I inquired about a vehicle they had for sale and ended purchasing another somewhere else. I continued to receive emails and text about visiting their location to purchase a vehicle. I had responded multiple times I had already purchased a vehicle and no longer in the market. I also completed the “unsubscribe” link. The last time I emailed them was on 10/25/21, today(11/5/21) I received another text and email. Do not share your contact info with this company if you are simply interested in a vehicle they have. I have copies of all correspondence.

Called up stg auto set up an appointment with Omar he was able to have me come in same day! I got to meet Gio and Nash, after thinking I wasn’t going to be able to get a car they were able to work with my situation and I was able to walk away with a great car. I came in with an appointment that Dom at STG helped me set up over the phone to see a car I had viewed online. I called pretty late so I was grateful to receive help from Dom. Dom was very informative about the appt over the phone from start to finish and stayed in constant contact with me; very accommodating and responsive. I got there a little early that day to my appt and everything was still very prompt and direct. When I got there, they had the car ready for me to see so I could take it out for a test drive. All the employees I came across were very professional and helpful throughout the process. I was genuinely impressed. (They have very beautiful cars in their entire lot). The person that mainly helped us out was, Ferro, and he really valued our time there. He took care of us and really worked with us. You can tell he has a lot of knowledge and loves what he does. DO NOT COME HERE. Last week I came here to sell my car, I made a deal with STG and sold them the car. I have yet to receive my money for my car that I sold them and they have already listed my car for sale before even paying for the car first!It has now been 5 days of not being paid for my car, I was then charged by Lexus for a normal monthly payment this morning after I had already sold the vehicle LAST WEEK! I now have a 500 charge on my account that I was told would stop after I sold the car, an over draft fee, and after 5 days I still do not have the check in my hands for my car. Very unprofessional.

Came in to see the vehicle the first time for a particular model in stock, but they sent us back saying that the car is in service. I was skeptical about all this, but trusted them until they called me the nine minutes before the scheduled appointment the next morning notifying that the vehicle is sold the night before. Not a single sign of respect for their customers. Now I see why their review is awful.Some common sign for all of you buyers to look out for. If they endlessly ask for your interest in other vehicles, there is good chance that they dont intend to sell the vehicle you originally have interest in.WALK AWAY WHILE YOU CAN!! Don’t come here I repeat do not purchase a car from them . They put so much add ons so you could pay such as tint and clear door. You cannot refinance with There bank capital one. Your stuck with your interest . STG corrupt and once you purchase the car they do everything in there power to brush your questions after your purchase. Go to a actual dealer for a good deal and don’t purchase here. There cars are used and most of them have some sort of mechanical or electrical problem

Would pleasantly like to say this car dealership and group of guys and ladies are definitely a 5 star dealership. Start off with saying my buying experience with them was all through phone conversation and sight unseen buying experience. Just through a picture online. They took the time to ask me questions about exactly what I was looking for even though I had a vehicle I already called them on. They said they just wanted to make sure I had the best option available that they had on the lot. I told them exactly were I wanted to be for a payment and how long. We all know we want to be somewhere on a payment but sometimes it’s just not realistic for that vehicle. I was truly amazed at how close they got to exactly what I wanted. They worked from Sunday morning til late Sunday and I mean late to get me the deal I wanted. Then after closing the deal with them after I am sure they had closed, they offered to meet me halfway to deliver my truck to me in Santa Barbara. I live in Templeton which is about 4 1/2-5 hours north of them. Unfortunately I couldn’t get a rental vehicle at night to meet them halfway. But it’s honestly the thought and caring of this dealership to deliver me my new truck I just purchased. I met them the following day and the gentleman Jordan that brought my truck was very polite and nice. When the truck arrived it looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor and had a new car smell. To my salesman Andrew and the rest of the people that helped out to make this deal possible a big thank you from my two kids and myself for my 2020 Ram 1500 Laramie. I will definitely keep this dealership in mind for my next vehicle purchase whether it’s for my kids, myself, or maybe a future wife haha just kidding she can buy her own. TERRIBLE!I bought first car in June, Manny Delgado was the responsible seller, he was great... until I closed the sale. The second week with the car, I had problems and he never answers emails, texts or calls! To this day I wait for the car repair, but Im sure theyre waiting for my warranty to expire so they can charge.WORST OF ALL is that he assured me that STG would pay for the cars documentation and I wouldnt need to go to the DMV to do anything, 3 months later, my license plate and documents didnt arrive! According to the DMV, no one asked to register my car. As expected, STG does not answer me and does not return my calls. Do not deal with this company for nothing

Decent selection and the salespeople are friendly but website listed price is significantly less than what they will sell to you for, they add some extra stuff for much more than they are worth and say you should have read the fine print on PRE INSTALLED stuff that was not included in the price. Also when contacted to fix things that they signed on the Due Bill, multiple different workers contacted me and asked if I wanted to buy or test drive a car. I specifically said Due Bill and purchased car each time before they responded.I like my car that I bought from them though, and it is in very good condition

Nice cars, bad business. Hidden fees, high pressure, all the underhanded stuff that makes people dislike car dealers. I luckily picked up on the vibe pretty quickly and was out of there after a 3 min test drive with a kid who knew absolutely nothing about the car I was testing out. I stopped by STG Auto Group to check out a 2018 Ford Mustang Premium GT, the car was great! It was late night already the bank was closed and they couldnt determine if i would get accpeted for a loan, so they asked me if I could leave a $500 REFUNDABLE deposit. The deposit was to verify that no one will take the vehicle. It was the next day already and i have changed my mind that i dont want the vehicle. I send manny a text message saying that I dont want the vehichle no more and i would like my money back but No Answer! I send him an email but No Answer! I call the phone number on STG AUTO GROUP for Garden grove and spoke to the manager he said that he will direct to the right person but still no answer! Honestly if you are a manager you should have access to do these type of request. Im just letting any future customers know is be careful with these guys and hopefully I could get my money back soon!

I’ve been to many car dealerships, where the dealers barely greet you and are constantly sizing you up to see if they can pull the wool over your eyes. I learned the hard way that as a woman of color the car buying process can easily go sour based on the dealer. However, Rania made our process so easy and amazing! She’s honest, quick witted, and a light to everyone she meets. My mom and I did not expect to have such a wonderful experience but I’m happy to say that we left with a beautiful Lexus.
