Between the two honda service centers i have been to in North and South Carolina this one has made a great impression with quality of service, detail to customer service, and friendly staff in the entire dealership. I will be back again and again.
Always appreciated the service at Salinas Honda. This trip took a bit longer than anticipated, but their new location was located next to a store t which I needed to shop. Worked out perfectly!
It was not the facilities fault however I was told an estimated time this would take and it wasnt even close. I just needed a key reprogrammed. It took me 1 1/2 hours. AND they would not deactivate the old key that was causing the issue. I had to just destroy it.
