I called Love and Company based on the recommendation from my insurance company. I am glad I did! They was very quick and friendly. I also got my appointment reminder. (Thank goodness!) The windshield gotten cracked by a rock on the Beltline and it was the size of a dime. Love and Company did a great job of fixing it. I am going to recommend them to others! Thank you!

I’ve known Justin and Jeff for 12 years now. That’s as far back as before they bought the business from Tommie Love. I was a professional automobile technician in new car dealerships from 1989-2008. I was one of the shop foreman at Leith Honda when I was 30 years old. I’ve literally owned hundreds of cars with buying and selling on the side. Then I owned my own auto repair shop specializing in Honda, Acura, Toyota and Lexus before taking early medical retirement in late 2015. My point is I know the car business inside and out. I’m extremely picky. Once, Justin removed pretty close to the entire front clip of a silver Civic I bought for parts and repaired a black Civic I bought that was wrecked. That car looked great considering I was providing used parts from a 250k mile blown up Honda Civic. I sold the repaired black Civic to a very good customer of mine in less than a week. That gentleman still drives that Civic after owning it 10 years. I had them repair the rear end of my wife’s BMW. It was some minor bumper skin damage that the Walmart Grocery Pick Up girl caused. Walmart’s insurance paid the $600 repair bill. It’s a silver car and the color match came out perfectly. My BMW 550i was backed into by a pickup truck a farmer was driving up near my property in the Blue Ridge Mountains. It was $3000 in damage. After Love and Company made the repairs, It looks like it never happened. I got caught in a hail storm in my 550i while I was in Central Florida and had $2100 in hail damage repaired. Perfect. My elderly mother tore up her 2015 Honda Pilot by dragging the passenger’s door along a pole. She also completely tore off the front bumper skin. She lives in Florida and I made her bring her vehicle to North Carolina and stay at my house using my spare car. Then Jeff and Justin made about $3000 in paint and body repairs. Again a perfect color match that still looks good today. A few months later my BMW 550i got hit again by a terrible hail storm here at my house in Clayton. There were a few nasty hail pings that I thought would require body work. The paintless dent repair technician worked some magic. My car was hit so hard it cracked the windshield. I’ll give you $100 if you can find a single spot that was corrected. That was about a $3000 repair. The next project was a total respray of my son’s Honda Civic Si. Everybody knows about Honda factory paint...it sucks. My son’s car has a dealer installed HFP (Honda Factory Performance) Body Kit and fog lamps. The body shop completely disassembled the car. The power mirrors, windshield, sunroof glass, rear wing spoiler, bumpers, outside door handles and driver’s door lock, the windshield cowl...everything. That HFP body kit removal was a lot of tedious work. Then they stripped the factory paint and resprayed the Fiji Blue Pearl paint. It’s much more of a brilliant color when the higher quality paint was applied. I have my 1995 Chevrolet Impala SS at their body shop right now. I’ve owned that car 25 years. It’s kinda’ sentimental. It’s almost completely disassembled for its 25 year old paint stripping and then they’ll respray it the factory dark cherry metallic. So, I guess you could say I highly recommend Love and Company.

I bought a truck a few days ago and was eager to change the windshield because it had a huge crack on it. I found Love and Co. Mobile Glass on Facebook market place. Sent them a message and got an immediate response! They fit me into their schedule for the very next day.Steve (the auto glass tech) showed up on time and messaged me before his arrival. He immediately started working and was able to complete the job within the hour. I was also given a lifetime warranty with my glass replacement for any kinds of leaks. I couldn’t be any happier! Really cool experience, he doesn’t mind you watching and his jokes for days, haha. Steve was a really cool, hard working guy. I would rate 10 stars if I could! Will definitely be hiring for all of my future glass repairs!

Really satisfied with the work I highly recommend this shop. I took my dad‘s truck because he was having a water leak through his back window of his truck. I liked the way the explained what was going to get done. They even washed his truck before giving it back to us!

They let me tow my car in over the weekend, fixed the suspension and had it aligned for me! Even gave me a little touch up bottle of paint for free since I couldn’t afford all the cosmetic stuff at this time! GREAT PEOPLE. so friendly and helpful. Kept it within you budget too!!

Steve came out and replaced the glass on our Mercedes. He followed all CDC guidelines and communicated the entire process. I wouldn’t Hesitate to use them.

A friend of mine came down from the outer banks her windshield was in bad need of changing .The owner of the vehicle was told that the windshield could not be replaced because of rust .The guys at Love and company were not scared one bit assured me they could handle the job .They did a fantastic job.The owner is so excited to be driving home with a new windshield.thanks guys job well done .

Took a 2005 Silverado in for repair. Truck looks great and was done fast!

I have had two experiences with this company so thats why 2 stars. Had a scratch repaired on my door which they did a good job so after a large hail storm I brought it back.There was a long delay on hail repair due to being busy which I understood. Over a month after my scheduled appointment I was told to bring it in. Dropped my car off and rented 2 cars costing me 500 dollars. 2 weeks later, without a phone call I called for the status of my car (was told 12 days possibly more) absolutely nothing had been done besides storing my car. Was told they were trying to get a hold of my insurance company because they needed to ammend the estimate. Called my claims rep and told nothing was filed. John told me it was about 300 dollars they were trying to get added because of damage he said wasnt noticed when the damage was on parts that were to be totally replaced according to the estimate.It was a $6000 job that I guess they didnt need. Wouldnt have been too bad and i would have been understanding if they called and told me l. I would have taken my car until they were actually ready to do something instead of paying $500 dollars in rentals only to have absolutely nothing done but essentially my car being parked at their shop.I can not recommend this company

Needed my drivers sun visor replaced. They found a new one and replaced at a reasonable price. Only downside is they are located on Hwy. 42 which can be busy at times.

My wife amd I have been in 2 accidents and Love and Company had always taken good care of our vehicles, even if it inconveniences them. Always great service, and they regularly finish ahead of the quoted time.

They have fixed several vehicles for me. Tree limbs really like my car :) It is impossible to tell where the damage was on everything they have fixed for me so far. JR has provided exceptional service. I recommend him to anyone I meet that needs body work.

Terrible customer service! I called twice to confirm I was dropping my car off for some body repairs. Dropped off yesterday evening for insurance adjuster to look at car today. Got estimate then was told they would not be able to get to my car for at least 1MONTH!! Why was I not told that sooner? I would’ve never left my car there while I’m out of town had I known that. Called today to discuss the issue and they REFUSED to send the estimate to another body shop! Who runs business this way? As a small business owner myself, I would never conduct business like this!

I was very pleased when I first brought my car in for repairs. A few days later I was told I could pickup my car . The car needed a wheel alignmentI took it to a shop in Raleigh. Found out that the rear cradle on driver side was out by 4 degrees. had to take the car to another repair shopto have the rear Cradle straighten. I thought that Loves auto bodywould of check the entire car out. I felt rushed to get my car out of thereshop. plus they had a hard time getting a mud flap for my car. I calledNissan Dealership and ask them if they had a mud flap for my car.They ask how many did I need and if I was picking up the part today. Which Idid. loves painted the mud flap all one color and didnt pay attention to details of the other three mud flaps on the car which was a two tone colorred/black. I had high hopes. But I was very disappointed. I also had to take the car to another shop to get the four wheel alignment done and they told me that the driver control was loose and had to be fixed. JR got to the bottom of all that was damaged and worked with the company to get what needed to be done done. They returned my vehicle not only repaired but vacuumed and smelling amazing!!! Professional shop & quality work. They took my old mustang and repaired the passenger side damage after someone merged one too many lanes over. Got rid of dings and scrapes, you cant even tell. I highly recommend.

There are good body shops, then there are great body shops, these are the later! I took my beloved Acura in after someone backed in to it, and you couldnt even tell anything had ever happened! Then not a week later, my Honda Ridgeline got side swiped in an intersection, so back to the body shop I go. Not only did they fix all the damage, they even repaired a dent on the side panel that I didnt even ask them to repair. Honest, courteous and professional. There is no one better in the industry.

Terrible experience. Now almost 2 weeks waiting for parts. Ive called three times, each time have been told it should be here today. Then, two days later I call back and parts still havent arrived. Meanwhile, no communication to advise me that it didnt arrive as planned.Absolutely horrible communication and customer service. Lana will talk over you, not let you get in a word, and seems to believe she knows everything about everything - the customer is never right here.

They worked very quickly and with such a professional manner. Highly recommended!
