Amazing shop, amazing people! Had used them in 2017 to fix minor damage and they did great, so when it came to my big accident this year i chose them again. Very very patient people! Always friendly when answering the phone even when I had to call often due to annoying insurance stuff. They worked directly with my insurance and made my life much easier.The repairs were phenomenal!! So happy to have my car back :))

The absolute worst body shop in wake county. The owner is a bald faced liar. Truck was to take 1 week. Took 3.5. Wasnt finished then. Had to get police involved just to get my vehicle back. Dont walk away from this place. RUN !!!!!

Took my wifes Nissan Xterra after an accident. They were great and so was the work done. I recommend this shop for any sorta body work. They made it easy to have the third party involved pay for the repair work.

Mike Eggers : I took my sons 2000 corvette to have my passenger side painted after an accident. Larry and the whole staff treated me great answered all of are questions and the car came out perfect. If you need your car repaired i recommend Larry Estes body shop Garner NC.

Larry is a nice fellow. But he does not do the work or check on those guys work. Doesnt allow customers to check their vehicles before signing money over. Anxious to get the money. This is the 2nd and last job for me. Sure thought they would do it like it was their own. So disappointed. But fort to love those guys.

Never even got a call back!!

I had some paint chips and an internal leak when it rained. The team at Larry Estes Body Shop help direct me on which spots could use a bit of touch up paint and which spots needed full paint in order to save me the most money possible. They also did a lot of testing for the leak, at no cost, before pointing me in the correct direction and fixing the problem.

I stopped by in a panic after scuffing up my paint pretty badly and they took care of my problem right away! Everyone was courteous & professional and Adam restored my paint to brand new condition. I cant say enough about the service here. They were fabulous!

I took my truck in for an estimate. Jennifer was very nice and said she would try to work with me on the price. Its been more than a week, Ive emailed and called but still have not received my estimate. I called a couple of days ago and she said she would call me right back. That did not happen! I dont understand why they wont just let me know if they dont want to do the job! It appears to me they dont want my business.

Took my enclosed trailer here for an estimate after someone backed into it.Spent 1 hour waiting after it was looked at even though it was minor and only took 10 minutes to check out.Left without any information / estimateand I was told Id be called Monday morning. That Monday AFTERNOON a hail storm came thru and I was told they were too busy even though I came in the week before... was told once again Id be called back. After another week passed I called again and was told I would be put on a rather long list of folks Larry had to call back. Never heard a word... and will never stop in for an estimate again.

I have taken my cars there for years but no longer. Their work is not as good as it used to be. The paint has orange peel and imperfections in it the body work does not line up. I have had issues with the last 3 repairs something you chalk up to a bad day. Larry is a nice fellow but the people that do work there should not be in body work.
