I recently had the ramp motor on my van replaced. I worked with Robert Abel the General Manager and was extremely pleased with his knowledge, professionalism and kindness. I would highly recommend Mobility Works to anyone that needs service on their handicapped vans. Gloria, support staff is always pleasant and responsive to requests.Overall, I had a very positive experience and will use them again going forward. Thank you. Art I.

I bought my Toyota mobility van at Mobility Works in Gallatin. They not only found my what I wanted, but assisted me in getting everything I needed at a price I could afford. My experience was great!I have continued to have my vehicle serviced by them on a regular basis and have continued to be extremely pleased with the service I have received by their awesome staff.Today I had an appointment to have my ramp replaced. I was in and out in no time. The service again was awesome. I drive from Springfield to have my van serviced by them because it is a pleasant experience when I go. Those experiences really do make a difference. Thanks! 😊

I really didn’t even want to leave one star, however we were very disappointed in the way even the manager didn’t offer to try to help us get the Powerchair lift installed on the day it was promised!!When on the day before we were “assured” (VERBALLY) by their only salesman that they would get the floor model installed so we didn’t have to wait for one to be ordered. Even sat in front of us called (his boss)to make sure it could be done. He stated it would be the afternoon due to morning appointments were already filled. However, When I arrived at 11:00 am I was told we weren’t even in the schedule!! I say strongly that the main problem with this company, DO NOT PROMISE SERVICES YOU WON’T DELIVER!My husband is permanently in a wheelchair, we are currently using the manual wheelchair, we have a Powerchair but unable to take out of home due to no means of transporting. We were thrilled to hear that it would be done BEFORE this weekend! However, very poor communication in this business if we were not even on the schedule! Very disappointed! We will be finding other company willing to work with us. My advise is if they promise a service to you make sure you get it in writing, DO NOT DEPEND ON THEM KEEPING THEIR WORD!! Sad that you cannot trust anyone to keep their verbal agreement anymore! SAD!

I have to say these people from mobility works are on top of their game. I simply ask them and they take charge of the situation as if was their own. Super good service all around, and if they find a major problem or minor problem they explain in terms you understand and you get to make the final call. Had a Cable get severed and they had the order on the way before I knew it, and the installation was swift and with a smile to go. What else could you ask for? Yeah I highly recommend it, and the service they deliver will make you happy! sorry my phone is broken at the camera point.

What a great company! My husband was paralyzed from the waist down in a work accident back in 2018. We worked with these fine folks in the Gallatin office then to get him into a van that he could drive with hand controls, and they worked with his worker’s comp case manager to get him into a van that was absolutely a perfect fit for us. It has been such a blessing!!About a month ago now, we were rear ended, and the van was totaled. Needless to say, dealing with the insurance has been rather frustrating, and we wouldn’t have gotten through it NEARLY as well without the help of Mr. Abel in the service department. He has gone so far above and beyond in the course of this process! He provided us with information on comparable vans and helped us immeasurably in reviewing and rebutting the absolute joke of a valuation we got from the insurance at first. He has been nothing short of an answer to prayer. I’ll recommend MobilityWorks in Gallatin to everyone and I can’t see us using any other company for our transportation needs going forward.

These guys were great from start to finish! They worked with my workers comp case manager to get everything from quotes to extended warranties and wheelchair accessible road side assistance. Scott was my main point of contact, and he was always very prompt to reply to any questions I had while getting resolutions and answers quickly. Overall it was just great service and support throughput the process!

The service was excellent. Ive been living in Knoxville (3 hours away) and although Im moving back to Nashville in 2 weeks, Abel took care of my problem without me even having to make another drive. He listened to my problem & asked the maintenance technititans for help at my complex. He fixed the entire crane in about a week (other than waiting for the parts to come in) he had it done that day, overnighted, boom. Its fixed. So glad I chose them. Theyll go above and beyond.

As a car dealer from time to time I have to send a customers vehicle out for different types of service work. I had a gentleman purchase a vehicle from me, and he needed his power chair lift switched from the vehicle he traded in to the F-150 he bought. The truck already had a tow package so we put the lift on the back for him and told him we would help him get the power wire ran to operate the lift. A call was made to Mobility Works of Gallatin, (just one day) before the installation was completed in order to get an estimate of running the power wire for the lift. We were quoted $105 for the job, this same figure was given by both the Service Manager as well as the Tech that was going to complete the job. The next morning my customer took his truck to them. At 9:40 am Mobility Works called and wanted payment of $396.31 before my customer was able to leave their premises in his vehicle. First off, thats nearly 4 times the amount that was quoted. Since i could not get there that instant to pay, I was left with no choice but to pay over the phone. They would not let me come take care of the bill later in the day. They had me hostage or actually my customer hostage. Keep in mind, I own a business not even 2 miles down the road. I called and left a message for the manager to return my call and hopefully resolve the issue and make him aware of my complaint. The General Manager called me back and stated they were a multi-million dollar company and they did not let anyone leave before the bill was paid and had spoken with the persons who had given us the quote and that it was to be $105 per hour labor plus the harness and parts, not for the complete job. I asked what other parts besides the wire that were needed, and tried to ask for a copy of the bill and he simply hung up the phone on me in mid sentence. Obviously, he does not know how to manage, as a General Manager (more like a general moron) he shouldve tried to resolve the issue and work out any misunderstandings or miscommunication in order to keep and earn any future business from myself or others. Maybe the reason for the low ratings and bad reviews that Mobility Works has is because of the management they have in place.

We give the MobilityWorks location in Gallatin, TN 5 STARS for the quick diagnosis and repair of the wheelchair lift in our motorhome when we were travelling from our home in Michigan to Destin, FL for a winter vacation. Robert Abel, Service Manager, and Service Technician Daniel Jones were able to get us in without an appointment, diagnose the problem and, after overnighting a part from the lift manufacturer, get us back on the road very quickly. We appreciated their efforts very much!
