Very disappointed. I’m a Walgreens member and schedule my flu shot and completed all the paperwork online. When I arrived, I needed to complete the same paperwork again as they can not print the paperwork from their online portal. Also, my appointment was scheduled for 10:15 am and it 10:45 and still waiting. Why can’t the stores print the online paperwork? Walgreens should update the website to let folks know not to waste their time completing the online paperwork. In today’s world of technology, this is not acceptable. I hope that they get this corrected.
Very disorganized and slow. Husband picked up a prescription on Sunday. Took 20 mins to even get to the counter. Today, we went for the vaccine. Arrived 20 mins early with paperwork ready and waited 2 hours. No clear system. I guess they are doing their best but what is the point of an appointment if you have to wait so long?
No stars should be an option. This location is horrible from the drive thru, phone line and instore pharmacy.All staff should be fired and Walgreens needs to try again. Im still on hold from my 3 attempt to get through on a call. To hold for over 20 minutes twice and to be disconnected is despicable. If my insurance worked somewhere else I would waste my time. The other night went through the drive thru after receiving a call prescription was ready to be told its not.
Kirsten in the pharmacy is so helpful and patient. Just one person can make such a difference in your experience. I have transferred all my prescriptions from Harris Teeter to Walgreens.
Not exactly sure what’s going on with this place, but I’ve given them over a month to fix whatever issue they got going on. They seem to rarely receive scripts, and for some reason take double or triple the amount of time needed to fill a script (per their time given). Well today I’ve had it, I’ve got a very sick 3 year old in need of steroids and not only have they “not received” the script (even though I saw her pediatrician electronically sent it) but I can’t get anyone who knows anything, at all to help me. If your wanting to wait for an extended period of time for a very necessary script, or wait on hold for half an hour to be disconnected, call back and be put back on hold with no help this is a pharmacy for you.
They have a guy there by the name UGY in the actual pharmacy who needs to be FIRED! Super rude! Everyone else, Trevor and Vanessa, specially are excellent.
YOU’RE GOING TO WANT TO READ THIS! I had a refill left on my antibiotic prescription for Levaquin 250mg 1 daily for Urinary Tract Infection #14 with a refill. My Doctor advised me I could take it for active treatment of recurrent Urinary Tract Infections or 1 tablet preventatively before long travel for work. My refill was expired, so I asked the male pharmacist working at 825 Timber Drive in Garner today, on 8/1/21, to fax my Doctor for a renewal. The Pharmacist literally REFUSED to send a refill request to my Doctor saying that it was within his professional rights not to contribute to antibiotic misuse! Even after I explained about the preventative treatment, he still refused and said those directions weren’t written on the prescription. After I talked to the the Store Shift Lead, she went to speak with the Pharmacist and asked him to send the request to the Doctor. This time he said there was a technical glitch and the computer system would not let him send the refill request. Wow! Just wow! When did Walgreens Pharmacists start REFUSING to fax Doctor’s for refills without having my full medical history? If my Dr. wants to refuse my prescription, that’s one thing. When did your Pharmacists become the Judge and Jury? PS - Your Pharmacist first told me he COULDN’T fax Doctors for antibiotic refills. Considering I’m a licensed NC Pharmacist myself, I called him out on making up fake laws! There’s no such law. Too bad one of my prescriptions alone costs $1500/month. I’m moving ALL my prescriptions, along with my other family members. Why would you intentionally block someone’s medical treatment, you weirdos?! That pharmacist needs to be FIRED!
Called this Walgreens pharmacy today and yesterday, had me on hold for over 25 minutes each time and then they hang up on me. This Walgreens pharmacy has too many customers, they need to start turning people away to handle all the calls and prescriptions or get more help. I called corporate and I asked them to review this store for more help or something needs to change.
Waited to check status on prescription for 30 minutes, when my turn to talk to pharmacy they hung up. Called store manager and claimed all she could do was call back there and have them pick up, upon which we were again hung up on. Decided to get prescription somewhere else.
Everyone is usually nice, but expect to spend 30 mintues to an hour to pick up your prescription both inside and
Dont bother making a appointment for a shot. It means litterly nothing. 5 people standing around doing nothing.

Had a very pleasant experience getting the first dose of the Covid vaccine. The woman administering it was awesome.
Very unorganized and slow when dealing with covid vaccinations. Cashier tech had me fill out same paperwork that I filled out online. There are not enough seats for pharmacy pick up and vaccine patients. People were also allowed to jump in front of me because they asked the pharmacist a question.
I pick up a prescription on 3/28/21 had a bad allergic reaction to the medication. After taking only one pill . My Dr told me to stop taking the meds .I paid $30 for this medication, I went back to to store on 3/29/21 so they can issue some kind of refund back . They refuse . I will be going to Publix and Walmart from now on .
My son received his covid vaccines here and both times they were very unorganized and slow. They had us fill out paperwork we had already filled out. The lines were long and we had an appointment but that didn’t make a difference. I will not use this location again.
PLEASE UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION. You are posting that you have availability for the COVID vaccine. You are wasting peoples time filling out unnecessary info and you are not giving the Johnson & Johnson nor do you even have appointments. This is very unprofessional

Staff are always super friendly and the pharmacy has your best interest at heart. They caught it when a medicine that I was allergic to was prescribed to me by a physician recently, very grateful for the catch.
Every time we visit the pharmacy, there is an extremely long wait. Even if the line is short, it still takes 10-15 minutes to get to the counter. I have never picked up a prescription that was ready when it was supposed to be. Either I have to wait to have it filled, or I have to come back another day. The staff is friendly and helpful, but overall the process to get medicine is very slow.
Got put on Eliquis, and brought a coupon for a free starter pack. They did not have any starter packs, but created one from their regular supply. That might not sound like much to some, but Ive been to pharmacies that wouldve told me, sorry, were out.Everyone Ive dealt with there has been pleasant and helpful! Happy to be their customer!
I love the ladies in the pharmacy! They are so sweet and nice considering all the jerks they have to deal with. They always fill my meds quickly. And if theres issues with insurance they figure it out quickly and dont complain. You guys are awesome!
Kesha, Abi and Jacoby made my day! I had ordered prints from a different retailer online but due to COVID the picture didnt arrive on time. I came into Wallgreens last minute frantically trying to figure out what size picture I needed to fit in the giant frame I had just purchased. Abi helped me understand how to use the Walgreens app. Jacoby helped me print the photo and Kesha helped me cut the picture to the exact size I needed so that it would fit in my frame. All three of them were extremely professional and super helpful. I will definitely be coming back to this Walgreens and when I do I hope Kesha, Abi and Jacoby are working that shift!
The pharmacy tech Rose is rude would not double check my name to see if my prescription had been transferred. then made the comment regarding her coworkers “anyone here in earshot, I’m sure they will speak up if they had received” turns out they had received, but did she acknowledge and apologize? no, she wanted to go back and forth, but I quoted her words right back to her. outside of her the service was good. Trisha and Sheneek were nice, efficient and got my prescriptions ready.
Ali, the Pharmacy technician and Stephanie, the pharmacist rock. On our way home from the hospital after the birth of our daughter, my wifes prescription was not ready. Apparently it had not transmitted properly. We followed up on Christmas Eve in.person and it was still not there. Ali and Stephanie actually called the doctors office in front of me and figured out the issue and had a prescription filled within 10 minutes.The bottom line is that they care. We were just another prescription in a sea but they acted like we were the only one they had.Just wow. Ali. Stephanie. You two ROCK!

The worst pharmacy by far! They tell you your script will be ready in an hour, you give them 2+ hours and when you show up they ask you to wait 20+ more minutes. Every single time! I will not use Walgreens any longer.

Unwilling to work with you, policy more important than customers. computer mistakes have made my daughters Miss medication in the past, and telephone system is a huge run around. Pharmacy is extremely slow be prepared to wait even on a slow day.
Dont even deserve 1 star! By far the worst pharmacy there is. They don not have any time management, they have terrible customer service in the pharmacy department. I normally don’t rate places, because I just go into stores and get whatever i went into the store for, and normally the employees ask if I need assistance; but this place just upset me because the register lady was outside smoking (I don’t mind that), I went from isle to while looking for something, and the manager saw me 3 times. I was going to ask him for assistance, and he goes in the back to not be seen again, ended up not finding the item I was looking for, and I go to the register, and they were both scolding at me, as if I should not be there, and the manager by the door, waiting anxiously for me to leave.I don’t complain about petty things like this, but it actually hit a nerve this time.Maybe it was just a rough day for the both of them - who knows... but Im sorry. I just felt the need to rate it as low as I could.
I ordered a picture book from this Walgreens for my daughter as a part of her mother’s day as a new mom. Mind you my Walgreens didn’t offer the book so I drove 40 min to this particular one. I had my grandson with me and he was very irritable when I picked up my book. I had 2 made so they were in a taped up box. I get home to look at the book so I can get her gift ready and I open up a box to find a ton of loose 4x6 prints. My prints were in there and it was never made into a book. The print with the directions for making the book was printed on there, but no book. Not only did I not have my books, but someone else is missing about 200 pictures, that were placed in my box. This photo department is obviously very careless and could care less about what they are doing, but worse my daughters Mother’s Day present is delayed until I can get this fixed! 😡
Complete agreement with the other reviews about the pharmacy staff and one of the male pharmacist. I switched a little over a year ago cause 2 or 3 of the pharmacy staff are beyond rude the others just seem lost. There is one lady behind the counter that should absolutely have no business at all dealing with the public. I took my business to the CVS across the street and have never looked back. Other than the blond pharmacist I miss nothing about this Walgreens.
I love this pharmacy, they are practically my second family. My son has special needs, sometimes they dont have his meds or access to them so it can be very frustrating.
Every customer including myself was told it would be 15 mins for our scripts to be filled. Mine was called in 7 hours prior. After 25 mins of watching this take place, they pulled my prescription already filled and ready from the box behind them under J. After realizing I watched this happen when she pulled the script out, she tried to ring me out as fast as possible with no apologies or anything. I didnt say anything at all and I do understand work gets busy, but fess up to making people stand there for absolutely no reason other than you were to lazy to check the boxes.
Terrible pharmacy, first and last time here. Took two trips in to get a prescription and still wasnt ready the second time-waited over 45 minutes. Houston was the ONLY helpful staff member. the other staff was NOT friendly especially Paula.
Every time I go threw the pharmacy to pick up my medication, Im treated as Im a burden to them. They will walk by without acknowledging that youre there waiting finally after about 6-7 mins a snappy can I help you. My last recent visit was the worst yet. Lady rolled her eyes at me and was like your insurance dont cover this you still want it. I said yes because my doctor prescribed it. Yall really need to clean up your staff or send the ones you have to a class to teach them customer service skills!!

Wish I could give them zero stars. The pharmacy staff is slower than molasses in January, and seem to be pretty incompetent when dealing with insurance. I have NEVER had a lapse in pharmacy coverage, yet Im told I have no coverage every time I fill a prescription for the last several months. When I call my insurance carrier, they say that Walgreens is entering the information from my card incorrectly into their system, causing the errors. The pharmacy staff refuse to call the carrier themselves, and insist my information is incorrect. Today, after I finally lost it and yelled at someone, the pharmacy manager called a different Walgreens to find out how to correctly enter the information. This pharmacy didnt use to be like this, but seems to have gone way downhill lately. I have contacted their corporate and will take my business elsewhere if things dont improve.
They are very fickle. Some employees in the Pharmacy are great, others are rude and very unprofessional Im changing from them soon.
I want to say it is the most messed up drug store I ever been in like I went to purchase my moms medicine yesterday with express pay mind you I was told I didnt have to pay anything this tall black female named shaneek or whatever charged me plus gave me the wrong medicine then this old elderly lady working the counter harrased me about a damn membership card and would not let me use my damn debit card to buy my three items til I joined I am really Still pissed off about this matter please forward this to the manager
Rude as can be. Asked if something was in stock (says in stock online) . I was told if its not on the shelf then its not in stock. Really rude, no help refused to run the WIC number.Avoid this location like the plague.

The pharmacy lost my original prescription and said they would call my doctor to get it back. I called the next day and they had lost my information and nothing had been done. I had a lapse in my medication and decided to go back to my previous pharmacy.
