For how much I paid, I would have thought they imported the ice from Iceland. 2 sips and I was done. Whats the deal? Im sure the workers are nice kids but they look miserable. I hope it was just from a bad day and not abuse from management. I have worked in the service industry and can recognize that look. Working at places like this should be fun for both employees and patrons. I saw neither. I was done with my drink by the time I got to my car--and its a small parking lot! The only thing this place has going for it is that they stay open late.

First time visiting Bobapop, Was super excited about it due to the mascot and what I read on the reviews.Didn’t really meet my expectations. Yea was very water down for both drinks. Really wanted something more herbal and with flavor. Yea wasn’t even sweet and boba was okay.

They got good aloe. My cup of pure aloe was very enjoyable. Each aloe piece had a nice bite and moderate sweetness with not too many pieces of plant material like what some cheaper places have. Aloe 10/10.

I had a weird experience where I ordered a tea but it ended up not having tea in it (it was sugar water. But even soda has caffeine.) The girl was super nice, but offered no suggestions other than to order oolong tea. I only had the over $5 I paid for the sugar water so I wasn’t able to order another drink. She was friendly but simply said that “yeah it doesn’t have caffeine none of our fruit flavor milk teas do” and left it at that. Why call it a tea if it contains no tea? I do wish she’d offer to add tea to it or remake it but my alternative seemed to be to buy a new one. I handed it back because I had to go to work. Guess I’ll try again next time but I’m disappointed.

This is a hidden gem, The Japanese roasted milk tea that they brewed for me is absolutely amazing, great tea aromas and flavor. They had a honey alternative that I usually like to have instead of regular sugar and the guy at the cashier was patient and really nice to me! I’ll be looking to come back 🙂

Originally wanted to reply to the business, unexpectedly the business deleted my bad comments. Now I realize thats where all the good reviews come from. It should not be done. This milk tea is really bad to drink, I hope businesses should pay more attention to the taste of milk tea. Open a business should be open to customer suggestions. I hope merchants dont delete my comments again.

I got matcha latte with lactose free milk and boba. Daughter got chocolate oreo slush. We both liked our drinks! Inside looks clean and new. Looks like they have some good teas that Id like to come back and try.

Darling Milk tea and Lichee Fruit tea are awesome! The taste of quality tea leaves you can tell from the first sip, and great combination with the flavors, love the fragrances of milk and fruits. I heard their boba are great, will definitely visit again to try them!Very good and efficient service, we received our drinks within 3 minutes upon order. It’s a new tea place, cozy and not crowded. Highly recommended!

Fist time visit this place since I drank it everyday when I was in Vietnam. Terrible customer service. Order no ice but got full ice. When I called them, a lady said “OK. Sorry about that” in a perfunctory manner. Never visit again.

Cute place but so-so drinks. Got the roasted oolong milk tea and theres places around the area I prefer for that same drink. The boba was also a bit hard. I feel like the tea flavor is not that strong. Its a good hang out place though as they have tables and outlets.

Ive been to this place about 10-15 times now in the span of 3 months. The drinks are pretty consistent, but for a boba lover, their boba is tip top! The texture is always soft and chewy with good brown sugar flavor.Besides that, their teas are pretty good! They come in little tea bags so they brew it on order. I always like to order their milk foams bc theyll put little matcha powder in a cute shape for aesthetics.They have normal teas like jasmine but also some nice tawainese teas. Good for tea loversThe drinks are a bit on the sweet side so I like to adjust it to 50%. You can also adjust ice too! Friendly staff, and the guy at the counter knew the drinks well. The place looks very clean. The tea is really good, and the boba tasted fresh. This is definitely going to be my go to spot now!

The bubble tea there is really delicious and the staff are friendly. The menu is also really big but the staff can perfect any drink! I recommend the sunset and the darling tea with cream.

Cute, small location with friendly service. I ordered their matcha milk tea and it tastes pretty good. Decorations are quite cute and minimalistic. Try to find it if you can. Its the boba shop in town with the cute little dog as its logo.

My first time here and the tea was great, I tried the Oolong Milk Tea half sugar and it was tasty. The decor is cute and simple. Overall I think its better and faster than Ding Tea.

Best boba Ive had so far from a chain. Extremely soft and chewy with no fray texture on the outside of the boba or hardness in the middle. Tea flavors are decent enough to pair with the amazing pearls. Although nothing special the tea flavors does shine through the sweetness which a lot of places lack. Fruit teas are also very good with crystal boba.

My favorite place to get fruit teas. Good amount of toppings to choose from. Can adjust sugar and ice levels. I usually get the strawberry, mango or lychee and occasionally the honey aloe vera.

Flower milk tea, cant go wrong with that 🙂

New local boba tea ! I have always been a fan of Bobapop since I first tried it in Viet Nam. I ordered the Japanese Brown Rice Tea with cheese foam and it came out delicious, not too sweet not too plain, I can still feel the tea strong. They also have a lot of board game so I guess this will be a perfect place to hang out with friends.
