I went looking for a dressy outfit. They had a nice selection and great prices. Especially compared to the other stores and malls that I went too. If you are not coming for a specific color or style and are open to just see whats there, it will be easier to find something. I was looking for a navy blue dress so I limited myself. Several other nice dresses that were other colors. Either way I normally make this my first stop and then go other places if I can find it here.

This is the one and only Ross I have ever been to. Its a very picked over store with not much in it. The staff was very nice and the manager working seemed like an awesome guy. The happy staff is what did it for me.

Please like our reviews. Wheelchair accessible. Ross always has wheelchairs avail too. This store is my go to for high quality herbal teas ans snacks for cheap...They have some really great deals and also a TJ Maxx next door if you cannot find wbat you are in search of. The staff was friendly and checkout was so fast. Thank you!

I love shopping here and there is always this one nice lady I love her she has curly hair! but there is this other lady she is horrible in costumer service she was a white lady, had glasses and a bun. so rude and so impatient! my mom doesn’t understand much english so I help out but she doesn’t have patient and told us to hurry up and rolled her eyes. Props to the other lady cashier though! she’s so nice!

This Ross had inventory...I found 3 items...I only had 15 minutes to shop. I will definitely return to this location.

It was my first time going back there in a while and we (wife & I) were looking for some baby clothes for a 1year old girl. They didnt have a lot to chose from. We got only 3 outfits. Ended up getting a couple of pillows an comforter for our bed as well.

This store was picked over the other day. There was hardly anything worth buying on the shelves in households. Their clothes used to cost less, but now cost more for cheaper quality.

The store is normally always a mess and they need more cashiers to check out customers here. NO one has time to stand in line for so long because only one lane is open. If you come on a good day, you will definitely find something that you like for a great deal here though.

The slimmings are pick. The whole brand is losing their appeal to me

Knightdale Location: How do you sell the same exact product for two different prices? You can clearly see the items (throw pillows )are the same but you refuse to sell it at the lower price? Example, one pillow was approximately $8 and the second was approximately $10. Wait, what?! Im confused. So youre telling me you dont want to make a sale. Okay, went tight to Target and TJ Max. I found what I was looking for at a slightly higher cost but better quality. Thanks you absolutely made my day.

The customer service is not so bad. The service is slow, and need more training.When shopping it feels like you are at the park with your family, but your children are the ONLY CHILDREN THAT IS NOT RUNNING AROUND IN THE STORE.If the customers cannot control their children, they should be asked to leave the store by the manager.CUSTOMERS want to spend their money and enjoy their time in the store shopping with friends and family, customers cannot do that when you have other people children RUNNING around and JUMPING in and out of the clothes.If you like being at a pet park, well this is your place.

Customer service was amazing !! But if I took a picture nobody would go there. The store was a complete disaster as the pet isle was on the floor along with a trash can!!! Shoes everywhere in the store!!! Went to check out lady in the set in isle took me cause she saw how long check out line was and that is a great individual seeing how to give great service!! Work on your appearance being in white oak!!

Disappointed in the covid-19 precautions. Every associate we encountered in the front of the store were not properly wearing their masks. One girl was smacking her gun with her mask resting on her lip..

I always find great deals and affordable items for my household and clothing. The only thing negative thing there is that checkout time is so long. They dont have enough staff to checkout customers sometimes and normally have 2 people checking out. Some of the staff is super nice and cool but there is one or two that always seem mad.

I was looking for a cute, spare dog bed for my little Chihuahua at a good price. They actually have a whole isle of beds, toys and goodies. Not to mention, they have a variety of sizes, styles and colors and good quality.

Ed Spafford took me here to buy me clothes. He picked them out & I tried them on, I thought it was cute. I found out later that he would do this with his wife too(he left out the married part) Ross isnt high dollar, he also bought things for his other girlfriend here

This use to be a really good store, but has turned into trash and because of that they have security now, and barely has anything, customer service is as bad as the customers that come in there now, I shop at Marshall now at least people there have manners and clean per say lol 😆....sorry Ross but your not a good store like you use to be 🤷🏼‍♀️

Home items inventory was lacking.

Very horrible customer service. I often shop at this place. Few weeks ago I had a big purchase. Unfortunately on check out some of my paid merchandise was left behind. I did not find out about missing merchandise until I got home. I called the place and spoke to the cashier and she described all the missing merchandise and took my name and number. I told her I will not be back that day to pick up. She said to pick up whenever. So I went back today and was told they dont have it. I spoke to Stephen (possibly the manager) who was so arrogant and rude and seems like he hates his job. He did not listen, and accused me that I am lying. I will never shop here again. I hope he find another job where he can be happy and helpful.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Two cashiers and the line was 20plus deep..horrible wont return.

A mess. Everything is everywhere.

One cashier. One person handling the dressing room. One loss prevention person who was just useless. No one to handle returns. The longest line I have ever seen in a Ross at 10 pm on a Saturday. I had 2 choices: Move from the return line I had already been waiting in for 10 minutes thinking someone must be in the back and would be up front shortly, or move into the worlds longest purchase line. I would say this store is mismanaged, but I dont think management even exists. This is the worst Ross I have ever been in.

Pretty much the whole store was destroyed..dont know if was because of today being Labor Day..Staff appeared bored and tired. Ive been to this store before and its been better but today was awful!!

If I could do 3.5, Id probably do that. Ross is a hit or miss store. You can go there and find a great dress, or pick through a million pieces and never find something that works well. Im reducing the stars because lately it seemed like I waited forever because there was only one cashier.

Shop often

They should be able to tell patrons that their children need to be with them at all times. This ross has so many things scattered everywhere, lines always long and children running in the store, breaking things, its a shame. I understand that speaking to peoples children in this day and age is no longer appropriate, but you can make patrons respect the store and the merchandise. I can only shop here on the weekday from now on.

Well I was at this location a few nights ago trying to prepare for a funeral the next day.So I really didnt wanna give this place a star but I had to for a review but as Im walking in the store with my stepdaughter and granddaughter trying to find something for my other kids and my young sister that just so happens to wear a size 11w in shoes so as Im looking for the biggest size shoes someone is on the intercom saying some code so I didnt pay it any mind I had a task to do before the next day. Now I see that they didnt have what I needed so Im talking to my stepdaughter about what I needed now I see this guy wearing a purse and acting like hes interested in the pillows as I noticed we works there he trying to see what Im doing but trying to be sneaky about so I telling him since you fluffingpillows you should pick up the shoes off thefloor he goes to tell me he doesnt touch the merchandise but I couldnt tell . While he is trying to figure out what Im doing all he had to do is ask if I needed help but basically they thought I was shoplifting. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life I work to jobs with three kids and a wife what the hell I look like shoplifting. I think they need to come up with another strategy to see if anyone is shopliftingDue to the fact all he can say is he is just looking out for everyone safety. But how is that when you playing it off like your looking at pillows. The next person might not be as nice as I was. I have too much to lose out here and losing my freedom and not being able to see my kids, husband, and make my money isnt on my agenda. I would never shop here anymore even though this location was covenant Id had better in Morrisville and North hills and eveywhere else. I work to hard and pay taxes as well and look at like criminal. I like Ross. Their prices are good they have a lot of variety. BUT the clothes were so disorganized! I didnt know if I was in Misses or Womens. I couldnt find slacks, because there were Petites, but I am Tall. I might have bought things from a Youth section, because it seemed to be in w Womens. The top I bought was the only one like that. They didnt have it in several different sizes. I will go back again. I would recommend it. But its not easy to shop there!
