I called for a specific repair I needed done and the man on the phone said to come in and the quicklane could do it that day. Once I came in 30 minutes later the service advisor said they dont know who spoke to me but they wouldnt be able to do the service without a diagnostic (and fee). I can mostly understand that part, but they also said they had no appointments available that day (contrary to what I was told over the phone when I asked if I needed one) and that they would need my truck for a few days at the minimum. I feel very misled. I will go to Covert where I took my last truck before I moved, since it is worth the extra 20 minutes to not have an hour of my time wasted with these games. At least Covert Ford explained the steps they would take over the phone without needing me to come in and then switching things up on me.
Definitely not quick. Made an appointment for an oil change, rotate tires, and yearly inspection. I waited over 2 hours!!! What is the point of having an appointment. The people I was assigned to were not friendly. Thankfully the seats in the waiting room were comfy.

Mac Haiks technician didnt use the complete part I sent to be fixed.Brake job was not satisfactory. I tried to save money by bringing my own parts. It did not end well. After explaining I needed at least the calipers back to get core value back from the auto part store...They were thrown in the trash. Both the manager of Mac Haik and I fished them out only to learn the next day the part was incomplete (I honestly dont know what a caliper looks like). So, I spent half my day running around town to get what I needed to get my $100 refund back. WORST part is, the part I took back to get the refund...half the part (bracket) wasnt even used!!! So, I assume I got almost a full labor cost $185 for half the work done. Seriously, why would you not use the brand new bracket (see pic). Obviously cutting corners leads to customers cutting ties with your business.

Im hesitant to give a glowing review... I made the 40 minute round trip there to get some recall work done, but when I got there, I found that their alignment machine had broken down hours before, and that was the only alignment machine they have for their ENTIRE multiple repair /service facilities. Maybe they would have called me to tell me, but they didnt even have me down for my appointment because they said they were changing over to a different computer system and my appointment was supposedly lost. But with whatever other appointments may have been lost, they were booked up for the next 12 days before they could get me in again.

The QuickLane wait here is nothing short of painful. 3 hour oil changes are the norm even with an appointment. I have been here for two oil changes and both times they didnt reset the oil timer causing me to have to return later. Parking is non-existent.The staff is very nice and attentive. I have to give them points for that. I think they are just overwhelmed. There is coffee and pastries in the morning.

Not impressed. Brought a 2016 F250 in for the second time to get bolt replaced for a tie down, that sheared off. Leaving for a 2nd time with the job un-complete. Service department won’t handle it, quick lane doesn’t want to do it. Tie downs are only 1 year warranty and the truck is 2 years old. Very disappointed and unsatisfied. was quoted $250.00 to fix, but they still won’t do the work. Oil change took 2 hours and they won’t set appointments. This place sucks.

I’m not a huge fan of going to a dealership for service mostly because of their prices. If I can’t fix it myself then I search for a good, reputable, independent service center. However, I know when it’s time to visit the dealer’s service center. I knew I was probably going to need a plug job and unfortunately because of the model year F-150 (plugs breaking off inside the head because of carbon build-up) I have, it will cost even more to repair if not done correctly so I was not going to do this simple, yet very delicate service myself. Hence, my trip to the dealership. Aside from the usual higher costs (reason for only giving four stars instead of five), what made me leave a review today was their customer service. SPECIFICALLY, dealing with Mike Lawrence. Now sometimes this is worth paying a little extra. Mike is awesome. I picked up on his calm demeanor and patience and felt as though I could really trust this guy. He doesn’t set the prices himself so no foul there and he listened to my concerns and got my issues resolved. Aside from the service this time (I’ve had a bad experience here before with the mechanic not setting the plugs correctly last time), the price, and the time it took, I still believe in good customer service. I have good discernment and I can tell, dealing with a guy like Mike Lawrence every time will keep me coming back.
Recently brought my 2020 GT500 in for its first oil change and had a disappointing experience at Quick Lane. I was greeted with friendly welcomes but when I got into my car after the oil change I found oil on my seats, steering wheel and door. While they were cleaning this, I checked out my tire pressure on my app and found all 4 tires were over inflated by almost 10psi. We personally checked the oil levels and they appeared low, when we spoke with the technician he got an attitude! Lastly, the entire ride home we smelled burned oil where they had spilled oil on the engine. Had to pull over because the smell was so bad we thought we might be losing oil! Our sales experience was outstanding but I won’t be back for oil changes! Sloppy service and no pride in their work.

In Feb of 2020, I installed some Whiteline springs on my Focus RS. During this installation we somehow messed up the top hat on the driver side front. Due to this, the strut would make a clanking sound when going slowly over rough terrain. . u000bu000bAfter two different attempts to get it fixed, they didn’t have the part and then the part went missing. Monday, I get a call and am told they found the part and are ready to install it. I bring it down the next day and wait. I am told by 3 that they will not be able to complete the work today but if I leave it overnight they can start on it. I am also told they mechanic who is scheduled to work on it has been pulled into meetings all day and that is why is taking so long. They offer me a ride home and say they will call me in the morning. The next day I do not get any call in the morning. I call around 1pm and am told that they are now working on it. Around 3pm they finally call me and let me know its complete. I drive down and pay the fees and notice they reduced price on the parts. Did some of my own research and installed some Whiteline Endlinks to see if that would help. It got better but not fully. I decide to take it to a specialist to look into the clunking. They remove my Hood cowl, windshield wipers and my Strut bar and notice that my front left (Driver side) strut center bolt is loose and the cable is tied around it. I call Ford and tow it to them. I get a call that explains they are covering the replacement. They hope to have it ready by sat but it could be Monday morning or afternoon. I get a call Monday that its done. I drive down on my lunch break from work. I work around 20-25miles from this location. u000bu000b1st thing I notice is my car is covered in a sticky substance, guessing this is tree sap. I go inside and get my keys and thank them for taking care of the issue. I start driving down the freeway and go to turn on my windshield wipers and realize they are not there. I look in the back seat and see my strut bar, wipers and cowl. I finish my 20mile drive to work and pop the hood. I notice that my right side cable is not plugged in and that one of the left front side Strut bolts is loose. I have to go to work so, I go inside and finish my shift. Afterwork, I then slowly drive my car to my friends house to see if we can reinstall everything. I start to unthread the loose bolt with my hand and hear something hit the floor. I look and it’s the nut and notice the bolt I am holding is now fully loose. Knowing that this requires a new top hat and due to the issue I had when doing this myself. I get the car towed, again.u000bu000bThe next morning I called Quick Lane and they informed me my car is there and are talking with the manager. The manager calls and tells me they will start working on what this will cost. I complain and he says he will go talk with the Service Director. I talk to both of them and they both say they will not work on the car. So basically they are calling me a liar and I damaged my car to just bring it back to get it worked on again.I was never informed that they would not put the stock parts back on the car that were taken off to verify the issue and was told the car was good to go. If they had informed me, I would have asked for them to put the parts back on before leaving the lot. But again, I did not notice this till 10miles away.I get aftermarket parts, however nothing they are working on is aftermarket. This is all stock parts and it’s a bad top hat or when installing something went wrong. I even said I just want it fixed and will pay for the it at this point. They inform me that this is not something they will work on and to come get my car.So I am in the process of looking to get it towed from their location to another so I do not cause more damage to the new strut. Hope this experience helps you with making your decision to bring your car to them.

This place is packed every time I go, but I have never had any issues with my regular oil change/tire rotation service. The wait time can be 2-3 hours, so its best to drop off when you can. If forced to wait, its usually ready within the time period quoted.
Evertime I have gotten service done at this location they have been awesome! Sophie has always checked me in and is awesome and super kind. Never have had to wait super long either.
This is where we get our oil changed. It is not necessarily quick, but we going to cars so we can go grab a burger and run some errands while theyre working on it. They are good to call when it is finished and we can go pick it up very friendly service.

Service wait times are horrible. I get in line before it opens #6 to be exact. Need oil change and tire rotation. Quoted 1 - 1.5 Hr wait. Seemed reasonable. Then 1.5 later people who came in 6 people after me are checked out. I go ask status on my vehicle and they tell me they just took it back. I complained and they said there system is flawed. Still here 2.15 hrs later srill not done and people who came in way after are on their way home. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. SLOW AND STAFF IS NOT KIND NOR PROFESSIONAL

Bottom Line: Poor communications, no appointments, and long wait times.Called on a Friday to ask about getting an oil leak looked at, was told that if I brought the car in on Monday I could get it looked at. I asked whether I needed an appointment and was told I did not (which should have been a red flag). My wife and I rearranged our schedules to facilitate, and when I went to drop the car off early Monday morning, they told me it could not be seen that day or even that week and that they had a 3-4 week wait for service. They also said they dont do appointments and that to get in the 3-4 week queue we would need to drop our car off.The one-star review is not for the 3-4 week wait (which is a capacity/demand issue), it is for the serious communications disconnect in the service department which led us to believe we would be seen and caused us to change our plans accordingly.
My girlfriend had a flat on her Mustang and had it towed to Mac Haiks Quick Lane Service Center. Omar provided world class customer service and assured us the spare would be removed at zero cost if they could unlock the lug nut. He said there would be a minimal charge if they found any other issues which they didnt. Thank you, Omar!

The people that work there are always nice and the place and bathrooms are always clean. Expect to wait at least 1-2 hours every time though. They do provide complementary water and coffee to us customers. Bring your own toys if you have kids!
Had a grinding noise on my front wheel Saterday night, so I parked my car till Quiklane opened the following Monday. I didnt hear the noise on my way but still decided to take it anyway. Basically I wasted all of out time because they werent able to find anything either. Better safe than sorry anyways. I like my vehicle and the guys at Quik Lane do a great job of making sure it is in top top condition. Thanks you guys for your service
PLEASE take your car to another service shop before you hand over your check book to them! I was given a laundry list of things that needed to be fixed on my 2016 explorer, including new rotors equalling close to $1k. I took it to another shop with EXCELLENT reviews (E & T automotive) and they replaced my brake pads and told me I have a lot of life left on my rotors -- what they do is balance them and rotate them which can be done 2 to 3 more times. FORD told me they need to be replaced now. FORD also said I needed all new spark plugs, the other shop told me those still have 15k miles until I need them replaced. FORD recommends a lot of things not necessary. I saved $600 by getting a second opinion.
Sure I work here but Ive been a customer with my Ford and my Toyota. I know firsthand why these guys are award-winning. My wife came in to have work done and they did not know who she was either. These guys are fast efficient friendly and I was very happy with their pricing. Truth is I never thought I would say that about a dealership but these guys are fantastic

Went to Jiffy Lube, 7 car wait lane, 5 minutes went by without someone popping their head out. Went to quick lane, and got serviced right away, I even paid less for more (and better) service. Definitely sticking with my dealership. All other reviews only complain about wait time. I just sat there reading a magazine, time goes by quick when youre not looking at the time on your phone.
Kid at front was full of attitude. had no clue how to be a courteous employee. ran off with my keys for 15 minutes and came back and said price would be $100 for my oil change. quick lane in college station is always 60 bucks. when I first got there I asked if they were same price as quick lane in college station he said yes. when he realized I was irritated with him he asked me if I had a problem with him and looked like he was ready to fight.

We took our Ford Edge in because we were having troubleWith the car connecting to the phone. We were told it was probably a recalled module and would take several days because they did not stock the module. We left the car on Tuesday and rented a car. We called on Thursday and they still had not looked at our car but said they would look at it the next day. I explained again that we were renting a car and it was ridiculous that they hadnt even looked at our car. I was told that they couldnt put our car ahead of others. Long story short--- it took them 5 daya to run an update that fixed the problem. They did not charge for the repair that probably took 10 minutes but the rent car was $200. I complained to the service manager an d he said that was their system to hold cars until they are ready to work on them . Doctors dont put you in the hospital5 days before your test for their convenience. Their system is broken and they are unwilling to charge.
Third time Ive brought my vehicle in for a oil change and tire rotation. Each time Ive been told it would be approximately 1-1.5 hrs to complete. Each time it has been over two hours, and the last time three hours! The last time it took so long I was late to work due to it taking twice as long as I was told.No apology or discount were offered to me for the problems they caused. I will never return and I absolutely cannot recommend anyone coming here for oil change service.

Absolutely terrible service! I went in for new tires and an alignment. I was told it would take 2 hours. 2 hours go by and they are done. They did not do an alignment because they said everything checked out perfect. That is absolutely not the case. The vehicle was just lowered and I know 100% that my sway bar bushing is shot. This could not have passed. So it took them 2 hours to put new tires on. Then to top it off I asked to keep the old tires because we use them on the family farm. Instead of asking me first, they could only put 3 tires in the bed of my truck since it had a tonneu cover on it so they put the extra tire in my back seat! I assumed they at least had it wrapped in plastic. I asked them not to do that because I had important stuff in the back seat that I didnt want damaged. So what did they do? They put the unwrapped, dirty, nasty tire in my front passenger seat. Really?! You think this is ok?? They did finally put plastic under the tire but once I took possession of the truck I easily put all 4 tires in the bed of the truck. I will never go back! The complete lack of common sense, courtesy, and the fact that I was out and out lied to by Julie my sales rep has sealed the deal. Youd be wise to take your business else where.

Everytime I call here to check on the wait time (since they dont take appointments), the dude says, oh, its fine, but when I get there, its oh, it will be 2 hours. To replace a battery? I think not. If I hadnt bought the battery here and there werent a warranty issue, I would certainly not come back.Also, when I called to check on the progress, the person at the desk asked my husband (who had the car there) if he wanted to talk to me. Really? Thats what his mobile is for. I called the service center hoping for, well, service. Some semblance of getting the job done for a family with one car, two kids under 2, and a time schedule, maybe?Dont tell me there isnt much of a wait then make my husband (or me) wait for 2 hours. It may be good for business (because once you commit, youre stuck there), but its horrible for customers. I will not be returning.

Never again will bring my truck on this Quick Lane place. After two hours found out that the key was misplaced and they couldn’t find it for another 30 minutes. In summary I have to wait for an additional hour to make a simple oil change. I have to agree with other customers that have similar experiences.
I walked in on a Tuesday morning at 9:00 a.m. and was told the wait for The Works oil change was going to be 3 hours, I left. This was the second try in one week. Similar wait time then. Was told to be there at 7:00 to get in line. Nothing Quick about it.
Since purchasing our truck in Oct 16 I have had the displeasure of doing business with quicklane twice. Employees are nice but business name needs changed to Slow Lane. Both times Ive waited for 1hr and 15 mins before the truck was even brought to the back. Which I should feel happy about as I over heard them warn a customer that its now a 3hr wait for services. There is no reason oil changes and tires services should take that long. There are entire businesses out there on the 15-30min model. Would not be as bad if they had option for scheduling appointments, but they do not and only run on first come first serve. I really regret pre paying for services when purchasing my truck and will never ever do that again! In fact Im probably going to eat the cost and take the truck elsewhere from here on out and pay out of pocket. Honestly my time is worth more than the 2 hrs turn around from driving in to driving out.

We bought a 2013 and was told the 1st oil change would be free. They dont make appointments, so we made 2 separate trips. One wait time was 1.5 hours. The next day we got up at the break of dawn to beat the rush. The wait time was 3 HOURS!!! They were rude and condescending. Terrible considering it was a Quik Lane express service dept.

After explaining my problem over the phone, they figured out why my 07 expedition was shaking when I applied the brakes. I had taken it to another Ford Dealer in Killeen and they made me wait all day and then replaced my front brakes and rotors. The problem did not go away.These guys said since the shaking came from the seat and not the steering wheel, it was probably my rear brakes and not the front. I took it in and they had the technician confirm the issue, he even showed me the old brakes as I watched him take it off through the big glass window into their service bay.I took their free shuttle to the mall next door and an hour later they sent the shuttle back to get me. Their price was less than the other dealer, and close to what another garage that looked like a hole in the wall had quoted me. I would have paid double just to make sure my car was fixed right and sit in a nice clean place while it is being worked on.Kudos to the tire and lube guys at Mac Haik QuickLane. i will make the 45 minute drive from Killeen from now Ion.
