Too many people hanging outside the store. clean store just felt uncomfortable about the outside presence 8.

Staff arent very friendly and act like its painful to smile. Gas pumps never provide a receipt which then requires customers to unnecessarily go inside.

Before up let your new hiries work the store.Would you please, make sure they know how to run the lottery machine.

Nasty Nasty Nasty. Should be closed down by the state. No gloves, Nomasks. Dont require customers to wear mask.One man came in and sneezed on everything and stated its allergy season. Well its also COVID-19 SEASON.Nasty Nasty Nasty. Floors nasty. Counters Nasty. Everything Nasty. Its a super spreader.

Cashier wasnt wearing mask. Dont like stopping here to begin with due to the unacceptable level of customer service. Chitchat with coworkers is always more important than the customers

Love this gas station not a fan of the afternoon staff. Morning staff amazing. Afternoon staff act like they don’t even want to be there. Talking to there friends on speaker while checking customers out or just straight up being rude. Extra training should be applied to the afternoon crew just sayin.

I stop here every morning for coffee on the way to work. Staff is friendly and I’m typically in and out. Sometimes they are short staffed however I’m never typically in a rush.

Not one employee was wearing a mask. Only half of the customers were wearing masks. Not going back.

Cashiers attitudes towards each other and towards the customer seems to be a little off. Cashiers appear to be overwhelmed at times and visibly agitated. They were friendly and kind, now, not so much

Every time I stop at this place to get gas there is no paper for a printed receipt:(( why ask to print if no one is installing the paper..

The last three times in a row, and many times before that, I have bought gas here and there is no receipt paper at the pump. Then I have to go inside and wait in line for five minutes because the cashiers are so slow. If this company cared about their customers they would take care of things like this not make you waste your time. I prefer spending my money where the customers convenience is more important than their own.

Last time I visited this store, only 1 of the 6 staff working here was wearing a mask. Very unsafe and disturbing. I wont return to this location again. I do a lot of Speedway.

This store hasn’t been good since joe the manager left. It was never the greatest but at least that man was a damn hard worker: he was starting to turn it around but they never gave him much help. Was in there this evening and I know why I haven’t stopped in there in quite some time. This place needs a complete makeover

Was told by the cashier that me and my co-worker could take two drinks that we didnt have enough to cover at the time but not long after got a call from the manager carol saying they would press charges over 2 dollars if that worth of fountain drinks claiming we owed them 5 . she called twice and the second time admitted it was the cashiers fault. And still threatned charges. But when we got my co workwr to call she suddnely droped the charges.

Loud, un-muteable ads at the pump. Help button went unanswered when credit card authorization failed. Go elsewhere for fuel and snacks.

I live in Floida, have never left this state let alone visited N.C, on the 29th and 30th Speedway hit my checking acct. for $100.00 each day, they give no reference as to who to call or where to begin contacting to recoup my money.

Went into the store and the cashier refuse to give me a receipt! Told me he couldnt give me one because it just printed points. I asked him why did he assumed I didnt want a receipt for the gas a paid for? Right in the middle of me talking he walked off and went in the back. Very rude!! I will never patronize this store every again!

The homeless guy came from the back of the build. He stood & watched us. We left. Am visiting the area. Just drove by there, he was watching people again. Bad area for homeless.

They have a line of people throughout the store and one cashier working while the other three sit around and make pizzas customer service is terrible.

Great price on local gas.

Ever since the hurricane the pumps have constantly had issues. A lot of them aren’t working and sometimes you can’t get a receipt st the pump. It’s like the crew has taken a step down in customer service.

This store lacks in customer service, the drink machines needs to be taken apart and cleaned along with the area, and the store has too many homeless people hanging around.
