. When I talked to the sales manager he was such a jerk to me and treated me with a temper. He was like this before when I wasnt happy with the deal he was offering me and why I originally left. As a woman buying a car alone, he made me feel uncomfortable, blown off and like I was getting ripped off and undermined. No apologies, just him telling me Im wrong and walking away with a temper. He told me because its a used car there would be imperfections, well yeah but I also just spent $30 grand at your place and deserve to be treated like you can follow through with what was promised to me. All the other gentlemen I met at this place were great, including the paint guy who listened to my concerns without reacting but the manager needs an attitude adjustment. Unfortunately one bad seed is enough for me to not want to give my business again. This is the type of experience that a woman is afraid of going to buy a car on their own, to not be respected and and to get ripped off.This is a picture of two scratches after repair. I have a maintenance plan on my F150. I have been to every Austin-area dealer for service and Mac Haik is by far the worst yet. An oil change and basic filter/fluids check took ALL DAY. I was not informed of an oil pan leak for which it is now in another shop. The air filter and cabin air filter were NOT replaced as the terms in the maintenance plan state. The tires were rotated, but NOT PSI adjusted. A friendly service writer staff does not even come close to making up for the inexcusable mechanic service
We went to Mack Haik looking for a vehicle with no intentions to purchase that day. Initially, we were told that they didnt have the type of vehicle we wanted. No biggie. We were told the sales rep we needed was not there but there is a sales rep that can get us all set up to find the vehicle we want. We were referred to Edward. He was a super friendly guy and very helpful. We told him the type of vehicle we were looking for. He told us that they had a vehicle on the lot that might suit our needs. As he walked us out to the lot he asked us if we were okay with the vehicle being black since most times people order them in white. Black is perfect! Turns out the vehicle was exactly what we were looking for, with some extra bells and whistles. We went back to the office and Edward was able to get us a good rate. We couldnt be happier with this vehicle and the purchasing process was smooth and hassle-free. I never felt pressured to buy something I wasnt interested in.
My Lincoln drives like a dream again!Had an air-bag recall and Sophie called to let me know they had the parts and we scheduled an appointment the next day. They provided a loaner so I could get to work. They also checked my suspension, alignment, camber, and tow on the front end. Jeff told me my shocks were fine, but the other 3 items needed attention. They fixed all the problems and VOILA! Floating down the road again! Many thanks to all the Fast Lane guys and gals!
From sales to service, I would definitely recommend Mac Haik to friends and family. Mac Haik had my truck on delivery with three miles on it. We closed the same day and drove our new 2021 Ford Ranger home.
Was very disappointed with service at Mac Haik. Lincoln is supposed to be a luxury car brand and my experience was bad. I have used them 2 times in the past for an oil change and had no issues but this time I needed to get camera work done and recall things. I called in May (I think) and got an appointment for August- long wait! I was also told I would be given a loaner vehicle when I dropped mine off- they called me about a week before my appointment and told me that they were not going to be able to give me a loaner. Loaner vehicles would probably not be available again until NEXT YEAR! I asked about covering my Uber, nope. Whatever- I need to get my car fixed. I dropped off on Monday, was told it would probably be ready Wednesday or Thursday. My husband picked up the following Monday b/c I couldnt NOT have a vehicle any longer- apparently the cameras were fixed but they were waiting on some part that they dont know when it will come in? He waited 30 minutes at the dealership for them to get it ready then they didnt even vacuum or give it a car wash? I will be using another dealership the next time I need something done on my Lincoln Aviator.
Joshua Esparza is seriously the nicest guy ever and actually wants to help his clients!! He really worked with us and made the buying experience not so stressful. We are very fortunate to have found a car salesman who actually cared about what we wanted and where we wanted to be financially and he worked his magic and was able to make it happen. I picked my car online and scheduled my meeting to the dealership at Mac Haik Ford . Upon arriving, my chosen vehicle I wanted to see was all prepped up. This was the best car purchasing experience I had overall. Charity is a true professional and I highly recommend her if you are shopping for a Ford product. Just a follow up to my review for anyone interested. I called the gentleman that responded to my last note and left a message. A week out and zero response. I would have to say Mack Haik Georgetown has the worst service department Ive ever worked with. Trevor in the service department is long on promise, short on delivery and absolutely full of excuses. The best one was his excuse for not calling me back on the first Friday my daughters car should have been done. . . . It was a really busy day and by 5PM, I just really wanted to cut out so I could enjoy my weekend. This guys could teach a class on how not to handle customer service. If these guys are the standard FoMoCo is setting for its dealerships, Ill be rethinking my next vehicle purchase. Good by Lighting. . .

Update: I had to return to the dealership right at closing time to finalize the deal. The sales agent I was working with left as soon as I got there, but I was turned over to another agent to finish up. Before leaving I asked about a second key, they only provided one. I was told to call my sales guy Monday so he can arrange to get me another key. The day after the sale (Sunday) I realized that I left a couple of small items in my trade-in pickup. I sent a text Sunday and I called him Monday morning. He agreed to get the items I had forgotten and he pushed back on the second key, basically refusing to provide one. I pushed back since I was told it would not be a problem. But he said he would speak with the sales manager about it. Later I was told they would get me one. I arranged to return Tuesday before noon for the items and another key. I arrived just before noon on Tuesday. My personal items were returned to me but when I asked about the key the sales guy basically exploded in anger, aggressively denying me what I was promised. I pushed back, an argument ensued. The sales agent was almost yelling at me as he moved toward me in a physically intimidating manner. The sales manager came out of his office after hearing our heated confrontational conversation and basically backed up his sales agent. They both ganged up on me very aggressively. The situation escalated, I actually thought there might be a physical altercation. I was shocked by their behavior - theres a bit more to this story, but the main point is that I was verbally attacked and physically intimidated by a manager and his sales guy. I was not asking for anything I was not entitled to as promised by the word of another sales agent who took good care of me, going over a few details about the truck I just bought. I did raise my voice, but my upset was justified. You dont make a promise and not deliver and then defend it by coming after a customer verbally and physical aggressiveness.I was humiliated, abused, bullied, ganged up on, mentally cornered, physically intimidated with aggressive body language and posturing, combativeness, and devalued as a person, and customer. Its like I wondered into a pack of junkyard dogs.I left the Pre-Owned sales department and went to the main building to speak with someone in charge. I relayed what transpired to tertiary management and was told he knew the director of that department and that the issue would be handled. He apologized on behalf of the company. While nice, its not good enough. Its been 5-days since the incident and no one from MH Ford has reached out to me with any type of comment. No one one should be treated the way I was. I understand its the holidays and people are on vacation, but I would have thought that someone from upper management should have at least followed up with me. The gentleman who did listen to me was polite, cordial, respectful, and helpful in that he did fuel up the truck and checked the tires since they had low air pressure. A small consolation after being traumatized though. So, at this juncture I still do not have the second key I was promised. I was expecting the key Wednesday. I cleared my day so I could be available, but no one called, not even to report they couldnt make it. I contacted the new car sales manager who did inform me I would be contacted today, Thursday. Well see.My experience with the sales agent and his manager in comparison to every single dealership Ive ever dealt with in my entire 45-year vehicle buying life can be characterized with one word; Traumatic.I may update this review again. But that depends on how MH Ford responds going forward.Original Post: Initially had a good experience. But the buying process soured a bit and I left - removed one star for the hassle they caused. However, they called me back later in the day and we were able to hammer out a deal. Got a pre-owned Ford F-250.
Never go here! Ever! First escape I bought got rear ended and when gap paid off my balance they secretly added window tint to my wheels and tire balance of 299.00 and never mentioned it in the sales receipt. My mistake on buying a second escape and its at 73,000 miles and now coolant is leaking into the cylinder causing me to get a new engine. Ford has a class action pending right now due to these issues. I suggest reading all about the Ford car your buying becasome had caught fire. Bad sales and bad cars! Your life really depends on it!
I was sent a letter in the mail that a recall on cables was necessary for my new Navigator. I called and scheduled an appointment which was only available 4 weeks out. I arrived before the appointed time. After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes, I was told that they did not have the part! They would have to order it and I would have to reschedule and come back! What horrible customer service!
Poor customer service, arrived at the location in the service lane and it was empty. No one came out to help. I could see service advisors laughing and talking finally after several of minutes standing there someone came out and said have you been helped I said no so I was asked what I need from afar I stated my AC blowing hot air so I was asked are you going to leave the vehicle I said yes, but do u all have a shuttle service the reply NO well based on the flat out NO, lack of service, I said I will go somewhere else.
So far my experience with Mac Haik in Georgetown has been okay they had the vehicle I wanted and buying it went smooth Donovan in Sales was really friendly and over a pretty good sales rep, Rene in Finance was awesome as well helping us get a warranty with the truck purchased. My only gripe is that 2 days after purchasing the truck the check engine light came on and when I called on Saturday the service line rang until it went voicemail and never got a call back. I spoke with Donovan the following business day and was able to get my truck in to be looked at. Once everything has been diagnosed and addressed I will post an updated review
I came to dealership for work on the auto start button not working. While in car, I cannot use the auto start button to disable. I was told that I had to pull seat belt on before it worked. Dropped car off Tuesday and picked up at noon on Friday. Took service advisor out and followed direction. Still didnt work. Was told it was operating to specs.Talk with Duane while there. He said he would call by end of day. No call. Already called on Friday at 430p and left message for Duane. No response.Now I am going to have to take car to another dealership. Interesting enough a Google search recommends that the button should be the first step looked at. Hope the next dealership is able to address.Would not recommend this dealership to anyone for service.
They try to pull a fast one on you with interest rates. I should have read the reviews before going in. They say they legally cant discuss your interest rates with you. I call B.S.! Then they told me what my interest rate was. Sky high!! I called another dealership and they were able to quote me with interest rates pretty quick at half their rate. The internet is an easy way to find out how they make their money. Tacking on more interest to your loan. Felt like a bait and switch.
Was looking for a specific model, color, package and other dealers told me one was not available. This dealership found one and had it on their lot in days. Awesome service and a pleasure to deal with.

I just want to take a moment to thank Rene, Juan and Jose for making this new car shopping experience wonderful. Car buying can be stressful but they went above and beyond to making this experiance wonderful. My husband and I felt respected at every step of the way. At no moment did we feel rushed. We had stop by another dealership a week before and customer service doesnt compare to Mac Haik. Just one thing I can advice to Mac Haik they should have more custom cars on site. Thank you for everything Mac Haik. Will return in the future on my next car shopping.
Donovan was so helpful and energetic. Great personality, really hustled to get us out as soon as possible but took the time to answer each and every question. Even when someone forgot to handle their portion he would run and take care of it himself! Guys washing had left as it was already late and he took it upon himself to wash the truck.We will be in the market for another car with the next year. Mac Haik Ford- Lincoln will be the first place we visit. First time I truly enjoyed the auto purchase process! Thanks to all involved.

I was informed of a recall by Ford regarding the rear view camera. Appointment was made in a reasonable time frame. Service department was prepared for my appointment. I was allowed a loaner vehicle. The repair was done in the same day and I was notified immediately.I want to recognize Jeff Barto, Quick Lane Advisor, for his professional yet personable attitude. He made me feel like I was the most important customer in the place. Jeff exhibited an extraordinarily caring personality that made a normally trying yet necessary experience actually very pleasant! Do yourself a favor buy and service your vehicle eles where! Your just another number here after the sale! The service department is unprofessional and staff have no knowledge of vehicle mechanics. Was told by a service advisor to stop explaining the issues i was having with my vehicle because he didnt know or understand what I was talking about. in addition he failed to write down all the issues I was having with vehicle. I had a recall on my transmission, and transmission was reprogrammed, was not mentioned or explained to me until I read the vehicle report and asked about it. Then instead of calling me to inform me they were not going to warranty any of the repairs, they sent me a text with no explanation only listing how much it would cost for repairs. I was also informed by text that the noise I was hearing from my vehicle was not covered under warranty, REALLY.. the noise is not covered under warranty what does that even mean, what was causing the noise that is not covered..what joke!! I ve bought four vehicles from this dealership and really regret it! They do not care about customer loyalty or customer service.. lost my business!! Going to Covert ford in Hutto, very respectable, professional and will not try and BS you to get your money!!
Buying a used car is always a nerve wracking experience and you want to know that what you are buying is still held to a high standard. Mac Haik does that. Our Buick was certified and in fantastic condition. It was an immediate like for us and working with Alex was a smooth process. He was well informed about the vehicle and had personally test-driven it and could speak to how well it performed. Additionally, respecting the social distancing mandate, he let us take the vehicle for a test drive unaccompanied. (hope that doesnt get you in trouble, Alex). The paperwork was uncomplicated with Gabriel, too. On a teachers salary, the price was right and they worked with us on it. We are extremely pleased with the car. Thanks, guys!
Awful experience. Came in for a The Works package at 7 am sharp and did not receive my unwashed vehicle back until 9:45 with no updates along the way. They were too busy figuring out how to rip a young woman off. They wanted to know about my extended warranty so they could be sure to fix a non-existant popping sound in my suspension. Then they wanted $150 and who knows how many more hours of my life to change my spark plugs. What they didnt know is that this young lady started a job at Ford as a Powertrain Engineer 11 years ago today. Praying I get the CVP to let them know they are definitely not Blue Oval material. Find someone else to scam, I wont be back.

Found a vehicle we wanted on the used lot, and everyone was nice and I had a good initial experience, but after telling me they would fix a few things and get back to us, my wife and I we had to pester them for updates a week later. Also, one of the problems we noticed on the test ride a salesman straight up lied about. I was willing to let that go because they said it would be fixed, but my wife and I decided to purchase from another dealer since we didnt know what was happening with that car and couldnt get reliable updates.
Mac Haik Ford is helping keep my old car safe and on the road. The service personnel are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. Im blessed that I can take my and my mothers vehicles to them with no worries.
Great selection but not very friendly. You basically need to walk in and beg for a salesperson. I Walked around the lot opening vehicles and looking at them at least 30 minutes with NO Salesperson in sight. I had to finally walk in and ask for someone. I finally left. Went to the Dodge dealer next block over and had a completely different experience and bought a new Durango That Day!! Sorry MH Ford, you need to step up yr game
I ordered my Ford Bronco 5months ago. My salesman, Shaun, was so thoughtful to touch base occasionally and give me a status update. When the day finally arrived he made sure it was shiny and ready for pick-up. The manager, Dustin, took the time to speak with us as did the appraiser since I was trading in my Lexus. Gabriel in financing made sure our financial questions were answered and got us taken care of in no time. Even though were werent able to pick it up until later in the evening, Shaun still made a point to walk us through the navigation system, get us set up on the Ford app and answer any questions we may have had. When we were up to speed, he waved goodbye then locked the dealership doors to go home himself. He even took photos and sent me a great video with us and our brand new Bronco. Extremely pleased.
If I could leave a number under one I would! Unresponsive, rude. Enough to make me sell my Ford stock and never buy another Ford. Service department is ALFUL. Waited 8 weeks two times to get warranty work-still waiting. Parts were not available, recall not honored. Not an experience I wish to EVER repeat. I cannot I tell you, or the corporation, loud enough what I think of Ford now.

Mac Haik is one of the only dealerships in the area for us to bring our Ford vehicles to. As a long time Ford driver (3 mustangs, 1 Taurus, 1 Explorer, 1 Expedition, and 1 F150) I love Ford, but I hate Mac Haik. We have Ford ESPs on all of our vehicles, typically covering all of our warranty issues. However, whenever I bring a vehicle to Mac Haik I always get a long winded story about how long I will have to wait before the vehicle can even be reviewed and assessed. Then another story about how long it will take to get repaired. On top of that is always the lack of available rental vehicles and loaner vehicles from the dealership. Now there isnt even a rental car option there. This past time I brought the Expedition in I was told when I called that ESP only covers vehicles during repair, not during the lengthy wait for the vehicle to be assessed. This turned out to be incorrect after calling Ford customer service directly (who were great), but this dealerships incompetence and slow rolling or warranty repairs in unacceptable. Oddly when I had to take my truck in after the ESP was up (and I would have to pay cash for repairs), the vehicle was fixed within 2 days. I cant help but feel these issues are tied together.To be fair I have had one or two good experiences in more than 2 dozen interactions with Mac Haiks service department, but their personnel turnover is so bad that you never get the same person twice. Unfortunately due to geography Im sure I will have to deal with them at least a few more times, but this dealership is so bad it is making me rethink purchasing Fords as long as I live in the north Austin area. Im not sure how they are still in business.
I just bought an Expedition from this location and I could not be happier with the vehicle. It is great and so was the digital financing options that made me able to do everything online. Application, approval, and selection of options and warranties. I love working here.

Friend bought a truck, I bought my F150 in 2014 and my father also bought a truck from here. All three F150s are great and have not had any problems.I’ve had my truck serviced here and they have always provided top notch customer service. I also take my wife’s Nissan there due to their great maintenance service and customer service. Definitely recommend them. Fair pricing, honest sales guy, great service and maintenance .
I was well pleased with this experience. We had had bad experiences with quick lane where we moved from with tools being left on our rear fender and the job not being done correctly. It appeared they were trying to complete the job too fast, sacrificing accuracy. I expressed these concerns with service advisor Mike Lawrence who listened and assured me that the job would be complete to my satisfaction in a timely situation which it was. I think the price was fair. everything was detailed and explained in writing. I even asked for an estimate for a future job that I am planning in the near future. I was pleased that I was not pressured into buying something that did not need to be done. I have complete trust in this place that if a service is recommended then it is for the safety of the auto, not just to sell something unnecessary.
Sophia told me about the new post COVID procedure of having the service department contact me when the technician is available to diagnosis my vehicle. Thus could keep using me vehicle instead of it sitting in the shop for days before the technician could complete the work he had in front of me.Got my serviced vehicle back timely with problem taken care of under my warranty.Thank you Sophia.
Toby was absolutely amazing! I did an online application late last night and got a subtle email from him offering to help but I was immediately assured that he wouldn’t be like the annoying salesman that blows up your phone with texts, calls, and emails. I called him this morning, He found the exact car that I wanted with a sunroof and leather seats which I really wanted. He found us an affordable option with everything we wanted. He had us approved with not great credit before we even go to the lot. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience personable. I have had preconceived judgements on salesman being shady but never felt pressured, uncomfortable or any negative vibes! Toby gets 5 stars from us!! Only setback during the experience was the detailing company taking a while, (it turned out beautiful) but this was not his fault and he kept us updated the whole time! Even shared and listened to stories while we waited. First car buying seemed scary but he made the process a breeze! Super grateful for him and my new car today!
We bought a 2018 Lincoln MKZ from Mac Hail Ford/Lincoln. Zollie Keebler met us at the door with a friendly smile and a warn greeting. Zollie was very attentive to what we were looking for and showed us two cars that met our desires. Since my wife cant walk well, he brought the cars right up to the building while waited in the comfort of the show room. Zollie showed us many of the features of the car as we walked around and then we went for a test drive. He continued to carefully explain more of the many Lincoln features. We fell in love with the car. He gave us a fair deal on our trade-in and adjusted the listing price of the car to help fit our budget. After we signed the deal, Zollie continued to show us the car and he registered my cell phone to Lincoln Way for more convenience and features. Never was Zollie pushy or rude. The next day, I came back to give them the trade-in keys and title and I asked Zollie a couple more questions about the Lincoln and we went on another test drive. Zollie deserves KUDOS and a WELL DONE from his employer. I have bought many cars in my lifetime and this was truly a pleasant experience. I will recommend Mac Haik and Zollie to my friends and I will return when I am ready to buy another Lincoln.
Wife & I purchased a new Lincoln Nautilus a couple of days ago from Mac Haik at Georgetown. Our salesman was Bryan Zekan and he was terrific. He knew his product and answered all of our questions. He was patient and courteous and he handled the transaction like a Pro even though he is fairly new to the automobile business. Every employee we came into contact with was very friendly & helpful. I give them a 5 Star rating.

Left me hanging thinking I was waiting on parts for warranty, nope said they called and left messages that didnt happen either. Service advisor could not have cared less either.

After a deer hit I chose Mac Haik over Travelers recommended body shop-what a mistake!After waiting 6 weeks for return of car-original estimate was 10 days-the 2017 Navigator still didnt run right. After taking it back multiple times to fix electrical, coolant leaks, and rough engine, MHF claimed vehicle was fine. It was not. The final straw was when I arrived home to find parts left in the back seat that were caked in engine fluids and deer guts.I then took Navigator to Leif Johnson Ford. Upon cursory inspection Ken Diamond-Manager-found multiple flaws in their work. He called in Travelers who also inspected-with a supervisor-and between the two companies found major problems, both hidden from me and obvious.Ultimately, they discovered MHF did not fix or replace parts that they claimed replaced (and were paid for), shoddy workmanship on parts they did replace, and other items that should have been replaced and were not. After another month I finally got my Navigator back and it now runs right. Thank you LJF and Travelers for defending me against MHF terrible job!Travelers paid for the newly discovered problems but are unable by law to reimburse me for items they had already paid for or the additional rental car expense. I had approximately $2600 in damages plus $1200 in rental.I tried to reason with Dwayne Harris-General Manager at MHF to do the right thing, but he refused, eventually offering $400 as a settlement. I then turned to Travelers to intervene. A regional manager reached out to his people who reached out to MHF with no better success.Both LJF and Travelers agreed that MHF should compensate me and my requests were valid. That left me with a civil suit. I had previously sent demand letter, but Dwayne Harris still would not make things right. It was not until I contacted the Corporate Office requesting contact information to serve my suit that MHF finally offered to settle.Even after all the above, they refused to pay for the rental, that I would not have needed if MHF had done their job correctly in the first place. Eventually I settled by splitting the rental, costing me $600 to settle the matter outside of court.I found that MHF was unwilling to make things right in the face of obvious deficiencies until I proved that I was willing to file suit. Not how an honorable company should run their business.If something goes wrong, be willing to sue, otherwise good luck to you!Chris Epstein
Our salesman (Blake) did an excellent job showing us the vehicle and searching for a trade to get the vehicle with the exact specifications. At first, we didnt think they were going to find one, and Blake did not try to convince us to buy something else. He said if they cant find one, then they will order one. He was very patient and not pushy. Overall, it was a great experience.
