I’m not one to normally give reviews but I’ve been so happy with Mr Russell’s service that I have to share. I had body work done almost a year ago and have had some issues with the front headlight they installed. The 1st time it went out after work done he told me to bring it in and that he guaranteed his work and they fixed it. Now today light went out and although he’s short on help he took my vehicle to another repair shop and replaced the headlight at no cost to me. He was quick, efficient and he is always always friendly and nice. If I could give the place a 10 star rating I would. Love this place. I’d recommend it to everyone ♥️

Tbh you won’t find better service anywhere else in the DFW, Randall and his guys truly care about the customers, I was constantly given updates and treated with amazing care by them. As far as the work they do, it’s top notch they left my car looking good as new and even repainted one of my side mirrors even though I didn’t even ask for it to be done!

All I can say is just wow!! A HUUUUGE shoutout to Russell, who is the most sweetest, caring person I have ever met. I got into my first accident ever over the holidays and was completely clueless on how the process works. When I called the body shop to make my car was there Russell explained what would happen from here on out and told me what information to give the adjuster in order for them to reach him. He kept me updated through the whole process better than the adjusters and I’m so grateful for his kindness. Unfortunately my car was totaled but I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family. Thank you Russell!!

This shop is great. They repaired my wifes 2014 Honda Accord that was rear-ended and thrown into another car causing front-end damage. When I called and talked to Russell the first time he was very courteous and friendly. Once we dropped the car off they immediately went to work on the car and kept to the time schedule that they had set. When the car was ready and was picked up, it looked like the day we drove it off the dealer parking lot in 2014. We also took our 2018 Ford Focus to them and they fixed the damage on it back to new. This body shop is excellent and the best I have dealt with in a long time. I recommend them to anyone who needs a good honest place to go for collision repair. I was even going to ask if the did restoration work, to see if they would help on a 54 Chevy truck I have. Thats how great and impressed I am with these guys I am

We have a small fleet of company vehicles here in Dallas, plus a few vehicles my employer has at his West Texas Ranch properties 2.5 hours west of Dallas, which we have taken to the shop. We only take our cars to Hollywood and receive AMAZING service, fair prices and even some pretty good recommendations. Russell and his staff are talented, knowledgeable and always ready to help the best they can. Of course there are a few things they cant do, but as I said, Russell has recommended some pretty good places, even acted as the agent.They have even worked on my personal vehicle, and did an amazing job, gave me a fair price and they were very competitive price wize. Hollywood Paint & Body is by far the best around. Russell and his team deliver excellent work at a fair price. The quality of the work on my Kia was fantastic. They painted the lower panels to get rid of years of rock chips, and fixed my front and back bumpers after a bad paint job from a different body shop. This was our second repair at Hollywood Paint & Body and we couldnt be more pleased with the service and value. Their repair work is beautiful, prices are very competitive, (much better than a dealership), and the repair time was also much better than what the dealership offered. When I picked the car up it was sparkling - it has not looked cleaner since the day I bought it 3-1/2 years ago. In addition, Russell is very easy to work with - professional and friendly. Russell is a really honest guy when I came in to dropped off my bumper lip to paint it he said, leave it for a week. Then the next week they have finished painting my bumper lip and Russell gave a very fair price for painting and installation. This is the best body shop in town to get of a good estimate.

Another great job at Hollywood! I just picked up my truck and it looks great. This was the second time he has done body work on my truck. The first time it was completely covered in hail damage and it came out flawless. So I knew that a couple of dents in the hood would be no problem for Russell to handle.

Hollywood Paint & Body is by far the best machanic that is in DFW-Area. Ive been to many places in Dallas to fixed my vehicle, but none of them satisfied my need. I have used HPB for over ten year. They have worked on my vehicles at least (if not more) a half a dozen times and I have always been very pleased. I send everyone I know to them. A few years ago I was t-boned on my side of the car, while 8 months pregnant. I immediately called HPB and they came and picked me up from the scene of the accident and towed my car. They were on the scene within five minutes! (Yes, the accident was just around the corner, but they dropped what they were doing and came to my rescue so I could get to the ER as soon as possible.) The wrecker took my car to the shop and the owner drove me in his personal car to make things quicker. They even assisted the police officer in clearing the other car from the roadway to ensure the safety of other drivers, thats just the kind of people they are. Dealing with HPB could not be any easier. Its the only place Ill ever go for body work to my car(s).

Gave Russell a call because i had some damage to my nissan. he was very friendly and honest and up front with the price and time it would take to finish. i cant say he was the cheapest but the quality of work that was done spoke for itself and i was very pleased. im glad I used hollywood paint and body for the job. thanks Hollywood.

I took in my truck to russell the owner referred by a friend of mine i was told he was reliable and fast so i took it my truck for a complete paint job he told me it would be a 3 weeks project so i left it, after a month passed I went to the shop to see the progress that was made, i was shocked to see another car underneath my truck front bumper underneath my back bumper no progress done on it looked the same as the day. I brought it in i took it to Rockwall dodge instead. He put new projects Before mine and also as soon as i brought it in the whole front end was removed leaving rust and exaust messed up bad experience i had in this body shop.
