During these tough times with Covid still present and there being a shortage in car parts and or rentals it is good to know that your vehicle is in great hands and that everything is getting done with great timing so that you can get back to your everyday life .

No communication with the customer. Took a month to find anything g out about my truck. I definitely do NOT recommend them for a body shop.

As I walked in and made eye contact an employee sitting @ desk near by, I wasnt greeted or asked if I needed help. I proceeded to the customer service office which was empty. After standing for a minute, I asked the guy if anyone was available he threw his hand up like 1min. After waiting 5 more minutes with NO service, I walked out!..While passing him I said its ok. Ill go somewhere else. This fool said ok(nonchalantly) instead of trying to help or find someone who could. I wont take my vehicles there or recommend any friends/family use them!!

They did more damage to my car & then deflected the blame. They dented my hood & then proceeded to tell me how a image that they took before showed it circled, but it was not. Then they told me that they would be glad to fix it if I pay for it. You want me to pay you to fix the damage that you did to my car?!?! Please save your money & go elsewhere.

I was in an auto accident on April 16, 2021. I took my car to the shop April 19, 2021. I was told my car will be ready in 3 days. It took 12 days. When i received my car the bumper wasnt aligned with the drivers side panel. It has a big gap in it. I called Clay and talked to him. He said, he guaranteed his work. Its been three weeks and my car is still not fixed. Everytime i call they jerk me around. Im going to CHANNEL NINE NEWS!

We just moved here from Hawaii and unfortunately got into a accident and needed a shop to fix our van. After we met Clay, we knew we were in good hands. Superior customer service, great body work and oh so kind. We really enjoyed being texted updates rather than someone calling since we very busy. They even replied via text which was very convenient. This place is great! I went in for to see what it would cost to replace some pieces that were hanging down under the front of my car. They immediately pulled my car in and re-attached the parts at no cost! I will definitely use them again if the need arises. Great bunch of folks.

Caliber Collision lacks the quality inspection and care to ensure their work is satisfactory. My daughter and I both have used Caliber - she in 2019 and me in 2020... exactly to the month. Both instances were for minor dents caused in accidents not caused by us, and covered by insurance. Minor dents that you would think would be essentially easier in nature to work. In both cases Caliber failed to complete the work upon first inspection and required to keep our vehicles for further repair work. My car had two chips in the paint where Caliber had just finished painting and the fender dent was not fully repaired. My daughter had similar experience in that the dent they were repairing was actually visibly still there. It took Caliber a total of 4.5 weeks to finish the job with failure to return phone calls, a paint sprayer breaking, resulting in excuses and further delay. In my case it was poor work to begin with, followed by 3 days additional work to properly repair, multiple unreturned phone calls and an air compressor that broke so they could not paint when they said they would. All in all Caliber lacks quality in work, and I will never return nor recommend them for any service.

Did a great job fixing my car. Transferred my car to one of their other shops to get it done faster, since they were booked up. They went above and beyond to get it doneright.

Great job but it took forever. My car was supposed to be ready on the 20th but it wasn’t ready until the 30th.

I was to close and hit the pole leaving the ATM. Bent in my driver side mirror. Made a small dent in my door and my window wouldnt go up without pulling it up by hand. Im very pleased with my repairs from Caliber. I do highly Recommend them and their Covid19 Precautions are outstanding!!!!

I have used these people 3 or 4 times over the years. Last “fix it” 5/15/19 was very minor and they did it same day. In this mechanical engineer’s eyes, they are the best. The repair that was done today the gentleman said if this was my car this is what he would do. Fixed very quick and would not accept payment. He pointed out my car has very similar minor scratches nearby (he made one I went in for essentially invisible, by removing hit/ run paint in 3 minutes) so what is the point in making the one spot perfect with 2 or 3 scratches so close by. Kept the car for a month minor bodywork fine,Paint fine. The car was stolen and came back with an oil leakAnd in a month it took to put a bumper cover fender liner on the r.side and a hood. Told me the oil leak was fixed until pick up then they said I need an oil pan they need more $ insurance wasnt going to pay. Car still steadily dripping oil! Not to mention they buffed off rear qtr panel pin stripe.Go elsewhere this sux!!
