No warning on a price increase.I called, they said I should have gotten something in the mail. Why not email me? You keep emailing me to give you a review. So I never got a letter or call just a random increase with little to no explanation why. So I decided to go somewhere else with a better work ethic.Ironic that they asked for it.Well, I would not recommend this place. I left right after and didn’t see a dime returned even though I payed the whole month.No ethics, just a high quality scam. There’s better places with better prices down the street anyway.PS: They have a bug problem. I know it’s just storage but I don’t like dead bugs all over my stored items.

This Location by far is my favorite. Not only does it provide a service that is reliable but staff is ran well by great management. There’s one person I’d like like to recognize specifically and she’s goes by the name of Monique. Monique greeted me so well and made me feel comfortable when at that location. She has very good people skills. You can tell she loves what she does. Highly Recommend this location to people in the community.

I dont like what I saw yesterday. Strange men with absolutely no masks on? Were inside units during covid 19 pandemick??? I was enraged. Un beknownst to some poor Tennant they had touched and moved items outside of the rental unit to change harps on locks.its ridiculous unsafe unacceptable.i pointed it out to the young man behind desk no masks can be carriers of covid 19. With full access to all of our units and belongings. Not watched either.looked rough shady long bushy beards hair I am very displeased and moving out.they also raised the rents during covid. All it takes is one cough one sneeze one touch civid.nobthank you. They workers look super sketch like homeless people do not look or dress professional. No thank you.now I have to spray everything down and pray I get it all.

This is a great facility! Very clean and not rodents or bug issues...the staff is awesome very helpful!I have rented at this location various times since living in the SouthBay and it’s the best..the price may be a little high compared to others but you get what you pay for ..Extra Space Storage is my go to storage company!

Placed a reservation for a unit. The reservation was anything but a reservation. I received call from the site that it was a first come, first serve. I advised that I work and could not be in.I went to look at the unit. Although I had a reservation, that did not matter. Although I have two other units at this same site does not matter. First come first serve.NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE.I did obtain a unit. When I arrived, I was informed that they no longer do first come, first serve.Im not sure why companies like this need to play games with customers. We pay good money.What a joke

This is my second time back. Monique is so helpful. I didn’t end up renting here but she was able to recommend another location that had what I needed.

Extra Space Storage is the best place to rent from. I have rented with many different storage companies before and by far extra space is number one in my book. Although it doesnt have air conditioning I can honestly say that even in the sunlight the units are kept fairly cool I guess because the way theyre built or the ground or the location whatever the case is the units are kept cool so they dont get exceedingly hot. I like that each unit has a sprinkler system in it and a light for your convenience. Also like that I have not seen any roaches and mice to tear up your style its refreshing to know that theyre all drive up units and theres not a bug problem. The staff is super friendly and if you ever have a problem they welcome you as if your family.

Customer service at this facility is great. The on-site manager is a wonderful person. Shes always around to answer any questions and is very kind. Shes one of the best managers Ive ever dealt with. The facility is close to the 405, 91 and 110. Its clean and safe!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!

Great customer service, very helpful. All storage spaces are drive up access, no elevators to hassle with. I love that I can access the storage space until 10pm. Other places I checked close off access at 6pm.

Amazing customer service! Thank you to Esther Gort (assistant manager) for being so patient and informative with me. She really took the time to give me a detailed tour of the premises. There are actually working cameras covering the entire site and lots of clean, available storage units. I am so grateful for Esther showing me the newer 5x10 unit and comforting me in leaving my belongings there for storage. If you are moving from a one bedroom apartment, the 5x10 unit will definitely suffice, unless you have more than the usual belongings. Its so hard to find exceptional customer service nowadays, but Extra Storage really does an amazing job by hiring the most informed workers. Esther, you are simply the sweetest person! I admire that you go above and beyond in explaining the entire renting a storage unit process and your love for your job is apparent in your work ethic. I love how clean and safe all of the storage units are. Thank you Esther and Extra Space Units for making my move that much easier. The prices are all comparable to many other storage facilities. If you need another unit, the facility has four sister sites all within Gardena.
