Mr. Car Shine is the only body shop that I use for any of my familys vehicles. they are professional and friendly and do great work for a reasonable price.

Mr Car Shine Body Shop offered me a better than expected experience. I actually came to the shop by happenstance. The body shop I Googled said they didnt offer body work for my vehicle. Well, Jennifer at the front desk listened and really empathized with the accident I had just experienced. She didnt push me to use her shop and even comparison shopped on my behalf. I knew in that moment that I was going to use the shop regardless of what my insurance company suggested.They worked fast and even provided affordable rental for me to manage while my car was being fixed. The end result was great and worth every penny. Heck, the body was washed and waxed. The tires as well! I am grateful for the service and support and would come back again....although I would prefer not to. Thank you, Mr. Haji. Thank you, Jennifer.This review is looking pretty epic! Nice!

Quick and reasonable rates for auto body work.

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Haji and his team at Mr. Car Shine. I was in a small car accident that caused big damage and my car came back looking new. Mr. Haji was extraordinarily kind and generous throughout the process. I will be sure to use them in the future and always recommend them as the place to go for body work.

Very good and professional service. Mr Haji, Jennifer and the rest of the staff are good people who dont try to take advantage of you. This is the second time weve used them for minor body damage. Being a lady, Ive had a few bad past experiences when it comes to auto repair shops. Not so in this case. They are honest, hard-working, offer fair pricing and friendly service.

I would give 10 stars if i could! Mr. Haji is the Michelangelo of auto body repairs. Hes repaired our European cars, Japanese cars...SUV, sedan...all to perfection! On time delivery (huge plus)and at a great price! Not to mention hes so gracious and humble, a true professional! We dont live close to his shop, but its absolutely worth the drive to see him!

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Haji, his staff and the fabulous service they provide. I had a mishap with yellow paint on the road that covered half of my vehicle. Mr. Car Shine was able to restore my vehicle in a very timely manner at a reasonable cost. I would recommend this company for the service I just received in addition to dent/ding removal which they performed earlier this month.

We have known this place for many years, they have always done excellent jobs on our vehicles and never disappointed us.They truly perform a top class work on all types of vehicles. The owner is very caring, the whole staff is polite and well mannered and easy to work with. Their prices are always reasonable and competitive but they never compromise on the quality. Someone rear ended me a month ago and I researched online for a good auto body shop. Mr Car Shine had A LOT of excellent reviews so I decided to go get an estimate for my repair. It was a lot cheaper than I had initially anticipated not to mention he explained to me everything he had to do so I know what the repairs were and the cost of everything he would have to do. I finally brought my car in and he provided me with a car while mine was in the shop so I would still be able to get around. When I came to pick of my car, I was so happy!! ! It looked flawless!! I couldnt even tell where the initially damage was! They even washed and vacuumed! I highly recommend this shop to everyone! You will NOT be disappointed.

So my mom’s 2019 Mercedes GLC had like a small scratch on it and these dudes fixed it. On time!

After using several body shop, this was the best. He not only does a superb job, but also very reasonably priced. he also lets you know what is the best cheapest option and what can wait /what is urgent.Anybody who wants an honest man whose sole aim is customer savings and customer serivce. GO HERE!!! you will not go wrong at all!!!!

Honestly one of the most decent and straight forward mechanics you will ever meet. Works with all insurance and also they do not up sell you on any unwanted services. In the unfortunate situation you would find yourself using their services, consider yourself most fortunate for the caliber of the person you are taking the car to.

The worst service received from this body shop and the owner Mr. Haji. He was recommended to my husband and I from my Dad whos taken several of his cars to him for repairs and body work in the past in addition to recommending his body shop to everyone he knows. And trust me when I say this, my dad knows EVERYBODY in Dallas. Therefore it only made sense to take our Mercedes to him after my husband was involved in a minor accident and needed to get the front bumper repaired. My dad also called Mr. Haji to let him know that my husband would be coming by with his car and insurance claim to start the repairs process. Since the beginning there was little to NO communication from Mr. Haji regarding our Mercedes. My husband had to continually call the shop and kept getting the run around on what was going on with his car. They also gave him a VERY OLD rental car which was super beat up and didnt work properly. When my husband called on different days to ask about another rental, again he kept getting different answers and they kept telling him they dont have any other rentals to offer. Mind you, Mr. Haji also runs a rental car company. For 3 and a half weeks that our Mercedes was in the shop, they never had a decent rental for us to use. It caused a lot of trouble for us as we really didnt want to use the 1996 beat up almost dead on the road 4Runner since we didnt want to be responsible if it stops working in the middle of the road. Finally our car was ready to be picked up, and we couldnt believe what we were seeing. Our Mercedes looked worse than when we brought it into the shop. The bumper is put on VERY POORLY where you can see major gaps. Additionally there have been new lights put onto our car that were NEVER discussed with us (as the lights did not need to be changed, were working 100% and perfect condition when we took the car in) and Mr. Haji proceeded to bill our insurance company $4000+ for things we did not need. Literally the ONLY thing that needed to be done was the bumper yet our insurance company was billed such a ridiculously high amount. Its very evident that Mr. Haji has a personal grudge against us as we have NEVER seen this kind of poor work done before from someone whos widely known in our community to provide the absolute best work and customer service. With that being said, one thing is for sure; my dad and the rest of our family will NEVER EVER use or recommend this body shop to any of our family, friends or even strangers!!! He is an evil individual who has intentionally ruined our car for some sort of personal grudge that we cannot fathom. We are also seeking legal actions against him and his business for the loss of time, intent to damage our vehicle and personal/mental distress it has caused us in regards to dealing with this situation and complete fraud and unprofessionalism.

Mr.Haji is the best at what he does. Work is done when he says it is and has amazing prices. Highly recommended

Friendly service and helped me understand hail claims process !

Mr.Haji did an amazing job, I had my Acura ILX fender really badly dented and he made it look brand new! He charged a price less than half of the other body shops I visited, and he did a better job than they could ever do. Would recommend 100%. He also fixed our BMW X5 and made it look brand new with a fantastic exterior and interior detail.
