I LOVE 💖 their scents! Honeysuckle is my all time favorite, but now they have Perfect Lemon or something like that...OMG!!!!!!!!! It smells JUST like that wonderful, fresh smell of a 🍋 lemon peel. Both are intoxicating! Love the Mothers Day cards, too.

I have a medical condition so that I cant wear a facemask. I was told to leave and not allowed to shop. Will not be returning. Good that they are going out of business.

This pier one is the best ever they go above and beyond to get what u want! I have made some great friends at this pier one there like family! The store is always clean and shiny with all there beautiful new decor! LOVE PIER ONE In white oak shopping center they will always take good care of you!!!

I absolutely love this store!! Ive shopped at Pier 1 for 40yrs and its always a delight to the senses. I just bought 4 pillows and I love them. Theres always something new and rare finds. Treat your senses and fall in love with this beautiful store.

I purchased a table online for pickup. I never received an email with my order so I called the store and Mary was so helpful! She informed me the only table they had was the floor model so she asked me to take a look before purchasing. The table was perfect, however wouldn’t fit in my vehicle. Mary was so patient in working with me and helped me to load the table during both my trips to the store that day! Shoutout Mary and to Pier One Garner!

Just picked up some outdoor furniture for my office space. 40%off and they had it ready for us at the store within a couple of days. A super nice retail staff helped us with the pick up on mother’s day. I really appreciate helpful and considerate.

Its so much fun checking out the trends in Pier I even though most of the stuff is way too expensive for me and not very much of it is my style or something I would have in my house. I always end up saying I should get this for... Like I said at the beginning, its fun checking out the decor and color trends in Pier I.

Theyre having a 40 % sale some outdoor items and 15% off furniture. We bought a few things for our new table. We didnt buy the tabke there but they do have some nice glassware and place mats that will bring color to your dining table. But dont buy there dining room tables its mostly compressed particle board. Sorry some of it is would. Maybe the legs. So beware of the things that look like wood that are not. There are some wood peices there but not many.

Very disappointing. This was my first experience ordering from Pier 1 and also in store. Will not do it again. Pick up and return are extremely slow. Clerk very nice but did not seem to know system. Person helping her very rude.

It was busy because of Christmas, the end of the day and the staff was still very friendly and helpful.

Overpriced wobbly goods. Theres nothing that you can get here that you cant get at the flea market for 80% less and that has unique character.

Prior to Christmas was in the Winston-Salem store where I found a set of dishes that my mother fell in love with. I went back a day later (without her), and bought the set. Only they were short a bowl and cup. So the sales person called nearby stores who also had sold out. The nearest store with both pieces was at the Garner store. The sales person talked with the manager and confirmed that both pieces there were in stock. I asked them to send it to the Winston-Salem store and I was told that “there would be a $12- charge to send it to the store and that she didn’t want to do it because all of the sent items arrived broken as they don’t keep any of the packing papers so as to avoid breakage.” Really? As big of a store as you are and you don’t work with your associate stores? Poor customer service !!!

Store clerk and Manager were very rude. I ordered a chair online from this store today, the website said that it was in stock and I could pick it up today. Within minutes of placing my order the store clerk calls and told me they cannot fill my order because they only have two in stock, and they are floor models, which I was willing to accept but instead they cancelled my order because they cannot sell floor models. This is ridiculous to not sell merchandise available in the store.
