I placed a curbside pick up order and the guy told me they didnt have any sparkling rose! So I went in to see what else they had, and GUESS WHAT I SEE ACROSS FROM THE FEONT DOOR??? 3 SHELVES OF IT. A LAZY WORKER IS WHAT THIS IS. I STARTED TO GET A REFUND OF EVERYTHING I HAD BOUGHT.......UGGGGHHHHH

I order groceries for pick up due to working from home and having special needs children its so much easier to just pick up, this week my daughters wheel chair and my trunk release were both damaged due to just slinging bags, I got home my bread was smashed, jugs of juice on bags of chips it was horrible. I know they are busy but just that time and detail means a lot to the customer .

Service Center: I had taken my vehicle in for service/new tires and the customer service I received from both Tino and Seral was exceptional! Its Walmart. Do I really have to get into it? Its good one day but horrible the next. They will have most of what I need then NOTHING will be on the shelves. One thing you can count on is at least half the crew there wished they were somewhere else

This is a nice Walmart in a good location. Sometimes they are a little short staffed, so it may take longer than anticipated to check out. This location also stays pretty well stocked.

Walmart is a one stop shopping venue. You can find groceries, pharmacy items, clothing, electronics, toys, office and school supplies, house wares, automotive needs. Small appliances, linens, widow coverings and pet needs. You can get your car serviced while you shop. I have not named everything. The associates are friendly and helpful, although, you may have to look for one. It has two self check out areas, which I like. Bathrooms are well maintained. Parking is also, fairly easy.

The pharmacy is superb, due to the wonderful way we’re treated by the pharmacist (Christie?). She knows us by name and recognizes us no matter how infrequently we come.I will shop no other pharmacy!

In comparison to the many different walmarts Ive been to this store by far has the best availability for products! Staff is very nice and do an awesome job helping me find items on my list! I recommend you stop here first for your one stop shop!

I can usually walk around on my own, but because of a recent hospitalization I can’t really walk much. So I decided to use one of their scooters for the handicapped. Out of all the ones they had, which were plenty, none were charged. I had to use the manual one to get around which was very hard to even carry my items. I couldn’t even get everything I needed because I had nowhere to put them. This is sad that the people that are standing at the entrance can’t even put them on charge. Someone else might need it more than me and won’t even be able to shop. I sure hope I never have to go back while I’m still in the condition I’m in.

Clean and well organized. My only real complaint is the toy selection was very limited, but if you werent shopping for those it wouldnt be a problem. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Please note, the self serve registers are usually card only, no cash.

Recently started the grocery pickup once or twice a week. The kids working the drive up area are great. Have had about 4 great experiences so far.

Nice location! Very clean inside with no blockages in emergency access points. Clearly stocked shelves most of the time, even in times of emergency weather. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They offer curbside pickup and delivery. The grocery delivery service is absolutely outstanding. I have also used their shipping service for non-grocery items but this service was not a good experience for me- I ordered a laptop through Affirm, and it was delivered to another address which I have no idea where. I have no idea if they are still using Lasership as a contracted shipping service, but I just find it better to get non-grocery items from this company in person.

Shouldnt have to stand in long lines because of using cash ...should make the self check out to use either card or cash .

(Not sure about a vision center.)This Walmart was a breath of fresh air after 3 hellish visits to Walmart on Fayetteville road in Raleigh. The staff was courteous. There is not a 20 items or less restriction for self-checkout. Things were so clean! The aisles were well maintained. The layout is extremely different however, so it may take you a little getting used to. There were so many employees around though so I simply asked someone how to find a certain department. One of the price scanners was not working but there are several throughout the store. Was looking for a price on a toy and found a garden department employee to scan it for me. Easy peasy.Overall, great experience. This Walmart is a little bit out of our way but it beats waiting in line for an hour+ at the other. This plaza is nice as well. Next door there is a Rue 21, Dollar Tree and a few others.Highly recommend this store. It is huuuuge. This is one of the largest stores I have ever been to but one of the best maintained. Will def be back. Thank you to the management and staff for valuing your customers well!

A very nice location as far as Walmart’s go, a great selection of everything. It’s what you need in a supermarket, what more could you ask for? I go in, grab what I need and leave, simple.

Its a huge store, its hard to find anything, and I got the very last grocery cart!

Lines were long but check out was quick!! This time I found everything I was looking for and for once it was all in the correct place. Everyone was helpful and happy. It was a nice experience 🙂

Terrible customer service. Checked in when I left home. Got to the pick up area and picked a spot. Put it in the check in area and spot I was in. I was in H across the parking lot and I put my color . They where 5 cars ahead of me and that is fine. Than after others left more people came. To pick up and took the front row. Those people where getting their pick up before mine. Finally some one came to ask my name. Another 10 mins later again watching the people after me get their pick up, I moved my car to 1 and called. Inwas informed they where going by order. How? Clearly people where getting there after me and where already picking up and left. I checked in st 401pm and finally left at 441pm.I will be avoiding Walmart

This Walmart is OK for parking, a bit smaller than what I have seen in a while. I parked by the lined trees for dining room privacy and it was pretty quiet. As the night went on there were less and less cars. I did not want to be the only one staying overnight in this area, that is off the main road and down a curved road and around the corner. Just to let you know I was thinking about heading over to Cracker Barrel a couple miles down the road. It was about 11pm and just a couple trucks hanging around and not too close. A huge 18 wheeler appeared a few spaces down and I felt better having company from a distance....lol...poor older guy trying to get his AC to work, about 12 he finally fixed it, the repair sounds were ok, glad someone was there....ok, good luck.

Justin (Pharmacy Manager), Kristy (Pharmacist), Ms. Teresa (Pharm Tech), Kimika (Ms. Kim; Pharm Tech), and Ms. Debra (Pharm Tech) always treat us with the upmost respect. We use to live over a 200 miles away and would drive to get our medicine at this location simply because they treated us like family. We literally moved closer to this location to be closer to our doctor appointments as well as to be able to be close to our pharmacy team.Real customer service goes a long way and this team of people really exemplify what is means to take care of people day in and day out. Justin puts his best foot forward to encourage his team to take care of one customer at a time. They are very good about reminding you about an item that may need refilling or making sure the consumer is aware that they may have missed an item for the month/90 day refill process. They are also technically inclined and engage with each customer how to manage their medications/refills through the Walmart App. Again, we are thankful to customers at this location. Needed some simple flat shoes in a pinch for a business casual event . Definitely feel like I got my moneys worth .. went with the ones on the left ! On sale for $9 the ones on the right were priced just about the same .

Don’t know what’s going on, but shelves all over the store are empty like that are going out of business on a Thursday. I know it’s hard to get product right now, but this is Wal-Mart. Had to go to Food Lion to get most of my groceries yesterday and today as they were out of stock of most of my weekly items both Wednesday and Thursday. If I have to keep going to other stores to get my basics, probably not going to go to Wal-Mart anymore for them. I hate to pay more for my basics, but if you don’t have it on the shelf I don’t have a choice. Get your act together Wal-Mart act like you are the highest grossing store in the world and put stuff on the shelf, please!

We got all that we needed. There was a new girl in the jewelry dept and she did a really good job helping us and getting us what we needed.

Returned a generator here that my girlfriend purchased for us one day, the returns desk employees were very helpful but I did not a few group up and talk around for a second instead of working on shortening the growing returns lines, but once helped I was pleased with the attitude and friendliness of the employees.

I went to return an item a week ago and learned that the customer service center closes at 8:00 p.m. (One of the cashiers informed me). Therefore, when I arrived to the customer service center at approximately 6:50 pm this evening, I was shocked when the associate behind the counter told me they were closed with another associate sitting in a nearby chair on their phone. I asked what time it was they closed and the associate behind the counter said that she got off at 7:00 pm and begrudgingly helped me with my return of one item while giving me almost more attitude than I could tolerate.After this, I had a small list if things to get while at the store. I was able to find most of what I was looking for, but the store was an absolute mess. Some shelves looked as though they had been ransacked before a hurricane or snow storm, and while I was in the clothing section, there was almost no organization and clothes draped over the racks and just at in the floor. Then in the bottled water aisle, a different customer and myself waited on two associates, each with a pallet cart for over 7 minutes to remove two empty pallets from the aisleLastly, while I was in a checkout line, an associate walked over to the man in front of me said he was opening up another line but asked the gentleman to say where he was at. The gentleman in front of me was an amputee with a prosthetic leg, and once the associate came back and said the line was open, two people were able to get in front of this gentleman. I dont know if the associate noticed if this man was an amputee or not, but regardless allowing multiple people infront of someone you are attempting to help baffles me almost as much as having close to 30 check out registers and only having 3 of them open with all of the lines stretching into the clothing section across the aisle.I usually only go to Walmart if I have something on my Grocery list that I cant easily bor reliably get at a Grocery store, but this will likely be the last time I visit this Walmart location.

Ordered online, got a game console for my son due to it being on back order & none of the stores had any in stock. But at least we could purchase online.

I used to live right down the street now I drive across from raleigh to come to this Walmart. They always have good sales, good service and always clean.

Walmart at 42 crossing is typical for most Walmarts. There are some good employees who love to help people. This particular is somewhat over shopped.

I have just left the store and there were at least half a dozen people shopping while I was in the store completely maskless. I spoke to an Associate, who said the Manager doesnt back up staff when they ask people without masks to leave. You need to do something about this. I should not be risking my life in your store because you arent enforcing the governors nor the CDC guidelines on this.

Grocery Pickup. So I have been a customer to this Walmart for over a decade. The grocery pickup service has some very serious flaws. Tonight I showed up to pick up my order and was promptly told there would be no groceries and I should of received an email telling me that. Heres the problem....many people that shop at Walmart are doing so for values. Currently with the Pandemic going in the store in this area is extremely dangerous. So you take your hard earned money and order groceries for pickup instead. When they cant follow through with their end there is no help coming. You better have enough money to go buy groceries elsewhere because your money will be tied up for days with Walmart. They will blame the bank of course but the fact is some people dont have that extra money for double groceries and will go hungry, or without diapers etc. Until that money comes back to the account, No managers are available or worked today its just wrong and I feel for those people who get put in this situation. Hoping maybe this could help somebody from them putting themselves in this spot because this service is not a guarantee and Walmart just doesnt care.

Short on help. Only 4 registers open. Self check out was ok. Easter took its toll on stock, but, the employees were busy restocking.Bathroom was a mess, but, a nice young lady was headed in as I was going out, to clean. I only spoke to 2 employees, they were polite and helpful.

Cant find a sales person, when you need one. And just a few cash register open. I hate self check out.

Staff helpful isles clear but electric carts need 2 b better maintained.

Not the cleanest/most tidy location and most of the staff is quite unfriendly. I go to Walmart probably once every 6 weeks or so because of this. The Walmart on highway 70 in Clayton is a much friendlier location and the staff are almost always seen tidying departments.

Im not seeing some food products I enjoyed a year ago on the shelves and apparently are discontinued due to Covid-19. The convenience of shopping here is get everything and anything in one trip, right? So check it on its website first, to see if they got it in stock before making the trip for nothing.

The are very few employees there that are so nice and friendly. Some of them have moved to other jobs. Walmart is not what a good company should be based on. If anybody would look behind the scenes everybody would agree.

Definitely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life. The person at customer service asked me how I wanted my change back, I responded,”whenever is easiest”. the lady got mad and slapped it in my hand. Then was rude when I asked about something on the receipt. Also other employees walking around no one jumping on any registers, lines of people waiting to be checked out. There’s even a line at pick up

I found a small Christmas Cactus that someone put in a tape box. It was loaded with baby pink blooms. Now I have a hot pink and a baby pink CC. I need a nice plant stand.

I found out recently that you dont have to show them your receipt on the way out the door....legally. Sure you might get a gung ho employee try to stop you if you keep on walking. But you dont have to show them nothing. And it is so liberating, especially if there is a line and you can just go out the entrance side. I mean I know I paid for my stuff, why do I have to prove it to you. And plus what sense does it make, especially during Coronavirus to have everyone come in and out of one side of the store only?? Seems to me like your forcing people closer together, especially when theres a line. Another reason to go out the Entrance side and not show your receipt!

One of my favorite Walmarts. Best time to go is around 7-8am if you go around lunchtime or after its gets kinda crowded with people.

Nice wallmart glad I live near this one. Very convenient have a little bit of everything.

Overall we are very satisfied although some times they are out of the things we need.

They apparently dont like to answer the phone. I had an important question for the pharmacy about my appt for tomm, and it rang for over 9 minutes. So I called back and tried to get customer service. That rang for over 7 minutes. Then I just started calling different departments bc at this point, why not. NO ONE ANSWERED. Pitiful.

Hate it, dirty, employees were rude, understaffed, were not very helpful, did not have what I needed went to Best buy and found exactly what I needed, never shop at Walmart again.

The same problem is all Walmarts there are 30 lines and they only keep two open

Rude, unhelpful manager. Purchased a bunch of bath towels marked 3.92, realized when I got home they rang up 7.92. Returned to the store and was told they wont honor the price even though they were shown and admitted they had 100+ towels in the 3.92 bin which were 7.92. Told me return them if you dont want them. So sad Walmart has come to this, Sam Walton must be rolling in his grave.
