Great Job. My experience with Transparency replacing a ‘panoramic roof glass’ in a 2017 Honda Pilot was excellent. Jace was very accommodating with my scheduling needs, and very responsive with my questions. Transparency also offers ability to drop car off after hours, which was very convenient for my work schedule. The roof glass replacement looked like a factory install, considering the entire interior head liner had to removed to replace this glass. It promptly passed the leak test with a several inch rainfall the day after I picked it up.I rarely write reviews but I feel this one is warranted. This was not the first time that a pebble on the highway made a small ding that soon became a crack the length of the windshield on one of our vehicles. But, it was definitely the best such experience over the years based on the service provided by Transparency Glass. I am grateful for the excellent Google reviews of the business that I found online, They were spot on, reporting excellent service from start to finish. Jace ordered a replacement windshield for the 2020 Subaru Forester and kept us aware of the status of the shipment, working with us to schedule a replacement day and time that would be convenient for us. Everything and everyone was ready when I arrived, and the work to install the new glass and calibrate everything was done efficiently while I was able to work alone on my laptop in a comfortable, quiet, air-conditioned room. The price was good, the service was friendly, and they coordinated with our insurance company to make this a low stress event. Other than not having the ding, the experience could not have been better.

Jace and his team took excellent care of my windshield replacement. When they started taking it apart and found that the last people who had replaced the windshield (with the previous owner) had broken the clips on the plastic mouldings and glued the pieces back in, they immediately told me all that was there and what needed to be done to make it right. They even handled the claim with our insurance company to be sure that all of the replacement parts would be covered under the windshield replacement. The glass is excellent quality... none of that cloudy glass that looks like there is a film on it. Just perfect, crystal clear glass! I highly recommend them, and even though I only had a windshield replaced, I’m confident that they are as thorough and competent at all services they perform. They will definitely be my go-to for all of my automotive glass needs!

I recently had a rock hit my windshield and it left a small crack. I was concerned that the crack would grow larger if I didnt have it repaired right away. I called Transparency Auto Glass and they were able to get my repair done the same day, which was phenomenal. Because of the size of the crack I was able to get a repair instead of getting the entire windshield replaced. From the time I made the appointment to the completion of the job the staff was very professional and courteous. I had my windshield replaced prior by another company and had a lot of road noise. After the replacement the cockpit of the car has never been more quite. If you have any glass issues with your car, this is the place to take it! When a freak wind pulled a glass panel out of my sunroof (and shattered it in the street), my insurance provider could not find the part (old car) and wanted to total my car. I found a sunroof specialist that sent the needed part to Transparency Auto Glass, where I had the work done. I had a great experience with this company! They knew the questions to ask, immediately gave me an accurate quote and got me scheduled. The appointment was on time, but it took slightly longer than planned. I got 35% tint on my front two windows and the quality is impeccable! I highly recommend getting tint here! The reason I only gave this business 4/5 instead of 5/5 is because my windows were not cleaned prior to the tint being applied (at least it doesnt look like it). There are some smudges on each window trapped below the tint. I assumed it was a common practice to clean an area before tinting. Its not highly noticeable, but I can tell when looking at certain angles. Overall a great place to get tint at! Very friendly employees!

I went here because it was recommended by my family! After I got my car the heat expanded a crack in my windshield and I needed to get it fixed right away. Jace was able to accommodate me and meet me before the shop even opens because I needed to get back home for an appointment. Jace and his team are AMAZING!! They came out within 2 days to fix my cracked windshield. They were very nice and professional. Fast forward 7 months, and my Explorer started to have some inside condensation issues. I called Jace, and he was more than happy to come and take a look at my window. After describing what was going on in my car, he came to the appointment, after researching possibilities for the leak, went right to the back of my Explorer, and looked in the spare tire wheel well. Well, a small pond had begun to form (lol) due to a leak somewhere in the back of my car. We are in the process of trying to get the issue taken care of, but I wanted to say how wonderful Jace and his team are. Definitely 5-star + experiences!!

While driving home to Florida from Virginia, a giant rock was kicked up by another car on the interstate and shattered my windshield. After assessing the damage and deeming it unsafe to wait on fixing it, I researched places nearby and found this one. It was a solid hour of driving added to our trip, but it was beyond worth it! I was helped immediately with only about a half hours notice and was out within the hour. The price was far beyond reasonable at several hundred under what I anticipated replacing my full windshield would be. Fantastic business and fantastic service!

This business is so professional and affordable. When someone broke into my car on Christmas (thanks so much for that, jerk, whoever you are) I called several places for quotes. Transparency was the cheapest by a significant margin. They replaced my smashed window for basically the same cost as my deductible, so I avoided filing an insurance claim. They also rearranged their schedules to accommodate the narrow window in which I was available for the repair. Every person I spoke to was friendly and courteous. They thoroughly vacuumed all the broken glass out of my car. Great warranty on their work, too. Super impressed.

If you are looking to get your windshield replaced I highly recommend these guys! They did an AMAZING JOB!!!! I called in and was given an appointment for the following day they called prior to our appointment to confirm and showed up on time My installers were Daniel and Jace from the Garner location who were very professional and unbothered by my presence as I sat in the front yard and watch them work! Overall the install took about 30 minutes they cleaned up after themselves and left the windshield squeaky clean no fingerprints!!! So glad I found these guys! I had a large crack appear in my windshield one morning stemming from a ding in my windshield that was down low and I didnt know it was there. I tried to schedule an appointment through my insurance company with their partner glass company and couldnt get an appointment for a couple of weeks! Of course my van was due for an inspection and its the end of the month, so I really needed it replaced. I called around and this company was able to fit me in the next day and they handled the insurance claim. They came to my workplace and did a great job. Bonus, they were also able to fix a ding in a coworkers windshield while they were there! Highly recommend them and I love supporting local businesses.

Transparency Auto Glass came out to my location to replace my windshield, and Ronnie and Jace did a FANTASTIC job. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They gave me a call when they were 30 minutes away. When they arrived, they were so pleasant to work with. This being my 1st time having my windshield replaced, they answered all of my questions willingly and even gave me advice on my wipers. It didn’t take long at all for the replacement, which shocked me. Once they were done installing the new windshield, they vacuumed and cleaned the glass and gave me instructions on how soon I could drive and when to remove the tape. It looks really good and I couldn’t be more pleased. Should I ever need this service again, I will choose these guys again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF INTEGRITY. On 10/18/19 a rock bounced around a few times on my windshield leaving chips and nicks. With upcoming weather changes and vacation next week, I was concerned about the 2 places I noticed, and thought it was going to cost any arm and a leg to get repairs done in time. I got quotes and many places werent accepting appointments for another week! One place did offer to come on-site within a few hours but NEVER showed, which was a blessing in disguise, because I had the opportunity to meet Jace at Transparency Auto Glass. He had me come into the shop immediately, have me options, educated me on the glass itself, showed me where the rock had bounced more times than I noticed. For just a smidge above the price the no show quoted to fix TWO spots, Jace installed a brand new windshield. He didnt push or oversell. He was patient and worked within my timeline. Cool, that he was concerned about me being on lunch hour and having to get back to work too. GREAT people do good work!! Ill never go anywhere else for my auto glass needs!!

If you care about your vehicle read this! Im very particular about my vehicles. I have a brand new RAM LIMITED with adaptive cruise, lane assist, auto park, 360°camera view, sound dampening acoustic glass, rain sensing wipers etc. A State Trooper flew by me on I-40 and lane changed right on my front bumper throwing a rock that sounded like a gun shot breaking my windshield right in my line of sight. I didnt want to have windshield replaced on a $70k truck full of technology for fear of it never being right again. I had Safelite try to do a resin fill but the chip was too deep, the tech left my ignition on and caused my wipers to activate resulting in a broken drivers side wiper arm from hitting the resin pump head on windshield. Right then I knew I wanted them away from my truck. They didnt offer to replace wiper arm and I wouldnt have let then do it anyway. Id take the part and install myself. I do everything myself except, body work, computer issues that dealer does with proprietary software and glass. I got a new wiper arm, I use Bosch Tricon blades on all of our vehicles so I had a spare. I replaced it and started doing research for best windshield replacement in Raleigh area for high end vehicles with adaptive cruise, lane assist and others that have cameras and or radar mounted on rearview mirror that needs calibration with windshield replacement. I called places that every RAM, Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler dealer in the area recommended. None instilled confidence. The one Westgate referred me too, the guy thought I was on hold and yelled to different people around the shop asking if they could do a new RAM, I heard NO, havent but Ill try... Then the guy thinking I didnt hear any of that said YEAH weve done plenty give me your info to schedule. I simply said no thanks. Another that Cary Auto Park referred answered and said it doesnt matter if weve done that truck or not, we can figure it out and as far as calibration, once we finish the windshield you just schedule with dealer to have them do it, youll pay us $1600 for Mopar glass if you insist on factory glass but we recommend aftermarket then pay dealer for calibration and take it up with your insurance for reimbursement for both bills. After lots of research it looked like Transparency was my best option. I talked to Jace he insured he could do it, get Mopar glass identical to what the truck was built with. He also scheduled with dealer for calibration so he could do windshield at dealer, have them calibrate it and he took care of all billing so all I had to do was pay him my insurance glass deductible of $100 and hed handle the rest. Thats how a professional handles business instead of throwing it back on the customer. I was busy but he met my wife at dealer, did a factory our better windshield install, calibration was done immediately all on site so entire job was 2 hours and it looks like glass has never been removed. So far everything is factory perfect. Billing couldnt be easier for two separate jobs for windshield and calibration. He did work like it was his own truck, paid for calibration, my wife gave him the $100 deductible and done. He made it simple, professional, quality work with factory glass and my wife said she was treated as if I was there. Women dont usually get that service in Auto industry. Transparency and Jace will be my go to for glass from now on. Ive already referred several friends with expensive luxury trucks and foreign import luxury cars that have been hesitant to have other glass companies touch their vehicles. By far the best auto glass guy in the area for new tech filled vehicles and the fact he takes the extra step for dealer calibration if he doesnt have software at his shop proves hes about doing business the right way instead of the fast money, half job, billing on customer type of way so many other glass companies in the area do things.
