I’m homeless and told the staff there and the most beautiful, perfect looking, sweet kind blonde girl gave me a free cup of coffee. She was so understanding and kind. Good people here at this Starbucks!Edit: the staff at this Starbucks are impeccable! Everyone is so kind and giving. I love it here! All the staff should get a raise for what they do for their customers. Also Chloe is so cute and she’s as sweet as a gum drop!

Hard to park! Prefer driveup a short distance away.

I was looking for a coffee shop to spend three hours drinking coffee and reading my book while my daughter ran a marathon. This was the perfect spot: good service, good coffee, and a pleasant table and view.

Great place to relax friendly employees plus they vive me a free sandwich that was a great experience.

Busy morning with both walk in orders and online orders. The baristas were laughing, joking and keeping everything moving smoothly.

The barista was extremely rude.The coffee was watered down tastingAnd lukewarm.Never experienced this type of service at a Starbucks facility. The one in downtown Geneva currently is not high on the go back to list.

My office orders Starbucks every week almost and EVERY TIME I get my order it has no whip cream. I don’t understand it. I wouldn’t mind if it’s once here and there but it’s every single time.

Busy store with uppity crabby customers. It not a keurig folks so let them prepare your drink.

The staff were super friendly and I love the food and drinks are amazing. The staff put in a lot of work to make really good quality food and drinks and take a lot of time to prepare the drinks and I really appreciate that and their service is great. I appreciate all the work that is put in. 10/10

Always friendly. Bummer there is no drive thru for the lazy ones like me but it is conveniently located so it’s pretty easy.

Nice atmosphere.

Not a friendly staff, with the exception of one of the ladies that works in the morning. They don’t seem to quite grasp that the customer is who they are taking care of, and seem to be put off when you ask for something a bit different

One of the best Starbucks. Great location in the middle of historic Geneva. Very close to the river and downtown. Grab your coffee and go for a walk down to the river park. Then south along the river to the great train/walk bridge and hit the downtown area to have some food and fun!

Good for coffee on the go. Some coffees there arent coffees, its more sugar than anything. (For those Pokemon fans, starbucks is a great place for raids. ☺)

This Starbucks is in a great location downtown and always is clean and the staff are polite. The only challenge you may find here is parking can be difficult to obtain. Dont expect to be able to rush in and out for a quick drink.

We went to Starbucks in Geneva during Swedish Days. The store was very busy but the staff kept up with all of the orders accurately.The store was clean and nicely arranged. I used a gift card for my purchase without any incident. I tried the new very strawberry concoction.

I went to this establishment on my birthday. I was told that I was not able to use the birthday email that I had. It was my exact birthday and they kept telling me to pull it up on the app but it was not coming up. I was not given my free birthday drink on my birthday and they were extremely rude to me. I will not be returning to this location.

Everyone is always super friendly here. Always crowded but I never have a king wait.

Its a really nice place to study where to read a book when there is available seating. Their stuff is pretty expensive and you dont get much. And their coffee doesnt even taste that great on most days. But its Starbucks. I think thats their thing. I will say that the Baristas are amazing! Theyre always smiling and theyre very attentive and they no people by name after a while. I go there mostly for the Baristas because theyre such a joy to be around and be served by. Everything else is irrelevant. If Im having a bad day, the Baristas usually make my day better.

Baristas are very friendly and knowledgeable about the drink and products. No drive through but walking in is worth it.

If you are not a regular during high times expect a wait. The batistas will chat with, and make the regulars drinks out of order. The rest of us can wait.
