The best tea I’ve had! Wish Georgia would have these tee houses. Definitely will come back next time I visit California. The sea salt Jasmine tea is awesome. The staff was very nice send the place clean. They also sell Vietnamese bread sand desserts.

Stopped by to this pantry store to buy a cake for my sons birthday today. There were many selections to choose from. Beside the cakes, they also have the breads, cookies and other muffins with different flavors. The store was very organized and cleaned, staffs were very friendly and helpful. Everything they have here was freshly made in the store. So many cakes to choose from, and we finally settled down with the strawberry chocolate cake which my daughter favorite. We have been in 85c store and tried their cakes and pantries before, obviously we loved and really enjoyed their products.

This is a large 85 Degree to serve the nearby Asian community here. It does get crowded often especially in the weekends so do plan your trip accordingly. The parking situation can be tricky at times due to the terrible parking lines drawing of the plaza owner (aka. too tight). They always have fresh breads out fairly frequently so you shouldnt miss out on their top sellers, unless you arrive too early or late.

Other than the wait, it is all good here. I had 2 different egg tarts. One regular and one kind of a cheesecake. Both awesome. My son had a strudel and a mango slush. Seating is limited due to the large crowds. Enjoy.

First and foremost their staff is friendly and helpful. Their pastries are delicious and affordable in comparison to Starbucks etc. There wasnt a line when I arrived at 4 p.m. ish. The staff is also very attentive and restock when the pastries are low. I had their rose latte over ice and it was so good, not too sweet. It was perfect and my sister-in-law had the oolong milk tea and she said it was delicious 😋

Great chain bakery shop in the area. I prefer the sweet items here rather than the salty ones. Never been satisfied with the hot dog ones. I typically grab the egg tarts and the sweet milk bread. Cant go wrong with those.

Great variety of Chinese pastries. The boba and coffees here are good as well. They have cakes that are good, but a bit pricey. When I first started going to 85C I usually went to the Irvine location, but it has since become too busy there and it’s difficult to find a seat. This location is just as good, but there’s plenty more seats and parking, while still hectic, isn’t as bad.

Love 85°C, but not too fond of this extremely busy location. I usually go to the location in Fountain Valley or Irvine. Nothing wrong with the business itself so Im not docking any stars. Parking was difficult at the very busy strip mall. This store was very packed so social distancing was not possible, but everyone did wear masks. Service was friendly and great.

Clean store and rquipment, and decent service.

Place is crowded, restrooms were dirty. No running water, no dryer for hands. Unisex bathroom. Parking is tight park far. Ok Desserts are all good nice fluffy texture. Many to choose from. Coffee and tea temp are hot. Which makes it enjoyable. But I will go to other near 85* due to the water situation .where do employees wash their hands?? After using restrooms?? Not sanitary restaurant.

Been coming here for a few years now, and its always clean and crowded. If it aint broken, keep it up! Love the variety of treats here, not overly sweet. And all the good beverages to go with them. Small Clean establishment, they have delicious pastries and a wide variety as well, at good affordable prices. I usually get a coffee, Peach Green Tea, Passion Fruit Green Tea but with half of the sugar.If youre in town, its a must try! Youll dig it.

Always long line for so and so bakery

I bought 3 different items on the menu, and they tasted good, priced reasonably, the aroma was pretty weak, lack of complexity. However, they were $3 a piece, so they were pretty good for the price, so 4 star there. Service was good, no complain, they wrapped each piece carefully in a box, so extra 1 star. If you are not picky eater and not looking for extra ordinary experience, this bakery is a good place to hang out, they have tables and chairs.

85C Bakery is a wonderful spot for a great cup of coffee and many fresh baked goodies. The first time I went I was so amazed on the big variety of coffee, teas and all kinds of baked items. I really like the seating arrangement they have all around this spot. Try it and enjoy... 8)

This bakery located inside of a building with other businesses and restaurants. Its not that clean. Majority of customers are Vietnamese. I like mushrooms pastry, but I usually would take my coffee and pastries to go..

So there was this Minh guy who was the cashier with a huge attitude to me for no reason. But more importantly, this guy messed up my order as well, big time. This guy earned this review. I’ve never been disappointed about the service at this place until now.

We finally came to this place, the most popular 85 degrees location in Irvine on a Saturday afternoon. Line was definitely the the longest line among all the 85 Degrees we have been to, and so was the wait. Restroom was the least maintained and the bakery shop had a filthy wet floor with a smelly odor. Pastries and milk boba tea were all good but the whole experience was soured by above factors. Wont come back to this location.

My place to buy freshly bake bread. Employees are very friendly especially Lyn she go above and beyond her job helping me with my orders and bring it to my car and she gave my son keychain as a gift. 5 star to all your employees and product. My son loves the pork sung and milkbun. Will be back again.

Love both the savory and sweet pastries. My all time favorite is the berrytale pastry. The taro pastry is also another favorite. The sea salt coffee and sea salt jasmine tea is pretty popular here too. Plaza is quite empty in the mornings but is packed at night time.

My cousin ordered 25 cupcakes for her sons birthday party this weekend, and they were PHENOMENAL! My favorites were the vanilla pudding, carrot cake, red velvet and chocolate peanut butter. Everyone at the birthday party was amazed by how moist and tasty the cupcakes were without being too sweet.

This place was so busy, I had to flag down someone to buy a Black Forest cake.The cake was good: not overly sweet, light. It would pair well with coffee (I could not drink any coffee at the time I had the cake because it was too late in the day).I will buy from this store again, next time I am in the neighborhood.

I am giving 2 star because if you dont eat pork or dont drink wine than this place is not for you. Almost most of the products have pork lard and cakes have hint of wines. Ask a lot of questions before you buy. Nothing is Kosher.

My Cousin told me that this cafe sells very good beverages. So I bought myself his favorite one Iced Sea Salt Jasmin Green Tea with Coffee Jelly. OMG, so delicious!!! Never thought this saltiness could make the sweet tea so devine. Why dont we have such beverages here in Germany?
