I have been car shopping for at least 2 weeks . I have been to many car lots,called car lots etc you name it. I came across this location when I saw the car I was looking for. I called to ask if the car was still available and spoke with Alex who states it was available set me a appointment showed up next day. Listen if I tell you this was the most pleasant experience I have ever received . Alex made my experience smooth and was very gracious doing so. Alex went over and beyond to make my experience comfortable and happy. I purchased a 2013 Dodge Challenger. I absolutely love my new car. Great experience! I bought this 2016 KIA Sedona minivan with 58k miles in April 2020. Whole process from beginning to end was the best experience that I ever had. My family whole love this minivan!Alex just kept all the promises he made. He is exceptionally reliable and very professional. The minivan had a little noise in suspension on the passenger side but he said ‘Don’t worry, I will take care of it.’ and he really took care of the problem completely as he said. He replaced the whole suspension on the passenger side and solved the problem completely for FREE.No car can be perfect but with M&H Auto I am not concerned anymore. Drove an hour to check this place out after striking out at the dealerships in my area and was not disappointed. They gave me a great deal on a car and even did the registration and got the license plate and everything so I didn’t have to waste time at the DMV!!

*****PLEASE READ*****Firas will kiss your feet if thats what it takes for you to buy a car. Once said and done DO NOT expect help if your car breaks down the first day you purchase. We paid a little over $7000 cash same day and have no vehicle to show for it. He switched our car to a different vehicle asked for $1600 additional to get us into something CHEAPER w/ no refund for the difference. All because he claims he now needs to repaint the bumper because we drove it on the highway so there were bugs on it AND says while it was in our hands for A DAY somehow there was a dent on the roof of the car that we need to pay for! Firas said he was the owner then the next day said he couldnt do anything that he wasnt the owner of the shop and has since blocked our phone number. What kind of salesman/ owner does that?!?!?! I could go on but this whole situation gives me deep anxiety and I know this is not going to get me a car to get to work or my hard worked money back but I wouldnt want someone else to go through what we have been going through. Becareful when purchasing from this dealership if you have to DO NOT ask for Firass help. You will end up on the other side of a blocked line. And we live out of town so he took full advantage of blocking our number! DO NOT SHOP HERE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY all thanks to FIRAS the owner or saleman or whatever he claims to be.
