I purchased a (my first) new vehicle at this dealership today and I cannot reccomend them enough! Every person that I dealt with was helpful and although I presented a challenging situation, they made it all work out. The staff that didnt help me directly were always pleasant as well. I dealt mostly with Miracle, so my opinion of her is truly amazing, but as mentioned everyone who had any part in my process was wonderful.

I had been considering the purchase a 2021 Forester for some time. I went to another dealership but did not have a positive experience. My experience with Subaru of Gallatin was very different. They did not have the vehicle I wanted on hand but promised to find one for me. They originally told me that it might be up to a month before they could fill the order. Within a few days I was notified that my Forester would be delivered within two weeks. In actuality it arrived even sooner. Throughout the entire process, the sales representative and manager were helpful and forthcoming with all my questions. I received a through introduction to the cars operating features, and follow up inquiries were answered promptly. Overall this was the most positive car buying experience I have ever had.

Miracle was excellent with communication. We have two young kids and didnt want to spend as a lot of time at the dealership. When we arrived, the vehicle was ready for a test drive. She assisted us with changing car seats out. She had snacks and cartoons ready for our children while we completed paperwork, which was efficient and quick. The manager was very pleasant and accommodating as well. There was an airbag light that came on while driving the vehicle home. Since we live about 1.5 hours from the dealership, we had to make an appointment to come back another day. The diagnostics took longer than expected and we were offered a loaner vehicle to take home so I could make it back to pick up my daughter from school. And to top it off, they met me at my work the next day to bring me my vehicle. They really took care of us and I have not regrets driving the distance to Gallatin. We are very satisfied with our experience and will be recommending them to our friends. We have never had such an amazing car-buy experience.

I was in the market for a Subaru Ascent Touring and was surprised to see a great deal on a 2020 model. I live in Louisiana and could not find one for a decent price, let alone the color and year I wanted, but I found one here in Gallatin. Miracle helped handle 90% of the sale over the phone on a Friday, and when I went to pick it up the next day, it was ready waiting for me. Excellent Customer Service!!Also, a special kudos to Smitty, their finance manager, who locked in a much better rate and was very straightforward no BS about the whole process. This is my second Subaru and I have come to expect a no hassle experience, but the crew at Gallatin really went the extra mile for me. Could not be happier!

Purchased a vehicle from Subaru of Gallatin and it was a very pleasant experience. Rory was phenomenal with his customer service skills. Since I lived 4 hours away, he was able to help me with all the loop holes in order to make this work. He got us a great deal on the wife’s Ascent and when it was time to upgrade my outback i told him what I wanted and in today’s market that is asking a lot ( I’m very picky also) 2 days later he calls and says your car‘s here. I got home and realized the manual was not in the car and he had to to me the next day. This dealer has no high pressure sales on the add-on sales, it’s a you want this or not and your done. Our Son will be driving soon and we will be back for another and you better bet I’ll be calling Ben.

Took my 2016 outback in to get fixed and they were absolutely amazing. Jimmy and his team were honest and great to work with. They did everything they could to fix it right and save me money. I will be going back anytime I need something done or just routine maintenance.

I’m assuming this dealership could care less about getting a customer. I did an online inquiry for a WRX & waited a day, never got a call. I then did an inquiry about my trade in vehicle, again, never received a call. Maybe not getting a call should’ve been a warning sign but I believe in giving chances. My husband & I then did an online application in hopes of having someone call because usually, an application will do that, but yet again, no call! They did run our credit, multiple times, & now a week later, still no call! Now, I’m frustrated because we really didn’t need to do the credit app, if they would’ve called to ask us about it, they would’ve known we were actually working with our credit union to secure financing & we had a good down payment. No one called to ask us what we needed or ask questions about our credit or our situation, I’m highly disappointed by that. Not communicating says a whole lot about a place to us & it honestly felt like they just looked at us like we weren’t good enough! We don’t have bad credit by any means, but as most people, it could be worked on but that doesn’t even matter because like I said, we were working with our credit union but apparently, this particular dealership will only look at a number & not care enough to contact you to ask about financing or down payments! I hope others will have a good experience here but I know we will definitely not be doing business here! I don’t want an apology, the standard we’re so sorry about miscommunication or we didn’t receive it blah blah blah, I’d like this dealership to really look into how they can better communicate so other folks won’t be disappointed. I didn’t personally go into the dealership because I live well over an hour away & with most cars we’ve bought, we work most of it out over the phone to make the process smoother & faster, but we didn’t get the opportunity here and maybe that’s for the best

We showed up at Subaru of Gallatin an hour before closing on a Friday just to look at some vehicles on the lot. It was raining and Will Price came out, brought an Autumn Green Outback around so we could have a look under the dry awning. We took it out for a drive and I was hooked.After 5 days of deciding what the next move would be, I called up Will and made sure the vehicle was still available. We drove up from Nashville and after all was said and done, went home with the 2020 Outback Onyx Edition. The whole Subaru of Gallatin crew was super accommodating. Will stayed there until 10:30pm after all the paperwork was completed to show us the ins and outs of the new car.He even took the time a week later to drive down and deliver my front license plate from my trade-in vehicle. All-star service, no BS dealer. Who knew car shopping could be so painless? Highly recommend checking them out. Plus, the car is fantastic.

Came in to service department because the A/C in my STi was blowing hot air. Charged me 100$ just to see what it is, that’s fine. Came back & told me the compressor needed to be completely replaced and that it was bad & it was going to cost about a grand to fix. I could literally hear the compressor coming on myself so I told them to not touch the car & give it back. I took it to an express oil change & got a diagnostic & within 20 minutes the guy came back & said something in the circuit had came loose & he plugged it back in & it was blowing ice cold air again. Absolute crooks. I can’t say anything about buying a car there but DO NOT trust a word from their service department. Absolute crooks!

This dealership would not give me anywhere close to kelley blue book trade. They were $4000 less than other dealerships. Stay away unless you want to flush money down the toilet.

I am not pleased with the communication I received from Ben Webster. I inquired about an 08 Outback last Thursday (4/28). He stated that it just came in and it was on hold until they put it through service. Because it had not been through service, he was uncertain if it would be for sale or not. However, he would let me know on Monday. I stated that I had the money (CASH) and had already contacted my insurance company regarding a quote. On Monday, I received a text stating that the car would not be for sale. This led me to believe that it didnt pass inspection. However, I later received a phone call from someone else stating that the vehicle sold on Saturday (5/1). I was upset. Come to find out that someone internal bought it. I felt deceived (still do). Ben called yesterday and tried to explain what happened and said he could see how his choice of words could be taken the wrong way. I said I would try to get past this, but I cant. I have to say that this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I need a car, but am really hesitant doing business with you because I feel that I will be taken advantage of.If I didnt know any better, I might think that this vehicle was priced lower than its actual value BECAUSE someone internal had his/her eye on it. Perhaps there never was any intention to offer it to the public.I gave one star because the dealership is new and perhaps some of the employees are ok.

Curtis and Tim made the buying process rather stress free. Definitely, a more laid back experience that focused more on customer service than trying to twist your arm into a car. I came back up a few days later to pick up some all weather mats. The service rep was incredibly nice and welcoming. Thus, far my experience has been 5 stars.

First time we used was to install some Subaru parts, one being the engine block heater. Took longer than expected and when we picked the car up we noticed a loud sloshing sound behind the dash. Bit of google later found that was when the coolant wasn’t properly bled and refilled. Back to the dealership, apologies, fixed the issue. Second experience was for an oil change. Scheduled a 9 am appointment. Dropped off vehicle at 8:15 am. Received a text from service—all seems well. By 5:30 pm still no call or text so we contact the service department only to find out they are all GONE! Some gyrations later we are finally able to get our car. Next day husband checks the fluids, due to last experience...same issue. Things not topped off, coolant below minimum level, etc.

Ive been to every dealership from Manchester TN, to Murfreesboro, Franklin, Nashville, etc. This is hands down the BEST of them all. Didnt leave with a new ride today and I still left smiling from the excellent customer service. I trust that they are going to find the perfect vehicle for me without any pressure or strings attached. Will definitely be coming back!

Jimmy, service advisor, gave me exceptional customer service while taking my 2019 Crosstrek in for regular maintenance. When I arrived Jimmy let me know it may be roughly an hour, which I had zero problems waiting. He escorted me inside the dealership and helped me with the doors since I had my little one in a stroller. My car was finished in about a half hour and Jimmy explained everything that was completed on the paperwork and guided me to the cashier. When he escorted me to my Crosstrek he had it running for me, the A/C going, and had my car rinsed off for me! When I drove off I realized that they had cleaned off my passenger seat for me, too. It had had dirt all over it from my older sons baseball pants and being a mom on the go, I had let time slip away from me and never got around to cleaning my seat. Its truly the little things that mean the most to me! BEST customer service, quick, efficient, and polite. Dont take your Subarus anywhere else! ☺️

This service center is awful, will not be returning. Kept my car for three days just to tell me my concerns aren’t real when they couldn’t duplicate the exhaust issue I came to them about. Plus, when I went to pickup the car the desk clerk tried to act like they were doing me a favor my not charging me for the diagnostics when my car is under warranty and under Hendricks coverage too. They also didn’t give me any paperwork

On Sunday my wife and I had to buy a car and we knew we wanted a Subaru so we went to Subaru of Gallatin. From the minute we walked in the staff met us with a friendly welcome and already had cars pulled up as I had requested in my appointment. Cody Norman our sales rep was very knowledgeable about the car and gave us some helpful tips on features we would want to experience while driving. After we told them what we could afford they immediately got to work on financing. Chris Hall, Tim Anderson, and Daniel Smith worked hard to put us together a package that worked for us and one that really felt good as we left the dealership. I really didn’t think that we were going to go home with a car on Sunday but we did and we absolutely love it! I want to give a shout out to the awesome team that helped me to land my BRZ last night!! Starting right off the rip with Jonathan Ault!! What a wonderful experience from the beginning! He offered honesty and transparency that I have never experienced from a car salesman..and I will say, typically, I do not like car salesmen!! This experience was so incredibly different! He allowed me to ask questions and gave the answers as best he could without trying to shove something down my throat. Very much appreciated! Then when I arrived at the store I was greeted by Eric, the BRZ guy! He helped me to get all the paperwork and details lined up for my purchase, then offered a test drive, then offered BRZ pros/cons/aftermarket resources/etc!! Fell in love with the car (as I thought I would, but far better!) Upon our test drive return, I was happily greeted by the finance guy, Mark! We discussed different options and he allowed me to chose which option I felt would be the best for me vs. trying to push me in any type of direction. I am so thankful and grateful for this team. Easiest car buying experience Ive ever had. John Peterson was our sales person and I have to say, I really enjoyed working with him. We ended up buying a 2021 Outback and are thrilled. The car exceeds our expectations. I am really enjoying starting the car up with the app. At first, I was disappointed it didnt have remote start from the key flob, but now I realize the benefits of using the app. I can be inside the arena and start my car from any distance....Fantastic!I am sure if you are reading this youve done your homework and realize a Subaru is going to be your car of choice. I decided to make the trip from Knoxville since they had the model and trim I was looking for and good reviews. I have no doubt in my mind that I made the right decision. Ben and the team were very helpful, informative, and made the whole process completely stress-free. Ben even checked in to make sure the trip home went well. I definitely will recommend Subaru of Gallatin to family and friends and visit when I am back in the market for a new car.

I was originally referred to Chris Hall, GM of Subaru of Gallatin. What a nice guy. Chris’ demeanor and the flavor of the initial conversation was exactly what you want when looking at a place to buy a car. Welcoming, accommodating, and appreciative. Instead of dealing with Chris, as GM, on my call to set up an appointment to look at vehicles, I was directed to Jonathan Ault. Again, a wonderful conversation. I told Jonathan basically what we were looking for, and he welcomed us to come and said “You’ll have the best car buying experience you’ve ever had”. I’ve had quite a few, and in short, I can tell you, the expectation that Jonathan provided was met and exceeded 110%. When we arrived, we met Ben Webster, who ultimately was the sales professional that took care of us. The Covid precautions were very adequate. Everyone working at the dealership were wearing masks, and the 2001 Subaru Outback that we wanted to look at was clean and waiting for us when we got there. The test drive was great, and the information provided by Ben was very thorough. Chris and Jonathan both came by to introduce themselves and check in on us. Great touch. When it came down to “the deal”, the offer presented to us was actually better than I expected, as I was trading in a fairly low mileage vehicle. We were so excited not to have to worry about haggling and were just plain satisfied with the offer, which we accepted. Top to bottom from the first phone call, to driving our car off the lot, and even in the support after the sale, this was indeed, the best car buying experience that my wife and I have ever had, by far. I highly recommend Subaru of Gallatin, Chris, Jonathan, Ben, and all the team of professionals there. You’ve definitely made believers out of us!!

I had my first visit to the new Gallatin Subaru and these men and women are pretty incredible. My salesman Will Price was great and worked really hard to make sure I found the vehicle I liked. He was patient while I decided. Very personable, professional and friendly. I ended up in conversations with almost all of the staff while I waited for the business office to finish the deal and I felt like I had know them forever. It was like old friends meeting after a long time. Just a great welcoming and laid back atmosphere with a lot of great people.I’ve wanted a Crosstrek for about 5 years now but the dealerships were out of my way and I didn’t want to hassle with that for maintenance. I am a pretty tough customer at times when it gets down to the numbers, trade, etc. They were more than fair with my trade and worked out a deal we were both happy with, minus all of the BS that goes with most car sales. I love this car! It’s probably my favorite of any vehicle I have owned to date (I’m 42!). Drives like a cloud and the safety and security features are unmatched. Also got a great deal!If you are in the market for a new car, or maybe you just want a change, don’t hesitate visiting these guys! I couldn’t be happier with my decision.
