They worked fast rebuilding the transmission of my truck and its inexpensive and great job. I will bring my vehicles to them if it needs work done.

I had a great experience at Windham Automotive. I had a very important appointment on Saturday that I couldnt miss. Called Mr Jerry about 30 minutes to closing time, told him my car wouldnt start and about my appointment. 15 minutes later he pulled up to my house started my car and made it to his shop. He went above and beyond to fix the problem and I made it to my appointment the next day on time. Now a days you cant find people like that let alone a mechanic. The car runs like nothing was ever wrong with it. Thanks Jerry, you got my business for now on.

Excellent experience!!! Jerry and his team were honest and genuine which can be rare to come across these days. They diagnosed the issues and determined my car needed the rear rotors resurfaced which they knocked out in a couple hours. They could have easily told me i needed new rotors and pads on all 4 wheels like many shops in the area. I will be coming back here for all future car related issues!!

I only take my car here for repairs. They consistently provide outstanding work. They do what they say they will do and Ive never had any issues with the work done to the car. Theyre reasonable, honest, and friendly, every time. I drive a Honda and they keep Honda brand fluids in stock for when I do fluid changes/flushes. I highly recommend Windham Auto.

Jerry and his staff are old school adults who know their craft. I do 95% of my own work on my vehicles and because of that its difficult to find a mechanic. With corporate owned box shops they are required to over sell and up sell. Jerry is a professional and respectful and they actually fix/repair rather than replace when applicable. If youve read this far, stop looking and call Jerry or stop by...your car will be fixed and you will not feel taken advantage of when you leave. Class act shop!

I went there with a Cadillac Eldorado, with an electrical issue (fuses blowing, fans not working, a/c not blowing cold etc.)Jerry did an electrical diagnostic check, called me back with a quote and did the work with my permission. Overall he was very fair and honest. He didnt try to upsell me and the work was thorough. I will definitely go to this garage again, and wont hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

Was here for my car inspection as it is nearest from my home.Jerry is a nice person .. they do oil change and other services on car as well.They have enough space in parking lot and easily accessible from Beltline road.Charge 25$ for Car Inspection you just need to carry your Insurance Card with you.

Im so happy I found an honest dependable automotive shop! I came to Windham after having several bad experiences with mechanics in the area. I was immediately impressed by the professional demeanor of Jeremy. He answered all my questions and assured me they could help. I brought my car down and fell in love with the warm friendly atmosphere. Once the car was inspected I was confident that they could handle my repairs. Well after the repairs were done, Jerry the owner, called me and told me that the original quote was incorrect and that my bill was actually going to be over $100 less! There was no reason for him to tell me that as I would have never known otherwise. On top of all that my car is back purring like a kitten. These are real honest people who do a great job! I will absolutely be back!

Have been to this shop with six cars on numerous occasions. They can fix it all, and if not they tell you. Rates are reasonable, and they are fast. They dont do tired though, so dont expect tires. Owner is an outstanding man with great moral character.

I have been taking my cars to Windham Auotmotive for more than 20 years. They are great mechanics and great people. During the time they have been working on my cars, some examples of the things they have fixed are problems with the electrical system, replaced a radiator and rebuilt an engine. I bring my cars to this shop for every oil change and everything else. They do great work.

Windham automotive has given me exceptional repair and warranty for over 20 years. no questions asked on any return for adjustment of parts or tuning. they dont stick you with things that arent needed and the parts quality is backed up by them. they give excellent advice on best way to save money and keep my truck running safely. too bad dealerships dont have the same integrity.

I had my van towed to the shop from a few miles away for repair. I called and was told what the cost would be up front for the tow and that the van would be looked at the next morning. It was promptly picked up and I received a call early in the day explaining the issue, the cost of parts and labor and how long it would take. Jerry was very helpful and courteous. Once I agreed to the work and price I received a call a few hours later telling me my van was ready. I have never had such a pleasant experience getting a vehicle repaired. I will be a return customer for sure.

Windham Automotive is an ethical business. Jerry charges a fair rate and does quality work. If you are like me then you have been lured in by companies offering services at a good value only to end up with a bad experience. The bad experience could be due to shoddy work, difficult employees, and/or they performed/recommended unneeded services. If you want a shop that you can trust there are few better than Windham. You should be able to easily find a lower unit cost of work than the service provided by Jerrys team but, I only use Windham for my mechanical service because I feel that the quality difference has saved me more over the long term than the per unit savings available from the alternatives service offerings in the area.

The service is above and beyond. I called them, they arranged to have my grandsons car towed in, the called me every step of the way. What the problem was, what it would cost to repair, and when it would be ready.Mel was a pleasure to work with keeping me informed every step of the way. I called around to get my wheel barrings on my car fixed and got what sounded like computer responses from tons of diffrent places, but when I called here I got someone on the phone who took time and explained how they could help and they even did research to help me get the best price!100/10 would definatly go back and recommend to others!! Truly a class operation. My wife and I have been bringing our cars here for emissions test state inspection and service for about 8 years. They are honest and straightforward. If something on the car makes it unsafe to drive, they tell you that and work hard to get parts needed. If its risky but stable theyll let you make the choice for them to keep the car until its fixed or let you drive it gently until the part comes in. About a dozen times, mostly in the beginning I questioned their diagnosis but let them do the work anyway. Well I was at home waiting I research the problem on the web. Every single time their diagnosis was correct and the work to be done Justified.

I have been a customer of Jerrys since 2004. Oil change or engine repair, the work is done right the first time, usually on the same day. Overnight drop is a plus due to work hours.

First of all, I had read reviews for Jerry’s place and was pleased. He certainly seems friendly and knowledgeable. Now getting into my photos I have posted. The labor and diagnosis were acceptable and affordable rates. The alternator on the other hand, I am disappointed with. The OEM new AC Delco is $214.99 before any discounts or tax savings for garage costs! He first quoted me $495.00 for alternator!!! Then I asked umm what’s going on? He decided to lower price to this and do remanufactured which is $182.00 in stores or online for cheaper! He charged me $362.00 The claim he makes, he doesn’t use parts stores? I don’t know why you wouldn’t to help out more. I summarize that he’ll take my old one and get the core charge back on this deal too. I am disappointed, I understand a profit to be made.. 100% mark up on a part? Then charge me $9 to charge battery.. I mean I get it’s only $9 but after all this ! Really? For my first time.. I’m disappointed in parts costs. Not as reasonable as I would thought. Considering elsewhere next time. Felt like I was held hostage on this.

Took my truck to this Shop for electrical work and they kept my truck for over a week, they told me they change the wires on my truck tht go thrgh the transmission, when come to find out he just reset the whole program in my truck and he charged me $250( previous before that I took it too a transmission shop and they reprogrammed it free, 3 days later I Had the same issues and I told him I wanted a refund because he clearly didnt fixed my truck, he only credited me $90, I would definitely recommend u not goin to this place, they r scam artist

Very polite and professional people. Got my state inspection done from here, after NBT failed it. Per NBT my car needed a fix before it can pass the inspection. Guys at windham, checked the car thoroughly and got my inspection completed. They found the car ok for the inspection. Very helpful. Will defiantly recommend for all car related things.

I needed my car inspected; called to see if it could be done this afternoon. When Iarrived, it was quick in and quick out.

Went in to ask about having some simple work done on some parts that arent even on the vehicle, the guy at the counter gave us a ridiculous price and said he figured wed say no when we said we would pass. Just say no next time.

Great group of guys, had pretty bad service from some other mechanics went in to see if they could help and did just that no fluff just a loose hose clamp on my radiator causing a leak charged me 45 dollars also had to get and inspection and had various things wrong windsheild wipers, headlight out ect had everything done in a couple of hours cant speak highly enough of these guys

I didnt even get further than making an inquiry over the phone, the person who answered was rude and cocky before I could even tell them what was wrong with my car. I will never do business with them.
