I have had nothing the best customer service and great quality of appliances and furniture from here. They have worked with me if I couldnt pay right away, and all my purchases are still working today. Been a customer for about 5years, and my only regret is next year Im moving. Great job!!

After reading the many negative reviews on this store, I didn’t want to go, but I’m so glad I did! Valencia was awesome! She is one hard working lady! With other people in the store, she was by herself and never let us feel like we were pushed aside! She went around to everyone in the store to see if anyone had questions or whatever she could help with. She was amazing! Then Jeremy came in. He was so helpful and finished up our paperwork! Delivery was on time! Whole experience was great! Give that store a RAISE!!!

I enjoy the professional service I receive at this store. Everyone is always so upbeat and friendly. The store is always clean. My deliveries go as planned 90% of the time. Valencia the manager is awesome and will get whatever you need.

I got. A bed set witch had bugs and they came and got it and sent terminex to inspect my house witch had none witch means it was the bed and i over paid trying to pay it off 189.62 and now wont refund or anything. The manager and staff are very rude and disrespectful.

Walked in trying to offer my money for items. They literally looked at me and said Do you need any help maam??? Like I broke into their home, but they were forced to be polite about it. Why are you looking around, its a small space Nope.Some lady on here said its because shes white, Im black. If I were white, or if they were, Id feel just like her.Order online or go in person to a different store.

I was getting waited on and another customer came in and Irene waited on him and just forgot about helping me.Ill never go back in that store again

I wish they have a larger selection or a better selection I went in because I needed to get something and I was only presented with two options and because I need really needed this Appliance I had to go with whatever they had and I didnt have time to go other places to shop around but what I got was nice they give you different options of how to pay. You can either pay weekly bi-weekly or monthly it really depends on how you get paid

Tried to do business with and was refused because i didnt have a mask on (have a legal Drs note that states not to wear a mask). Will be filing a complaint7/31/2020 i already called corporate

Really disappointed in the galveston store. Other stores the sales people have been very helpful and friendly. At the gtown store I felt like I was bothering them even bring there. But maybe it was because I am white. Yeah. Thats what it felt like.

I cant believe a twin mattress is 1000.00 dollars here at rent a center. Stupid outsane prices. Ill lay on the floor for 2 weeks and go buy on for 129.00 dollars at a laget furniture store.

We were in need of a kitchen table for a month while we had family visiting during the Mardi Gras holiday. We were told they didnt have the table we wanted, but were able to find another used table they would be able to get to us. We called back multiple times and were told once that well take care of you. Well, its Friday and we have no table, and no returned phone calls. I hope my family doesnt hate me and talk badly about me on facebook because we have no kitchen table :-(

These ppl from the galveston location came to my job after being told not to come there....and start to harass me and once i told they could pick the item up and walk outside into my shop the guy is trying to fight me......really rac

This place is horrible the manager was not friendly at all. I prob would never come here again! Customer service is horrible.
