I was a car accident yesterday, a metal bar went though my drivers side windshield going down the hwy at 70mph. Luckily no serious injuries. I spoke with AL Curtis from Windshield SOS and by time I got home next day at 3pm, my windshield was replaced. Its looks great. My husband and I was so happy with his work, his kindness during this and going out of his way by cleaning the glass off my dash, putting my things back up on my rear view mirror. We needed our entire windshield replaced due to a pretty bad crack. We communicated our appointment details through Al and Matthew was the one to replace the windshield. I called SOS Windshield about replacing my broken windshield in the evening, and Al was quick to call me back the next morning. He was willing to work with my schedule and was able to fix my windshield two days later (other places couldnt get me in for a week). His prices were the same as what I was quoted from Safelite. I am currently having issues with a recent van purchase. It seems as though I purchased a van that has an accident history while my wife and I were told differently. It was suggested that I was in need of a new windshield due to a leak I had with the overhead compartment (FALSE). Al and his son arrived at my home and took the time to verify where the leak was coming from. He proved that water was entering the van from between the metal that is pinch welded across the top of the windshield. This further proves that the van had body work done prior to us purchasing it. We are in the process of having the van looked at by a trusted mechanic to further prove this assumption.Al ordered my windshield in advance, spent 1.5 hours trying to figure out our problem, and didnt charge me a dime even after I offered to pay him for his time. He also provided us with an email further discussing his findings so we can present his information, and the information from my mechanic, to the dealership we purchased the van.I can not stress enough how incredible it is to stumble upon someone in the Service Industry, regardless of what service they provide, who is willing to go above and beyond their job description to simply help out a family in need. Its not always about making a buck and I hope this review makes it to as many readers looking for an exceptional windshield repair company.

Al did a great job replacing the windshield on my 2017 VW GTI and repairing a chip on my Volvo. His price was the lower of two quotes I received, and Im satisfied with both the windshield itself and with the attention to detail during installation. Im a picky car enthusiast and cant see any obvious signs of replacement (other than not having an OE windshield anymore.) Thanks!
