Great place! Didnt try to get me to buy unnecessary things for my car like other places. Wait time wasnt bad. Have a lot of tires in stock. They have employees for multiple languages like Spanish, English, and Vietnamese.

Tony and Alex are the managers that made me shop here the first time last year, and now are the prime reason I keep coming back. They both exemplify their dedication to Customer Service, and their friendly and courteous demeanor when asking questions shows they care. Their prices are competitive and in and out service is quick. I had a problem with a “wheel lock” not breaking loose, and their mechanic spent an hour trying to get my wheels off. When that didn’t work, they recommended a dealer visit, which subsequently solved my “stuck wheels” problem. When I got back to the tire store, I was helped immediately, and out the door an hour later with all brand new tires. Good job, guys.

Do not let this place trick you into higher price than you original bought.They will post the best price compare to other, once you select and make appointment. they either contact you the last minutes and tell you that the tires that you bought is now not available they have one similar and a little bit higher price, or wait til you get there on your appointment and then let you know the tires you wanted are not in stock and if you want to buy another one at higher price. Their intend is to trick you into them then they want ed to sell you another tires with higher price.

Needed oil change and fluids checked. Real easy to set up appointment online, and staff were friendly. Didn’t try to sell me services that weren’t needed. Will definitely bring my other car here.

Awesome first time experience! We had an appointment for tire replacement and as soon as we there, the associates assisted us immediately! Explained what needed to be done while being friendly. Waited only an hour. I definitely recommend this place. 2 thumbs up!

I had a problem with my tire I dont know why it was shaking I could see a big red sign up the street that read America Tires I pulled in and waited 4 the first available Tech he was very nice his name was Oscar I explained 2 him that I am not an American Tire customer and that I was afraid 2 drive 2 my mechanic Ive been going 2 for years he said let me take a look he went under my car then came out from under it explained its something minor even though it seems major by the way it shackshe told me that he could temporary fix it and it would be fine 2 drive home and that he would explain it 2 me so I could explain it 2 my husband so he could make a decision on what 2 do and what it would take 2 fix and repair it permanently that parts would have 2 be ordered anyways they werent in stock the temporary fix he said would not hurt it damage nor cause any other problems but its always good 2 try and fix the problem or problems as soon as possible but it will not hurt the car in any way nor damage anything as I have already told you his next question 2 me was do you have 15 minutes my response was OF COURSE he had me take a seat in the office he proceeded 2 temporary fix my car issue came back in less than 15 minutes handed me my keys and a piece of paper explaining the problem and what needed 2 be done 2 fix it permanently he told me 2 have my husband read the paper because he may be able 2 do it himself so he could make a decision on how he wanted 2 handle the repair then he said youre all ready 2 go I said do I go back in the office so they can write it up and do you know the approximate charge shock me now hahaha (we both laughed!) With a big smile on Oscars face he looked me straight in my eyes and a very serious tone and saId dont worry about it then said happy birthday with a big smile I said 2 him youre so sweet and believe me I DID NOT look my best he treated me as if I look like and was worth a million bucks! I told my husband about him and my husbands response was that it is very hard 2 find good honest technicians especially with the women that are basically desperate and 2 scared 2 drive any further and they are definitely at the mercy of the repair shop anyways my husband ended up doing the repair thanks 2 Oscar and his explanation on how handle the repair permanently we are now going to be permanent customers of American Tire Company on Garden Grove Boulevard Garden Grove California Oscar is going to be the mechanic of choice well we really havent had any car issues because its a pretty good running car a few months have went by and my husband said sweetheart take the keys get in the car I want you 2 go 2 American Tire Co today make sure Oscar is there if hes not ask when he will be working next and I want him 2 be the mechanic that is going 2 mount 2 new tires this way I know it will be done right well Oscar was working of course I requested him he did a beautiful job and Im back on the road and my drive is so smooth I love it thanks Oscar job well done Im sure well be seeing you in the futureCindy S.

I was surprised that Tony still remember me after a year and a half when I came back for my second tire replacement. This time he gave me great reminder on free rotation services which I had had no idea that I could have it for free cause it typically included in my new tires replacement. And because I did not know that tires need to be rotated every 5000miles, my front tires went out quickly after 20,000miles. Ive learned a good lesson 😁, lol.[2nd review] I am quite disappointed today when I realized the dishonesty of the guy assisted me this afternoon, I think he is the store manager. Long story short, I brought my 2nd car in for checking and the guy (not Tony) he said the issue coming from the struts and it need to be replaced, the 2 struts for the front tires, he gave me the first estimated cost is around $700, not to mention the two tires are about $300. Okay, total for today cost is $1000 which is too much for me. I said I cant afford it, then he dropped the price to $800 and kept asking me how much I can do so he can help. Apparently, $800 is not a small amount and I dont know how much it should be considered reasonable and fair to both me and him. I didnt feel comfortable and I decided to try another store. I visited two auto body shops and they helped me to check my car, both shops said the same thing, the issue is NOT COMING FROM THE STRUTS. All I needed is to replace the front tires which are the only issue I have currently. Oh wow, I was surprised and shock. Eventually I saved myself $700 from replacing the struts which are not supposed to be replaced. WOW, I am totally shock ☹️. I downgrade my review rating from 5 stars to 3 stars for this store because I still like Tony who seems honest, otherwise today service worth 1 star 😞.

Excellent, friendly service and great prices. Plus you can get your oil changed while u get tires, alignment is priced good as well. I never remember to regularly get my tires rotated, but they will rotate them for free if I get my oil changed there every 5k miles. Winning!

They called me when the tires came in, ahead of my scheduled appointment, so that I could come in and get them installed. The whole process was very seamless and smooth. They never tried to upsell anything, but when it was clear that an alignment was needed, they showed me the issue and that it wasn’t from normal wear and tear. You could tell that they just wanted to make sure that the tires I was buying would last. I’ve used American Tire Depot before, and every time I get great service. I don’t see myself going anywhere else!

Received the service as promised. Need improvement on 1 area. When I got a quote for rear shocks, I was not given a breakdown of the total. Other than that, had no issues. I recommend this place.

This was such a great experience! I was in need of 4 new tires, alignment and brakes ASAP! The dealership wanted to charge an arm and a leg( that’s what they do ) I found American tire on line, called, Tony answered and was great ! His customer service was so positive and welcoming ! He answered all my questions and booked me an appointment the next day ! Brought my car in, and him and the staff took such great care of the car and also tony made sure I was informed with what was needed step by step ! I had a blown tire on the 405 late on a Saturday. I checked Google for tire repair close by and found American Tire Depot. They were so courteous and helpful. I had my car towed there. They ordered the tire and had it on so fast! What a great experience. It seemed so simple 😎 I will be using them from now on!

My wife had an issue with her car tires the eveningbefore booking an appointment for the next day. First thing in the morning the shop called to let me know they did not have the tires in stock. At first I felt anxious and could not wait, but the staff reassured me and we worked out an alternative. When my wife arrived, she described the experience as if the red carpet was rolled out for her. She was in and out in an hour and treated exceptionally well. Highly recommend this store and will now make our only source for tires.

I have been going to ATD for many years... back with it was Gordons Tire Center in 2009. I love this place, the manager is awesome Alex also is extremely helpful and knows exactly what needs to be done. All of the guys are great, completely efficient in their work, and always done in a clean and timely manner. I cant recommend this place enough. Whether its tires, oil change, minor to major mechanical work you need to make your first call/stop to ATC in Westminster. Ask for Alex!

They were able to get my truck tire in and done in just a few hours while the other places I called couldnt get it done for days. Super friendly and tried to help as much as they could. They even called Michelin to see if they could offer me a lower price.

I had been sitting at a gas station waiting for a tire place to open up since 5:30 in the morning and he was kind enough to have one of his employees go and pick up a tire and bring it to his shop so that I didn’t have to wait anymore.
