Authentic gelato and friendly service. Prices are a little higher than your normal ice cream shop, but remember - it’s not ice cream, it’s gelato. The black raspberry was very good.

I had high hopes for Geneva Gelato, but I was disappointed.I found Geneva Gelato via the Happy Cow app and was excited to see that they had vegan options.I ordered the Peanut Butter Cookie and Chocolate flavors (both vegan). Both of these flavors were the final bits that were left in the tray/bucket. The Chocolate had a lot of ice crystals/freezer burn. The Peanut Butter Cookie had good flavor, but had that sticky, syrupy texture that can happen when ice creams have been sitting a bit or when they are down to the last bit in the bucket.They upcharge for vegan flavors (and their prices are already expensive). I paid close to $9.00 for the cup that is pictured. I could have gone to Wegmans to get two pints of vegan Ben & Jerrys for that price, and I would have been happier with the quality.They have a $5.00 minimum for credit cards, which I feel is reasonable. In addition to that, they add a $0.59 surcharge to your already expensive bill if you use a credit card. I do not feel that this is reasonable. They do have a sign up in the business saying that they charge this fee because they dont want to raise their prices and they dont want to punish cash customers, but given the fact that they are already an expensive establishment, I do think that they should factor credit card fees into their business expenses. I am a small business owner myself and understand that credit card fees are more expensive than we (merchants) would like them to be, but in 2021, they are a cost of operating a business.I wouldnt recommend Geneva Gelato, and I will not be coming back.

Very bland tasteless freezer burned gelato. Fortunately prices were not that bad so I wasn’t too upset. Texture was good but taste was bad.

It is a real treat to have a place like this in a small town like Geneva. All flavors are homemade and delicious. There are also some special treats they stock from Cheesy Eddies in Rochester - I always bring home a slice!The owner is dedicated and hard-working. It is not easy to stay afloat as a small business here but Jeff gives it his all. I am grateful to have Geneva Gelato in our downtown and will support them as much as I can - and I always recommend as a place to go!

We have stopped by this place specially to try the Gelato. I was expecting Gelato like its served in Italy and Europe but it wasnt creamy and also had icy crunch in it. Also it was very expensive for the serving. Their medium size is kiddie small (dairy queen) and was for $4.50.Ambience was good.

If you like Gelato then you are in for a delicious treat. All homade, and the intense flavors are amazing. Definitely worth the trip. Super delicious!

I used Geneva Gelato for my wedding dessert and I would 100% recommend any local brides to do the same! Jeff is so sweet and easy to work with. Even through the planning during a pandemic, and a date change, he was very helpful and kind. We ended up doing 4 gelato flavors and rainbow Italian cookies, and it was the PERFECT summer treat and a fun, unique wedding dessert which guests loved! The service and professionalism was excellent. Not to mention the actual taste of each gelato flavor and cookie - delicious!

I was anxious to try a gelateria I had never been to—I go out of my way sometimes. This one had all the makings and promise of a good one. The gelato was so-so at best. Much better ice-cream stores in the area!! 2 *s is generous

My wife and I had an excellent experience here!!! This shop has all of our favorites, espresso, gelato, bubble tea and nothing is done halfway!!The shop owner is personable and professional, if we lived in Geneva we would be bankrupt!Please swing by, you will not be disappointed

Amazing Gelato! Recently studied abroad in Rome and this is probably the closest thing I’ve had to authentic Italian gelato in the states! Both classic and creative flavors. Service was only reason for 4 stars and not 5 although we still received our order relatively quickly. Definitely recommend!

Very disappointed the gelato was not creamy and full of ice crystals. There were very few flavors to select from. I will not go again.

We were looking for ice cream on our return trip to Buffalo from Skaneateles, but noticed this place on Google. The gelato was very good. We had gelato numerous times in Italy, and enjoyed it greatly.

I had the small mango ice cream. It was expensive but tasty. The flavor had a good punch, which I like. Sometimes the flavors can be dull.

Love this place! The guy behind the counter was an amazing person not only did the best cappuccino ever but also show us some good place to hang out. Such an great person that added another ⭐️ in our four days in Geneva.

Very yummy. Hit the spot for sure. Chocolate chai latte and salted caramel gelato.

Gelato and coffee. Delicious raspberry sorbet, my wife has the salted caramel. She also had a chai latte and I had a latte with extra shot if expresso. Enjoyed and would go back.

Great gelato and cookies to choose from. Specialty coffee was ok. Their lids do not fit their cups and you coffee will spill if you try to drive it move whole drinking their coffee to go which defeats the purpose of giving togo cups of coffee.

We only had tea here but their selection was great. The gelato looked very good, nice choices available. Excellent service, nice ambience. Try it!

This was my first trip to Geneva Gelato. It was a wonderful experience. I had the Chocolate Chewy Brownie gelato. It was delicious! My husband had the Peanutbutter crunch. He said it was like a reeses pieces flurry but better. The owner was very friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

It’s a cute place, something different to go to. Not as good as it used to be though. Not bad, but if you knew what it was like a few years ago the gelato isn’t the same. The have been networking more though and there’s new stuff in place.

Gelato is AMAZING! Always a great variety of flavors. If gelato is not your thing also a great spot for tea or coffee!

The gelato is absolutely delicious! Expect to pay a little more than you would at a typical ice cream shop, but its well worth it. They always have a great selection of intriguing and exciting flavors, as well as comforting standbys (including a deeply rich chocolate).

Absolutely love their gelato. I suggest anybody that goes by this place go into try any of their flavors.

This place is a local gem. Excellent gelato, and the flavors are unique, and change regularly. Everythung Ive had there has been delicious. They have great tea and coffee. There are tables with chalk on them, which adds to the nice atmosphere they have.

A gelato shop I found in the city of GENEVA, where there are few shops open on Sundays. The delicious gelato, all handmade, is excellent! Today is caramel salt, raspberry sorbet, and extreme chocolate vegan! It is a recommended shop with good COVID measures.
