Our AC went out in the middle of July on a Sunday morning. We called half a dozen AC places but no one could commit to come out except Chris. Chris came and ended up referring us to another reputable AC who can help us right away. I’m very impressed with his prompt response, professionalism and his honesty. Planned a family weekend in Galveston and the AC went out Friday night. Contacted Chris first thing Saturday morning and explained our predicament. Chris was there within an hour and had our AC up and running shortly after that. He saved our weekend. I will use Island Air & Heat for all of my future HVAC needs.
