Dominic and Angel are great. Always get the best service from those guys, super helpful. Those guys are the reason I go to target even though I moved closer to the other target on timber. Not often you find employees to help especially with all the mobile orders having to be pulled so i understand. Store is very friendly and one of my favorites!

The staff at White Oak Target always go above and beyond to make sure their customers not only find everything they need, but to have a great experience throughout visits in the store and with pick up / drive up orders. Today Dominic was incredibly helpful getting my order together and helping me out with some glitches on my end after a very long day.I would highly recommend this location for its great selection and great customer service!

Visited tonight and it was the 1st and last time. Felt nothing like a Target. Approximately 30 min before closing the store, a sound like a loud busy signal was played throughout the store to encourage people to leave. I was on the phone while the sound was playing and the person on the other end asked if it was an emergency signal. Nobody actually spoke over the system or apologized for the noise and as I was walking up to the front I could continually hear the sound going off in diff areas. The employees were all upfront ready to get everyone out. My pickup order was incomplete and inventory was incorrect as an item was in stock that the system indicated it wasnt. Thankfully I had seen the item and was able to get my order properly fulfilled as I traveled to get it. The guy did apologize for the mixup which I will note. There is more tk the story but its already lengthy enough. I feel sorry for the local area as my neighborhood target would Never treat their customers this way. I truly hope this comment at least sparks a conversation because majority of the staff seemed very young and inexperienced. Will never visit this location and if this is not your area Target I warn you to avoid it as well.

I was in target today (a week before Christmas!) and was greeted kindly by Jackie as she was stocking by the front. She was very friendly and helpful with where I could find my items. She made me feel comfortable about being in the store even though the line was really long. She assured me that the line would go fast...so I stayed and she was right.

I like this Target, but I cant when these associates would ask me is there is something they can help me with and at the same time concedering me as person that would steal out of the store. Thats cause me not to come back. Its bad enough that the Target in my hometown refuse to hire, but if Im a Target at Target, I dont have to come back.

I shop at this location often. I see many review about not enforcing mask rules and I have seen the opposite. Each time I have come I see strict enforcement of mask rules starting at the door. I have seen with my own eyes people not allowed to shop because they refused a mask at the door. This is one of the stores I go to often because of the the mask enforcement. They also have a very good section of toys that I can give as gifts to clients children. One thing I do say is the staff is so-so on the friendly. They are not really wanting to be bothered. It should not be hard to say hello to a customer.

I went to the Starbucks at this location and every time I have been recently the same guy makes my drink and makes it perfect each time!

Ordered online went to store to pick up my item it was 1.5 hours since my order they said I had to wait till it was 2 hours they refused to go get my order on the shelf and forced me to sit and wait 30 min till it had been 2 hours. Horrible service that doesn’t make any sense

This Target is great! I needed some help, Nanc answered my questions very well and gave me as much help as she could! She and other staff there made me feel warm and comfortable shopping there!

This Target location needs to be more strict on enforcing the use of masks. I was recently there this Last Sunday night and a family of 5 were walking around touching everything and only one family member was wearing a mask. Employees walked past and let this behavior continue. Further heading down to the register, I noticed more people not wearing masks as employees shrugged it off. How can one buy essentials when there are people running around mask-less. This is Walmart behavior, in a Target location.

Target app is very easy to use and the pick up is fantastic especially for moms with young kids.

I went there in In that target with the intention of trying to find something for my husband’s circles under his eyes and something to alleviate the pressure from the eyes . I was looking for something that would help with something to comment for some kind of cream or any kind of treatment that would be good for this kind of thing. As I was approaching the cosmetic section if you will, John came over and asked if I need any help and I told him that I was struggling in finding something adequate enough for my husband’s issues with his dark circles under his eyes . To be frank and to be honest I did not expect what kind of solution he gave me. He gave me several different ways in helping me and helping my husband with trying to figure out how to fix these current issues we were having with our skin. I have never met an employee who was as willing and had so much knowledge of the beauty department and that’s with cosmetology the history and everything that goes into dermatology. He seem to know what of everything . Top A +++ salesman !

I was at the store this morning and a store employee was delivering items to a customers car. I politely said good morning, she looked me straight in the face and said nothing. Thinking she had no heard me I said excuse me may I ask you something she turnt her back and kept walking but approached the customers car and said “GOOD MORNING HOW ARE YOU”. If this person has this type of attitude towards certain people, then she is definitely working in the wrong field, after all my money along with those she prefer help pay her.On another note the gentleman that greeted me at the door was kind and polite she could learn from him.

Worst customer service ever. I’ve been on hold and hung up on atleast 8 times today. The customer service desk is either asleep or being flat out lazy if they can’t answer my call atleast 1 time in an hour. I had one simple question that won’t be answered due to the employees that apparently are too lazy to care about their jobs

The Target shopping experience is always positive for me. I will go out of my way to avoid Walmart and find a Target. I have never been disappointed.

Target usually has a good selection of what I am looking for. As any Target loving human, Target has a great selection and nice things to choose from whether it be for your home or for you wardrobe. Love a Target run.

Shopping during COVID-19: I do not recommend shopping at this Target. There seems to be no regard for social distancing, following the aisle arrows, managing capacity, wearing masks, etc. These issues may be more of a reflection on the community shopping here, but the experience is within the walls of this Target. So beware, if you’re interested in doing your part to avoid getting/spreading the virus.

Ive been a Target customer for years, mainly at the one at White oak Crossings shopping center in Garner, NC & the team members there have always been helpful & friendly. I live right down the road so I visit often when I need something but of course not as much lately for obvious reasons...anyway, they always acknowledge me when I come in. Some of them even recognize me & chat when I come in. Its a good feeling. And I applaud everyone there for the outstanding job theyre doing during this stressful time. Ill always remain a Target customer. You can count on that.

The customer service here is horrible and the lines are always long. They clearly are not training their employees like they should because I had a lady mess up my entire purchase while there were many people in line behind me. I felt bad for the other customers so I said I would head over to customer service but they were no better! I wanted a refund for a single item because after purchasing I noticed it was broken before even taking it home. She refunded my entire purchase because after having exactly $300 to cover my purchase, the void took my money off of my card and it was a pending purchase meaning I no longer had enough money to purchase ANYTHING because I didnt have an extra $300 on the single card I took into the store! I cant shop here!

Changing pharmacies, as I am moving. The pharmacist took my prescription and filled it without any issues. I love every Target Pharmacy. The store is new and large with a great grocery section with actual produce. In and out in under 30 minutes. Great experience.

I was able to use my Red Card from my phone and the store clerk showed me how to do it because i didnt have it with me

The cashier was so friendly and really went the extra mile for my little one, who was being a bit impatient with a toy she wanted to open. The cashier was talking to her and made her feel so special while we waited for all our items to be scanned. She actually got a pair of scissors so I could open the toy while the rest of the items were being checked out. Amazing customer service without even having to ask for it! She should be teaching the training seminars for all the cashiers.

Today I was discriminated against by one of your employees.I went up to the register to CS for checkout because I had an exchange to make. The employee working, instead of gretting me the way a customer should, she asked me was I checking out a shipt order. Assuming I wasnt making a purchase of my own. I doubt she greets all customers that way. I didnt have on anything resumbling a uniform which is why I come to my conclusion that she discriminated against me. Very unprofessional. Yes I am a black women, a person of color!

This Target has most of the stuff I need, but the grocery section could use a little bit more variety. Sometimes I ask the staff where I can find a certain product and they are snappy. But another time I asked a staff what dry shampoo I should get and she recommended a couple. Checkout lines can get very long depending on what day and time you go.

Love the pharmacy staff and customer service- so helpful and return customer service and photo areas, this guy named Zach from Ohio stay in the cold wind waiting with me for my husband to arrive to pick up the chairs and he had no jacket but his red target tshirt. He said he was from Ohio, but it was cold air! Kudos to his excellent service!! Do not find people like him any more! The pharmacists are great and so are the staff, always have a smile, even when you are sick, they brighten your day!!

Be sure to check your expiration dates on all perishables. I reluctantly relied on the staff here to be pulling expired product but just bought a salad that was expired a week ago and an almost 10 dollar quart of Naked juice that expires tomorrow. If I’m going to spend the extra money to go to target when I can just go to a lame food lion, I want my product fresh!Not cool Target!

Just came from this Target (White Oak) after wasting most of my lunch hour in their shoe department. Nothing is organized at all. It appears that they simply put all the boxes of shoes randomly on the shelves. Normally, one would see the boxes of the shoe on display below the shoe. Not here. The only division is Mens/Childrens/Womens - after that, its a free-for-all. I, for one, dont have hours and hours to forage for shoes, nor do I have any desire to. Absolutely disrespectful waste of customers time. I wont shop at Target again.

This is a very clean store with shelves neatly stacked and I was really impressed because I got there about 1 oclock pm and this time of year with that many people in the store you know what shelves look like. The staff was very pleasant and helpful except for the one older woman at the online order pick-up counter I dont know what her problem was she saw me standing in line she was doing absolutely nothing she turned her back and left and I had to wait till the other cashier was finished with that customer and when that cashier was waiting on me that older woman came back and waited on the person standing in line behind me, go figure. Hint I was the pepper in a salt field.

Its conveniently located, safe, well lit and plentiful parking, very friendly people to check out my purchases.

My family and I just visited this store at 8:40PM to return 2 items. As we approached the customer service desk, not once were we greeted or even acknowledged by the older Caucasian woman at the register. She spoke to another younger female employee but still never once acknowledged us. Another customer entered the store and hit his knee. She checked on him, who was quite a distance away, but still would not acknowledge us (an African American family). Needless to say, we left. Once I return my items at another location, we will not be patronizing this store. We will take our hard earned dollars to where we will be respected and acknowledged!!

What can I say except its Target. Staffed by fairly helpful and nice employees. Usually quick to send back up to the front lanes in busy times. Equipped with a self checkout as well!

Store is nice until you need to check out. They used to be great. Now they dont seem to prepare for crowds or customer concerns.

It would be nice if they could hire people who are friendly that work in customer service departments...they are rude, and when they transfer you, the person who answers (if they answer) do not even answer the call appropriately. They just say hello? I mean, am I talking to someone in clothing at Target? try answering the way that you are trained to.Regional managers need to also get their management and retail workers in check to answer calls. This is not a one off situation where it takes 6-10 min to even get a call answered.if they improve, so will my rating. But not amused with them at the moment.

I’ve always liked Target but this store in particular is very nice. I was impressed with their clothing selections. I did have to wait a LONG time to return an item and I had trouble finding some of the grocery items I was looking for but overall it’s a nice store.

Typical Target, about average size.Good selection of housewares. Decent choice of vacuums. Good coffee maker choices.Most of the electronics section is game gear or phone related, so a better selection of those items.Small grocery section good for many needs, but dont expect a huge selection. Very limited fresh produce. Good selection of beverages and frozen items. Also pet food selection is good.Prices are generally higher than other stores but several high end selections that are otherwise hard to find are available at Target.More than adequate parking, but puzzling access to parking area from main road requires zig zagging to get to the store.

Stores are clean and the clerks are clean and professional. I wanted a red wreath and it was only in two stores. I chose to go to the Timber Drive location.

My rating went from a four star to a one star based on my experience today I went to return an item and the skinny girl with short hair was so rude and whacked customer service I cannot believe she was in guest services department when I approach the counter she just stood there do not say anything to me it was fiddling with something that was on the counter I waited for her to greet me which she never did I had to speak up she was the perfect example of what not to do when working in retail customer service Today is September 26 1230PM hopefully a store manager will see this and correct it’s employees Not only that me another customers waited almost 10 minutes because all of the self check out we’re not working properly did check out employee took off there was nobody there to help very frustrating experience all of this in one trip on my lunch break resulting in me being late for work
