Bought a Shop-Vac at Home Depot a day ago opened it up and not all the parts were there and it looked like it was going to return it was still dirty. I called them if they told me to bring it back and they will give me a refund. I told them they must have put it back on the Shelf without checking it to make sure the stuff is all back in the box and that it hadnt been used.

I bought 50 (8’x16’) cement blocks to do some landscaping in my yard a few weeks ago. Ms. Bird (from the paint dept.) helped me load it up on my cart and help me take it outside. She also helped me get some cardboards to put down on my trailer to cushion it. Then she and Mr. Devon help me load it on my trailer. She did all this on her break. So great to get exceptional customer service. Your employees are always so helpful (and with a great attitude) whenever I come in your store to shop. THANK YOU!!!

Waited for 1hr 30 min. For my tile,to be brought up. From the back,one lady African American woman,dont know her name,took it upon herself to make sure it was taken care of! Then Crystal came out,with my tile,Crystal thank you,and please let all of your staff know that you and,that beautiful African American woman, did a awesome job!!!!

Horrible customer service, horrible management. They delivered cabinets that where support to be signed for in the yard underneath a carport. This was an uninhabited home under construction! They never calked to advise they where bring delivered and did it after being asked to hold the custom cabinet for another date, since they had missed their delivery time 10-2. Cabinet where stolen and damaged. Manager’s Response was it was a measure business decision! They do t care about you but only theirs profit. Don’t shop there till they care. Shop local!

Good place good selections but Im disapointed with staff, as I walked towards an aisle a guy on a lift was apparently heading the same direction but I got there first buy about a minute ahead, I wasnt going to take long either way and when he arrived I was expecting the guy on the lift to ask for me to leave but since he didnt I stayed looking at the different items and comparing and then another dude comes in and just yells hey hey...out I didnt even believe he was talking to me at first, and when I tried to say something boom he immediately left didnt even bother to wait to close the aisle...there are polite ways to ask someone to leave the area I understand they have to take precautions but dont have to be rude about it.

A 3rd party dishwasher installation person failed to install my dishwasher upon delivery. Matt the manager took it upon himself to be sure that my dishwasher would be installed at the next available date. Wesley showed up and did an outstanding job. 5 star service from Matt was incredibleAs a customer, it was nice to have someone care that the job got done right.

This place is a machine. I went during the week and there were so many people there. I was looking for a step stool. I asked several people if The Home Depot sold them. Everyone was real helpful but didnt think they had them. Finally one employee said it they did it would be on the last aisle next to the ladders. Sure enough, thats where they were. The one they have is too short for what I wanted to do but I did find a metal bench that I needed as well. So, not a wasted trip

Pickup orders are easy. Ive gotten good lumber so far and store is clean.

I waited 2 weeks for my washer and dryer delivery, only for it to show up broken. Clearly the warehouses fault. Customer service can tell me nothing except that its rescheduled for another week. THERE IS ZERO QUALITY CONTROL at the warehouse!!!!! They offer nothing except another delivery and even then cannot guarantee a functioning machine to show up!!! I have paid enough money to this terrible company with nothing to show for it!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

I’ve paid for an item and have yet to receive the item. I’ve called and spoken to multiple people at their customer service, on multiple days. I’ve been told again that I just need to call back…. Again. I would not suggest you give them your money if you want to actually receive products. Now, if you want to just give your money away… this is the place for you.

Id give it a 4+ mostly because Im addicted to going there whether or not I intend to buy anything. All of the things Ive ever wanted are there, Im there at least twice a week, sometimes twice a day.

First Saturday of every month they host a free kids workshop. Great time to get the kids involved with a hands on building activity. They normally have a snack for the kids too. Thanks home depot.

If it hadnt been for an employee that followed up with me and helped me after we spoke 10 minutes before, Id be giving a 2. This type service was what Home Depot built their rep on. When HD decided to cater primarily to the commercial construction industry years ago, Lowes took their place as best at CS. My opinion....and justified. Why? I worked commercial construction for over 40 years. I watched the transition while homeowners were left behind.

Was able to find the metal I was looking for. Also found a tool that my husband can use to help make his job easier.

Ordered online. Went to cubside pickup. And they loaded my gates up. Staff was courteous and fast moving. Love, love, love my new gates. Cant wait till they are installed

My mom & I went to this location to see what type of flooring for her house. We got great service from the personnel. Helped greatly to assist us. Also they gave us free paint ... When checking out, the cashier at front was giving us a hard time! When my mom try explaining, she kinda walked away & rudely told us to leave

Shoppers were not wearing masks and were coughing in close proximity to us on a plumbing aisle. Two way traffic on aisles makes that more likely.

Would have been great if they offered a larger selection of Alexa enabled light bulbs. The only ones available where the Phillips Hue bulbs and the staff I asked for help didnt even realize they where Amazon compatible. I figured that out for myself and when I told the guy that they where he said I was wrong I had to show him the box lmao.

They help me find the tool i needed.Very happy with the service.

Placed my order online for delivery to the store. It said my item wouldnt be in for another week but, it came in early so, I picked it up today.Jerry helped me at the pickup desk. He was very friendly and helpful all while waiting on other customers at the same time.The order was brought to me and a nice young man helped me load it into my vehicle. Good job Home Depot!

A very clean and safe environment.

The man who is always working the paint department is extremely rude. I am an avid DIYer so I frequently need to visit the store for supplies, he is always there and always condescending, unpleasant and unhelpful. I hate going to the store for that reason and gladly drive all the way to Texas city to avoid him. Ive on many occasions brought it up to others in the area and everyone who has bought paint from this store has agreed with me.

It was good and bad. The returns desk was my first stop. Not sure if they are doing this but it seems no matter who you get at that desk they are rude and condescending . I mean they are pros at it. The other people in the store are generally up beat and helpful even if you are asking about something in a different area. I know its a big box store and I mainly shop there for value but folks.... A little kindness goes a long way.

The store itself is nice and clean and had everything I was looking for, but they only have self check outs open. And even though they have computer interfaces they dont offer Google pay / ipay / PayPal / nfc at all in-store. Not thrilled.

The staff were very friendly. I needed a deck box from a top shelf and I asked a staff for assistance and the whole crew came by to help out. This home depot has never failed me with the products they have in stock. I always leave this place with everything I need, plus more.

I bought a 2x4 foot piece of lumber for an art project and was surprised and happy that their employee cut it into 4 pieces for me at no charge. I was also happy that I could have four sample cans of paint mixed up and the colors I chose for the same art project. PS: dont forget to buy a sanding sponge as the cut had some rough edges. All in all I was very happy as a first time client.

I did not care, but I actually did not ask her about something. Luckily, Byrd got me, and She was a great person and kindest I have not seen at that store. I strongly recommend to people who want to have a great service, careful consulting and more that, then come to ask about her name at painting counter. You all never regret to have her. Five stars for this lady.

None of the staff was wearing a mask. I was. When I asked why they werent using masks a cashier snapped back saying I dont have to. My mask was protecting them. Their lack of a mask was endangering me. I am a doctor. I will never go to Home Depot anymore. I cannot afford to get COVID-19 for the staffs cavalier attitude and no effort to protect customers.

Do not buy from HOME DEPOT. There customer service is awful. I did not take the dryer out of the box and they said I could not return it?The guys that delivered the dryer were great and very helpful.I had to go to Lowe’s to get a dryer cord and vent because they did not delivery it to me when my dryer was delivered. Lowe’s help me pick the correct dryer cord and how to install it and the vent cord.

I went to the store at 5:50, new hours are till 6. Was told they were closed. Ask why they posted open till 6. I ask for a manger on duty. Around 6:10 Nick came to the front and told he was sorry but they were already closed. I ask for the store manager and district managers name. He told me the store manager name was Cartwright and if he wanted to give me the district managers name that would be up to him. I had to drive to Texas city Lowe’s. Where I was treated with respect and was able to get what I needed to finish my project. Very disappointed in Home Depot

Beth at the customer service desk went out of her way to help me return an expensive item that I did not have the receipt for. It took a while, but she got the job done and had a friendly and positive attitude the whole time. Thanks, Beth!
