I was stranded on the side of the road with a broken leafspring on my conventional RV trailer. Called and talk to Justin asked me to send a picture of what was going on and measure the leafspring that had broken. He found one that fit exactly came out within 30 minutes and we were on the road within an hour. Extremely good experience.

We lost a tire on the RV and when I say lost I mean it flew off while we we’re on our way to Gallup, NM. We thanked God that no one was hurt and no real damage to the RV. Then I searched for a mechanic and found KC Roadside repair. With just a photo and description, Clayton came to the rescue, with parts he had in stock, and replaced the hub and brakes with the skill and precision of a surgeon . Since we were in his area for a couple of days, we had him come to the campground the next day to replace the brakes on the other three. Clayton was a blessing. Worth every penny!!

Had warranty work done on our trailer- tried to charge extra storage fees after not submitting an invoice for payment.very rude to talk to.

I looked on Google for heavy duty truck repair and saw this mobile mechanic had great customer reviews so I gave Clayton a try and he didnt disappoint! He not only arrived around the estimated time he quoted me but he also was very friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the U-joint problem and replaced it for me at a very reasonable price. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him!

I was head home from Arizona back to Wisconsin and I had a front wheel bearing go out on my truck I called Clayton and he told me he was busy but would do what he could do to help me out. Not only he was able to help me out he recommended a great tow company to tow me to his location and had me dropped off at a hotel while he did the work and had his father pick me back up from hotel when my truck was finished in the time he told me he would shoot for. If you need any type of automobile service call KC roadside repair!

While helping family move from Colorado to Arizona the rental truck from budget started acting up. Once Clayton arrived he immediately began working trying to figure out what the issue was. He found the issue within minutes. Clayton found the part that was needed to get the vehicle back up, and on the road. He even worked after dark without complaining about anything. Very professional, smart, caring, and informative! I would highly recommend his company.

We reached out on a Saturday evening and had a mechanic dispatched immediately to us. He arrived within 30 minutes and was immediately on top of our issues. He was so efficient that we asked him to handle three repairs we had planned to complete ourselves later. And their prices were the most reasonable we have encountered almost anywhere in the US. RV was shaking badly coming into Gallup, NM on a Sunday afternoon. We limped to Firestone, who didn’t have the tire we needed. Called KC & Clayton was there and changed the tire out in under two hours. Back on the road & very happy with the service.

Tire sheared off studs of our 38’ 5th wheel. KC came within a few hours and had us up and going in an hour. Had the parts we needed and performed the service with great professionalism!

Theses guys are awesome and extremely honest. Took my San in for an oil leak. They thought it was the rear main seal. After working on the car they gave me over $300.00 back when I picked up the car.

Was fantastic, was there when he said, was efficient and fast, I was traveling and was back on the road in no time. Work was done right and for a very fair price. We were able to continue and make it home to Colorado that evening. Definitely recommend.

My car broke down at the worst time and even with a family emergency they were able to get it fixed for me. They also found out some moron rigged up a connector in a totally wrong way and handled that without charging me a ridiculous increase to repair it. There were a few hiccups when picking up my car but considering the circumstances and the fact that I didnt need a new battery on top of the repairs that were done, was a huge blessing. I HOPE I dont ever break down again like that but if I did Id want folks like these guys helping me out. What these guys didnt know was vehicle emergencies or break downs like that are a major trigger for my PTSD and getting home safe and sound was far more important than I was capable of explaining and thats what happened. Thats what counts.

The people here are unethical in regards to how they charge you and also are not forthright with not knowing what to do on the vehicle. After almost an hour of literally poking the car and charging us $150 after hour rates, the mechanic says “well i’m the diesel guy, not the gas guy.” For any customer service, I recommend calling Penny Pinchers down the road or towing to a mechanic in Albuquerque.

My college age daughters broke down out there and these guys saved the day. They fixed the car for a very fair price in a short time frame. Not only that they made sure my girls were safe. This company deserves your business!

Friendly, but I prefer honesty when being told service personal being dispatched to call out. Their game cost them more work then a tire call out. Sorry for them.

My experiences here have been nothing but helpful. The customer service is awesome, and when there is something wrong with my vehicle I can always count on them to diagnose it.

These guys came to the local TA and diagnosed the problem with the truck. Had us follow them to their shop and had the radiator holes fixed and a bad tire in about 2 hours. It was way cheaper than the TA!!! They were friendly and they take comdata.This is place to call if you are in Gallup, NM and need mechanical work done!!!
