Daniel was awesome and super helpful in clearing a bunch of issues with our Hyundai. He kept me up to date, calling as needed to detail fixes without pressuring into anything unnecessary. Car feels better than ever, definitely coming back.

Id say this place is honest and a great place to spend money worth repairing your car at. I just came in with a broken car and it was diagnosed and repaired within 2 hours. And at a great price as well.Honestly if I had just went to this place instead of the car dealership I would have saved THOUSANDS.Highly recommend.

I dropped off my Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 to Daniel about a week ago and today was the day I picked up my car! He did a very good job! I brought down my car because I needed to replace the timing chain and he was very helpful and informative when it came down to the process! I brought down the parts he saw what else needed replacing and he replaced it! He was very communicative he sent me updates through text message and the price was very good! I recommend coming here!

It was a great blessing to find Hyundai Auto Repair. I had the best auto repair experience ever at Hyundai Auto Repair. I took my car for a check engine light diagnostic hoping it wasn’t going to be major issue. Daniel is great mechanic he is so polite, knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He was able to figure out the issue with my car with in 30 minutes and my car was repaired within an hour. He saved me hundreds or even thousands of dollars. I highly recommend Hyundai Auto Repair. Just like a good hair stylist/barber, Dr., when you find an honest, friendly, fast and reliable mechanic you hang on to them. Daniel is fantastic, he does little extras, he shows you the problems, fixes them and shows you the parts he replaced. Fair and honest pricing, been there twice and recieved stellar service. In the future when any of my vehicles need service, Ill take them to Daniel.

I came here without an appointment, although I shouldve definitely made one, to fix my AC and Daniel still managed to fit my car into his schedule. It was 3pm and the shop would close at 6pm that day. Daniel said he should be able to fix my car by 6pm. He called up his associates to get the part he needed delivered to him quickly and as he was working on my car, he discovered he would need an extra part so he quickly drove himself out to go pick up the extra part. He managed to fix my car by 5:50. Reasonable prices for the parts and no bizarre price for labor. He also spends a lot of time explaining his work and will point out many things about your car that may need to be repaired soon. He doesnt do this as a means to make more money, but out of passion. I will for sure be coming back here for any maintenance my car may need.

They were very efficient here. They even told me that there might be an issue with my car after he changed my oil. He wanted me to come back to recheck my oil and if the issue was still there then I should get it checked for the dealership for a recall. He didnt try to sell anything extra and had my cars best interest at heart. That is the kind of service thats rare so Ill definitely be returning.

To start with, the dealership misdiagnosed the noise in my car as i turn, i was told to replace my tie rods. Good thing, Daniel determined it was my axles that was causing the pop noise that i hear. Among the other things they worked on are replacing my rear shocks and brake pads, machined the front rotors. Suprisingly, they were able to work on my car right away and finish the same day! All in all, very happy with the impeccable service and reasonable price that Daniel quoted me today. Best Auto Repair shop ever! First time here. I took in my Nissan Versa to get new breaks and rotors (they were super worn out). I just called in on a Saturday and Daniel told me I could stop by same day. He and his assistant completed the job within an hour. Great price too! Just going to jump in- Daniel is amazing. That guy has over 10 years of experience doing what he loves and it shows. I came to his shop because I had grinding and cracking noises coming from my suspension. After leaving big dealerships like Toyota Autonation confused on what the issue could possibly be- Daniel found the problem in less than 10 minutes! He brought me into the garage and showed me what the issue was, explained in detail, and offered to fix it at a very reasonable price. He was willing to work with me on figuring out a good time to do repairs. You treat this mechanic well, he will treat you even better!Daniel went to college, worked in other shops in the past, and is even certified! If you have a Hyundai this is your shop! My 2016 Hyundai had a part that was going to cost 1700 at the dealership and probably take a while. Hyundai auto fixed it for less an faster. Later down the year I blew my engine for not having oil he replaced my engine for me hassle free For less than anywhere else I called plus cleaned my engine an my car before returning it to me, gentleman who works on the cars is super friendly, helpful so by the second time he helped me out I decided to fight him a review awesome shop an definitely saved me from having no car!

Ive literally saved thousands of dollars by coming to Hyundai Repair Shop - several times. Talk about honest business and amazing customer service.My car is still under warranty so I come here for services not covered by my warranty like an oil change, etc. With every visit so far, Daniels customer service has been above and beyond. The last time I came in for an oil change, he noticed that my rear main engine seal was leaking. Instead of telling me I probably should get this fixed ASAP at his shop, he mentioned that this service should be covered by my warranty and I should contact my dealership. Keep in mind, this was a job that costs thousands of dollars that could easily have gone to his shop. Lucky for me and all of his customers, hes an honest and very knowledgable mechanic! I went to Lexus the following week and got everything fixed under my warranty.Aside from the thorough inspections, the prices are fair and the service is quick. Being someone who is clueless when it comes to cars, I feel comfortable bringing my car here knowing its in great hands. Thank you Daniel and team!

Great shop!! I havent had any actual repairs done here, but I stopped by since my 2012 Hyundai Accent was having some hesitation problems and had threw some codes. Daniel plugged in his diagnosis tool, erased the codes and gave me a quick, honest diagnosis of whats wrong with my car. I can tell that this shop knows these cars better than the other shops that I have gone to for actual repairs and Daniel said he knew my car had a engine knock problem as I was driving in to the parking lot to visit his shop. So if you have a hyundai, Kia, or any other import bring it to these guys!

Highly recommend this shop! I went there because my car is showing a “malfunction indicator” turns out,it was just a loose cap and he was so kind to fix it for free. He also fix my radio and for a very reasonable fee. He is very sincere and i did not feel like i was being forced to sell of something.

Been to this shop 4 times already. It’s a one man, one on one service. In my point of view, he does an honest service & safety recommendations. I have been to different car service shops and I felt ripped off because once I went to their shops I go back every month for another problem that made me think I was being sabotaged. My 7 years old grand son recommended me this shop, He said Amma go there it’s close to our place and the guy is nice, I think my small grandson can detect who is a scammer & who is not so I went there one day and from that time on I go to this shop when there’s car trouble . I trust this mechanic with my car...

This mechanic seems to really know his stuff. He was able to recognize and diagnos my cars issue as I was driving into the driveway. He listened carefully to the engine, and also illustrated the problem with the correct auto parts laying around in his shop. I could tell he really knows cars inside out. The repair costs were really good compared to others, or even those online for the parts. Coming to this auto repair shop gave me a good feeling, start to finish. Customer service was prompt, courteous, and friendly. Trust your gut instincts on decision making.

Daniel has taken care of my wife and I since we moved to OC about 5 years ago. At the time and we had 2 Hyundai vehicles so that was how I went about looking for services originally. He was able to point out several areas where prior repairs done on my vehicle was done incorrectly or in a shoddy manner. Although Im not a mechanic I took quite a few semesters worth of auto shop class and have a better than average understanding of automobiles so I know I wasnt being given the run around.Although Daniel has an encyclopedic level of knowledge surrounding Hyundai/Kia, I learned quickly that hes equally as familiar and knowledgeable about American, European, and Japanese cars. Between my wife and I we have each of those type of vehicles now (Chevy, Alfa, Toyota) and we still drive down to OC to have all of our vehicles taken care of even though we live about an hour away now.Dont waste anymore time looking for a trustworthy mechanic in OC, this is the place to go regardless of make and model. As long as I can physically get my vehicles to this shop Daniel will be who I trust with my cars.

I can’t believe there’s a bad review on this place! I needed a 2016 sonata inspected ASAP and had no luck finding anybody who would. I Called here and Daniel was able to inspect the car right away. Daniel was extremely informative explaining all the good things but more importantly all the flaws about the car. He didn’t even charge me full because he could see problems without having to inspect it in depth. If your looking for a honest, reliable, and great price mechanic I would say Daniel is your guy. I will be recommending to anybody I know who is in the market for Hyundai or Kia!

I had my daughters 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe and noticed check engine light was on. I checked the owners manual and it said, Malfunction indicator light. I called Hyundai auto repair and told him what I had. He said, check the gas cap. I went out, took the gas cap off and put it back on and the indicator cleared. It was that simple. Most places would want you to bring it in so they can charge you the diagnostic fee. They freely offered this information over the phone, I really appreciate it and will keep this place in mind when I do have a bigger problem with her car. Integrity goes a long way!

Great service all around. I went for an oil leak on my mazda 3 I had taken my car prior for a regular oil change at the dealer and I started noticing small oil spills on my driveway. The dealer did a horrible oil change job for the 2nd time, almost caused me the car engine!! Danny at Hyundai Auto repair is a great mechanic, excellent service!

BE WARNED STAY AWAY!! My boyfriend had a really awful experience here, enough so that it warranted this review. The older korean guy running the place when my auntie used to take her car here does not work anymore. There is another young asian guy working now and maybe related but when asked why my car was leaking oil and green stuff after taking it for a simple oil change he replied well all the hoses are bad and need to be changed and can give a discounted price to do the work. If they were bad why didnt he tell us this when we came to pick up the car. Anyways our car ran fine and never had leaks as its pretty much new still. We took my car to the dealer only to find out that these guys are doing some crooked stuff. They took out some bolts that were not even related to any work they were to perform and disconnected the VERY GOOD still hoses and had them leaking on purpose to try to make more money. DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL BREAK MORE STUFF AND TRY TO GET YOU TO PAY EXTRA FOR SOMETHING THEY INTENTIONALLY DID!

몇주전 Equus 에 문제가 생겨 Hyundai dealer 에 갔다. Front Air bag Struts 가 나갔고 엄청난 수리비를 요구했다. Part 값이 비싸다고 한다.2014년 차고 45K mile 인데 5년이 지나 warranty cover 가 안된다고 한다. 기가차서 사방 repair shop 에 물어봐도 갖고 와보라고 하곤 머리를 흔든다. 아예 못한다고 하는곳도 있었다. 결국 포기를 하려는데 아들애가 Garden Grove 에 있는 Hyundai Repair Shop 을 찾았고 rebuilt 를 해서 파는 곳을 찾아줬다. Daniel 이 말끔하게 수리를 해줘서 지금 잘 타고 있다. 정말 고마운일이다. 문제가 있으면 여기 다시 올릴것이다.Hyundai 에는 complain 을 해봤지만 아무 소용이 없었다.
