If this Store was closer to my home, Im sure Id give it a 5- star rating!I really like Batteries Plus ... so many cool toys & tools and, on the particular day I visited, an extremely knowledgeable, professional worker! Too many places I go, their employees are there to, seemingly, collect a paycheck. This particular gentleman knew his stuff and was more than happy to explain the whats and whys of the item I was purchasing.This business is more than a place to find batteries and bulbs. Think about it this way: if it takes a battery or uses a bulb, this is the best place to go, in my opinion. Yeah, they may be a LITTLE higher priced than other stores but their knowledge, customer service, and professionalism definitely makes up for it!

Had an iPhone XS Max battery replaced. Now battery health shows “service” and a message about the battery not being an Apple battery. So now I have no way of knowing how quickly the battery health degradation is.I brought this issue to the cashier and then to the “tech”. After he said this “sometimes happens on iPhones,” and not to worry, I brought up my concerns — I have no real way of quantifying how much the battery has degraded over the “6 month warranty period” and that part of the iOS functionality now does not work.I asked for my previous battery to be reinstalled, because at least then I knew what the battery health was.He refused and said the “labor had been done.”I pointed out an official Apple battery replacement at the Apple store in Green Hills is only $10 more and that I’d rather have that.Will never shop here or do business at this store again.

Always looking to get out of the warranty they sell. I always buy the best warranty just for this reason and now they are telling me that the $300 battery I bought less than a year ago is not a warranted replacement. This is bad business and the franchise owner, corporate and now you know about it. Go to mount Juliet Batteries Plus; they actually care and try to help.

Ive gone here several times, and each time the people have been very helpful. While smaller stores sometimes have very high prices, I have often been pleased with their prices here. I also appreciate that they have historically taken old batteries for recycling.

Ive never had a problem with this store. Friendly staff, and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Great place place for specific battery products and light bulbs. It is definitely worth a visit. They also offer replacement batteries for key fobs and replacement fobs for certain vehicles.

They broke my perfectly functioning camera when they replaced my screen. On top of that, there was a ‘ghost’ image of snapchat no matter where you went in the phone (that was NOT like that before)!! The touch sensitivity was also WAY messed up as it would type itself and/or not type when I would hit keys. It was an IPhone 6s Plus. Thankfully I was able to upgrade and get rid of that terrible phone. I WILL NEVER go there for any reason as they must have not taken the time and care necessary for the job.

Love this place. Got a new battery for my car remote. It died a year later. But I bought the life time battery. Went back in they replaced it at no charge. They also have garage door opener batteries.

Took my IPhone to see about having the screen replaced. While picking up my phone, I noticed the touch screen wasnt working. They apologized and stated that they would get it fixed. They absolutely did just that! Also spoke with Kathie by phone and she was very nice and helpful and apoligized again. They were very knowledgeable and polite about how they helped me. I recommend them for anything related to phone repair, ANY kind of battery, and ANY kind of bulb. It surprised me that they had exactly what I needed time and time again.

Please beware!!! I typically don’t shop at smaller stores for this specific reason. I bought a battery that didn’t work and I was told I could return it if it didn’t work but they lied and went back on their word. Called corporate and they said the same thing if you open the product you Cannot return it!!! At least honor your word. Won’t be back ever again.

!!!PLEASE READ !!!Have been getting my screen repaired here for about 2-3 years so I thought I could trust them, Kelby the manager repaired my screen and then tried and successfully sold me a screen protector product which I asked him to apply and he did, BUT what he failed to notice was the product was DEFECTIVE and never properly stuck to my phone. I wanted to return the product so I called and was told originally I could get a refund but only the manager could authorize it.Long story short my screen cracked again and now Im stuck with a defective screen protector and they wont give me my money back even though KELBY which is very condescending and rude saying the screen protector stuck fine for me or the receipt they gave me never stated products were none refundable, I asked to talk to the owner but coincidentally shes ill.I feel CHEATED and LIED to, but my friends over at UBREAKIFIX helped me a bunch and their rates are lower and the service is way better.

The staff was super helpful in helping me find a specialty battery for my flash light. They are very knowledgeable and had answers for all the questions I had. As I looked around the store after my purchase they told me all about the products that I showed an interest in. I also found out that they carry American made batteries for cars and mowers and atvs. I will go back there again.

They have an incredibly wide selection of batteries and chargers. I needed a charger for my Canon 6D and it was the only place in Gallatin that stocked one. If you need something quick this a great place to go, but there products are substantially more expensive than places like Amazon.

We went to the Batteries Plus store in Gallatin to have our Iphone 7 repaired. The screen required replacement and the proximity sensor was broken. The staff was friendly and got right to work on it. When we later learned that replacement proximity part was also not working, the guys order a second replacement part and installed it on a later date for only the cost of the part (no second labor charge). We plan to us them for any future repairs.

I have been multiple times, they know their batteries. Friendly and honest.
