Horrible company, theyre rude liars and shouldnt be allowed to operate in the triangle area. Home Depot deserve better. I dont think Ill ever get my appliance.

10/10 service, and by 10/10, I mean there is a 100% chance I will NEVER work with these people again. I was scheduled to receive a microwave one day, the day before they called me and said they had to postpone it to 10 days later. I even offered to go there MYSELF and pick it up, they said we dont allow in warehouse pickup. Homedepot! If youre listening, dont work with these people, you deserve better and so do your customers!

At the time we purchased our appliance we gave Home Depot TWO contact numbers, but somehow this company only had one. On the day of delivery that phone was dead and they did not attempt to call the other number to get our gate code. That was a MONDAY, they refused to return until FRIDAY with appliances weve already been waiting 3 weeks for. This homegrown company SUCKS and we will never purchase anything that has to be delivered by them again. We are contacting Home Depot and advising them to use another vendor or lose more military business.

WARNING! This is by far the worst service I have ever endured!!! I waited for 3 weeks to have a fridge, stove, and dishwasher delivered. They stated they would arrive between 11:30 am and 3 pm. At 2:30 pm I noticed I had a missed call. The message stated the drivers would leave by 2:34pm if they didnt hear back from me. Seriously! They gave me 4 minutes to respond! I called back at 2:33pm and explained the drivers had already left and did not wait the allotted time! (Truck UNBO1) refused to answer numerous phone calls from their supervisor! Two hours later when they finally answered the supervisors call, they told their supervisor they left because no one was home and the location was in the boone docks! My location is a business! We had 8 employees here and six cars in the parking lot! Its across the street from an apartment complex! The drivers did not get out of their vehicle, or knock on my door! They just left! Forward Air employees refused to let me talk to the supervisor or Manager and kept deferring ME! When I asked if the drivers would be reprimanded for leaving before the allotted time, refusing to answer their supervisors call, and refusing to turn around and come back to deliver my appliances, the response I got was you can file a claim. Thats right, no apology, no reprimand, NOTHING!! This is the company Home Depot uses to deliver their appliances! Home Depot is slowly parting with Forward Air for obvious reasons! I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
