Superior customer service and professionalism from the first phone call of scheduling to the installation. My original installation date it rained all day, but the technician came anyways to verify they had the correct glass. They put me on the schedule within the week. Dawson was swift, efficient and clean. He didn’t mind that I watched him change the windshields. They quoted me more $200 less than Safelite. I won’t go to anyone else in Triangle!

I had Tristain and Brian come out to replace a windshield on my truck, did an absolutely outstanding job. Came on time, struck up a good conversation and completed their work in a timely manner. Good bunch of guys, Ill definitely be using capital auto glass again in the future if need be.

I nailed the passenger side window with a rock from the lawnmower on a Friday. Called them at noon and left a message. Lauren called back in less than 10 minutes and was able to order my window(had it overnighted) and they replaced it at my work on Monday. Steve was on time and did a great job. I highly recommend them for quality, price and convenience!

Great and friendly people. Fixed a hard to repair crack in the front windshield caused by a rock tossed up from the highway. Took about 15 minutes. Replacement would have cost 10 times the repair costs.

I will start off by saying that I had previously used a well known auto glass installation company and to say they did a most awful job was putting it kindly! I work out of town a lot and went off of the reviews picking Capital auto glass. Lauren assisted me answered all my questions all my concerns as I told her what the other company had done she went above and beyond helping me to get the correct windshield trim and clips that the other company ruined. Brian was the technician that came to where I worked and did a terrific job, after looking at the extent of damage from the other company he was quick efficient and professional. This company exceeded my expectations were reasonable and are the picture of quality service and customer care! Thank you!!!

Jamie and Lauren in the office are extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Technicians are efficient and do great work. No games or gimmicks, they’re honest about what the issues are and have no problem taking pictures and walking you through what the issues are with your vehicle. Can’t recommend them enough!

I highly recommend this team. I called and had an appointment at 8:30am the following day. I arrived early and the technician saw me right away (30 minutes) ahead of schedule. The entire experience was great from the scheduling call to the repair process. I found the company through my insurance company and they handled all of the paperwork. I wanted to give a compliment on the guy who installed my new windshield. I didnt get his name but he did it on 4/16/20 for me Waylon McFarland on a 2008 GMC Sierra. I believe it was out of the office in Clayton. He did a fantastic job and I could tell he treated my vehicle with respect as far as how clean it was when he was done. I needed a new windshield after a stone caused a spider crack in my field of vision. Steve was such a great help in organizing my State Farm insurance and was able to get me full coverage. They took my car back on time and completed the job at exactly the time they had estimated. A small waiting area with television helped pass the time. Easy to find and plenty of parking. I would use this company again.

After a bad experience with another local auto glass company, my insurance company recommened Capital Auto Glass. As an insurance agent, this company is top notch. They treat everyone with courtesy and prompt attention, and don’t cut any corners. If a windshield needs to be replaced they have fair pricing, but if it can be repaired they won’t unnecessarily charge for a replacement. Highly recommended!

I was extremely satisfied with the windshield replacement from capitol auto glass. Braydon (sorry if that’s wrong) was very professional and treated my car like it was his own! I called on a Monday around 2:30pm to get my windshield replaced. They were able to schedule me the next day in the afternoon. With it cold and raining, they were able to put my Jeep Grand Cherokee into their facility and replace the windshield. It took longer than normal due to needing the adhesives time to dry thanks to the rain. They only use OEM windshields from the car company manufacturer so it is to total specs for all the sensors required for it. Install looked great like it had never been replaced and was original to car. Great job.

I havent used their mobile service. Ive instead been able to drop my vehicles off and come back later to pick them up. EVERY time Ive done so they have called me earlier than they promised time to tell me my vehicle was finished. 5 different vehicles so far and they did a great job on each of them. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else.

I just got my windshield replaced today. I have to say that from my iniitial call with them till the moment I left their customer service is above and beyond what I had experienced from another glass company in the past. They had originally came out to my residence yesterday, but due to the inclement weather were not able to do the replacement. I didnt get the windshield we had discussed over the phone (didnt have the blue strip across the top), but the service was okay. We had set up an appointment for them to install at our home, but they said for me to come to their shop in Clayton because of the rain chance. They cant control the weather obviously, but I had been up for 30 hours and was annoyed.

Im grateful to Capital Auto Glass in Garner for their unusually accommodating professional service. Brandon Latham took my information over the phone & with me on the line called the Claims department at State Farm where I immediately received authorization & claim #. The next day--the day before Thanksgiving & exactly at the time of his appointment--Jason Anderson arrived, replaced my windshield & showed me additional maintenance needed that would prevent possible leak problem on my sun roof, unrelated to the rock-damaged windshield. One-stop shopping at its best for little old ladies like me! Each went out of his way to make the process fast, professional, convenient, uncomplicated & at the lowest cost. I recommend them unreservedly.

My Kia Souls windshield was broken by a rock on Tuesday. Very unprofessional. ...no sense of customer privacy ...this companies secretary decided to inform other people and employer about the conditions of vehicles appearance and of personal belongings in the vehicle as if her self and or tech was riffling throughout the vehicle. 1 day after leaving the review...a member from Capital auto called my employer again to let them know of the bad review in a attempt to push for termination. In the initial conversation between the secretary and my employer the secretary told my employer that if I was one of her techs there would be disciplinary measures for me having food in my truck. As a result I have been terminated from my place of employment today due to having bad judgement and thinking that Capital auto glass provided customer confidentiality. Now granted I was using a company vehicle but there was no need for the Secretary to go out her way to inform my employer of anything especially when I found Capital auto glass to service my vehicle and not my employer. I would like to thank capital auto glass for fixing the window and for going the extra mile that they did. Thank you for caring about your customers livelyhood. If u have this company to service your vehicle please make sure you have the outside and the inside clean especially if is a company vehicle ...because not only do they care about fixing your glass they also care about tending to business that is none of theirs instead of doing what they are getting paid to do which is installed glass.
