Well lets see, I been here twice now. First time was last year. Came in to have both tires replaced. Everything went well. Picked up my bike, rode it home and parked it for the night. Opened garage to get bike out and was greeted to a flat tire. Called them and they told me to bring it in. I ended up having a flatbed tow truck come get my bike and have it towed in. Apparently there was a Defect on the valve stem. Ok, so be it. Brought my bike back to them yesterday to get a rear tire. I ride the 7 miles home, get off my bike and the chrome cover that goes over the the axle bolt in dangling and missing a screw. For $400.15 dollars, youd think they would put everything back together properly. Yes I understand you have to tighten things down on your bike, but 7 miles. I called and left a message last night. You would think theyd call back the next day, but they didnt. Kind of bums me out. For the money they charge, they should treat and take care of every bike as if it were their own. But the girl that works the counter was cool and communicative.

Well its been a while since I bought tires here. Going to be awhile longer. They used to be fair on pricing way back when in the 80s and 90s. Been going elsewhere. Thought Id give Dave another try.. But the quote I just got was $150 more than competitors for Dunlop American Elites. Please get back to some fair pricing Dave. Installation on the bike isnt that hard. You guys have been selling & installing tires along time. You should have it down by now.

Everyone here was very pleasant and even worked to squeeze me in even though I came in a bit before closing. Nice, clean, welcoming. I dont plan on my bike breaking, but I do plan on coming by again.

Originally I sought them out because theyre a distributor for the brand of motorcycle tire that was already on my bike ; but since then they have done some custom accessories for me that I couldnt handle with my basic tools ; Im Very Happy / Satisfied with my experience here and would Highly recommend you try them out .

Wow 🤩 this is so far the best, I had nail in my rear tire, and I called around to find the right tire,Indian motorcycle dealer had my tire and priced me some ridicules price, I had purchased my tire 2 months ago and the dealer would not discountSo I was referred by my friend, anyway I take my bike within 5 minutes my bike was on the lift, I was accepting to spend few hundred dollars, 10 minutes later they had my bike ready, the tire was repaired and without any fees it was shocking to me but they have my business lifetime, not just tires everything else. These guys were very friendly and can’t beat the price. Front tire changed out in less than one hour on My Goldwing. The owner Dave was very cool. Picked his brain a little about motorcycles. 5 star service from beginning to end. Definitely will go back.

Wheel works Is outstanding place to get tires for my Harley-Davidson and yours they have always treated me fair and a low price on tires they also do brakes wheels and chrome rotors and All kinds of cool things to your bike so what are you waiting for get on over there, open on Saturdays from 8 to 3pm. Just call and make sure there open and check items in stock or not some tires sell out on Friday or Saturday so call ahead make sure your are in stock UPDATE: sold or has new partner the prices went up sky high and have lost my business and have started telling people stay away they treat you the same good. But get you on the price call them and get a price quote then shop around im sure youll find much better price elsewhere.

These guys are awesome people! Very respectable, knowledgeable and kind to their customers. I will be coming here for everything tire and wheel related. What costs an arm and a leg at the dealership is much more reasonable here and with much better customer service than I’ve ever gotten at any dealership. Thank you, Dave, for all the help!

Called for a price and installation on a tire for my soft tail deluxe. Spoke to Dave Newton. Rolled up the next day saw Dave and he set me up with the correct and best whitewall rear tire for my bike. It was the same price that I was quoted. No hidden fees. These guys are friendly and straight up. Dave even called me later that evening and asked if Im good and my ride was good too. Im happy and I will be returning for all my tire needs. I highly recommend Wheel Works for all your tire needs too.

I call Dave about my slow leak in my tire on my 2016 Indian Scout. He said bring it down. Went down to the shop, and was greeted like I had been a friend for many years.Put my bike on the rack in in 20 seconds found the problem. He fixed the tire. I am/was a return customer because of their attention to detail and customer relations. On Monday, 2/29/2016, at approx. 12:45pm, I spoke with Dave on the telephone and ordered two (2) tires. Dave said it usually takes a day to deliver the tires, but when I had not heard from him by Thursday, 3/3/2016, I gave him a call at approx. 9:30am.Dave told me he did not know what happened to my order, but would look into it and call me back. Two (2) hours later (11:35am), I had not heard from Dave, so I called again. Another gentleman answered the phone and when I explained what had transpired, he said there were just two (2) of them in the store and theyve been on the phone with customers all morning. That didnt set well with me and so I cancelled my order - apparently too busy to call me back on the status of an order from Monday.To his credit, Dave called me a few minutes later and apologized for not calling me, but gave no explanation. Regarding my order, he explained his supplier has been shorting him tires lately, but would have my tires by tomorrow. While I appreciate Daves call (good customer service), it was about 1:30 minutes too late. I wasnt going to chance another screw up in the order and not receiving a phone call, so I confirmed with Dave to cancel my order.Its too bad, because I had come to trust these guys and really liked their work, but when my order gets screwed up and you say youll look into it and I dont hear from anyone, that irritates me. And for the second employee I spoke to on the phone, just for future reference, never tell a customer whose order was screwed up and never delivered that there are only two of you in the shop so you were just too busy to check and call me back.Maybe I’ll try again next time the bike needs tires….

I have been buying from them since 2005, in the past if I wanted an odd pair I would call them and they would have the set within a day most the time the same day. BUT now I ride in and ask them what they recommend and I am on my way within hours. depending on the line as their already well known. please dont tell anyone else to keep the line down, thanks.

This shop was recommended by a Buddy. They did a great job fixing up an injured rim that caused my bike a slight wobble. I got there early and was back on the road in under two hours. Good work at a competitive price. They can handle other general maintenance for your bike as well.

I called about a week before I took my wheel in for service Dave took care of me he knew exactly what I needed done and what it took to do the job he even fix a few things I had screwed up and over all took care of all my issues. Had them put a stock rear tire on. The fender started to bottom out after they did the work. Took it back they said the shocks must be bad, but they did let me use their tool to raise the shocks all the way up. Still didnt fix the issue. So I bought new shocks, take a wild guess what happened. Your right, the rear fender still bottomed out, never went back, not worth the nonsense and bull they will give me. A buddy went in and they did something stupid with his spacers and left a bolt lose on the front. Be mindful to look over everything before you roll out of there if your crazy enough to get work done. UPDATE: they wanted my lowering shocks and ended up swapping mine for some crap they had on the shelf.
