Very pleasant experience! Very honest and friendly techs. Explained everything thoroughly and were very honest about what needed to be done and what could wait and costs. I took my girlfriends car here for some warranty work on her tires. It was Saturday afternoon. The service manager was on point. The customer waiting area was clean and comfortable. I was a little take back by an $11 dollar charge for tire disposal and a few other mineral charges. Just 4 weeks prior she spent just under $600 cash for 4 new tires. The right rear sidewall was damaged from day one. Being a former service manager for an electrical contractor I would not have charged the customer with the fee. Bottom line, I will for sure be back when I need tires or brakes.

Had an appointment i made for 11 a.m. I made the earliest appointment at 4 a.m. this morning its now 1 .p.m. my car is still sitting outside in the parking lot untouched I am still sitting here in the lobby I paid for 4 brand new tires and alignment should have taken maybe 45 min s just wondering why my car has yet to be touched

Had a nail in my tire. No appointment went in to have it fixed took about an hour and ended up needing a new tire. Staff was friendly.

This place is closed... had an appointment took week to get in after several attempts, did not notify customers in anyway... customer service was no help. Nor did customer service know why closed, had to look up make sure I telling the truth, offered no assistance.

Not to happy, I took my work truck in to have svc,& then the s store shut down & instead of leaving my work truck outside, they locked it in the bay, & no call or message yo me .... Ridiculous, understand they have sick workers, but they need to remember, I need my work truck to work...

These guys are very nice and respectful and on point! I came in needing my front passenger tire replaced (ran over some glass the night before) and they took care of the problem promptly and efficiently. The tire couldnt be repaired because it had already been plugged so the gentleman sold me a new tire at a very reasonable price... These are the guys I will be doing business with from now on.

I went to Firestone to get my back tires changed they changed my front tires then put them on the back then the bad two back tires they put on the front I would not recommend this place to anyone at any point in time.

I asked how much a service was and they quoted me the price. Then when after they looked at my car the price doubled. When I asked about it they explained it was that price per replacement. I left without anything being done. You cant do this to people. If something cost per item you have to say so. Never will come here again.

I arrived early to my appointment, and something unavoidable came up that forced me to have four Grandchildren with me ages 4-12!The staff was courteous and accommodating to us all. The work was done quickly and as far as I can tell was done perfectly! Car is driving better than ever! They have had my business for the better part of 14 years and I have no reason to stop!

Went in to get my front brakes done and opted for the $10 car look over and so glad I did. They found a few problems with my SUV including completely broken springs in the back! They were honest and helped me prioritize the list and even gave me estimated timelines for each problem so I could budget it out. And I ended up getting their credit card because it has 0% for 6 months so i could spread things out and not touch savings or have to squeeze the household budget. Great work and honest helpful people.

I had said I wouldn’t use this place again after they didn’t do all that I asked and didn’t reset my sensors. For convenience and going on vacation today I stopped in to have oil changed and they aren’t able to do. I will never use them again. I came to Goodyear and even though they are busy, they were great. They even dropped me at work so I didn’t have to walk across Nashville pike. 😊

Friendly staff, some more knowledgeable than others, but helpful none the less. Been here a few times now and have not been disappointed. Appreciate their timeliness and for not being in up sell mode or pushing unnecessary services.

I went to Firestone in Gallatin, TN on Friday January, 25th 2019 and just had to write a review about my experience. I will stick with facts only. I made an appointment two days prior for Friday at 9am for brakes and an oil change. I arrived a few minutes before 9 and the guy upfront took my keys and said we got it. At around 10:45 I walked outside just to get some fresh air and noticed that my car was up on a rack and no one was around it. I went back inside and asked what was going on. Without even looking at me, one of the front deck clerks told me that someone was in front of me. I was not informed of this when I came in. I dont want to make this to long. Long story short, I finally got my car back after 1pm. Thats right folks FOUR hours to change my oil and replace the front break pads. They also put my good tires that were up front, in the back without asking me if I wanted my tires rotated. I noticed the tires when I got home along with a leak. They spilled coolant and did not bother to clean it up or tell me about it. I will never go back for any reason!

These guys are liars and thieves. I took my truck there on 02/11/18 because it could not start. I had a glass in on my quarter panel of my truck. After picking it up a few days later they stole it. The manager tried to lie about it David Verde from there corporate office refuses to acknowledge the theft of my glass. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES!! They deserve a -900.

Visit went fine. Very friendly employees but my problem is one that only the dealer can fix. So that was not what I was expecting to hear.

This Firestone has some of the most trustworthy people Ive ever encountered in an automotive store. My tires were put on and balanced perfectly the alignment was done extremely well in the steering wheel is now straight

I wish I could give zero stars, or take stars away somehow. They tried to convince me my truck (2005 Nissan frontier) needed over $1,400 in repairs when I only asked for an oil change. After they changed the oil, my truck leaked so bad I took it to the dealership. While there I told them about Firestones concerns so they checked it all out and apparently nothing was actually wrong with the parts Firestone pinged.Firestone told me my wheel could fall off at any moment and there was nothing wrong.Was it because Im a 30 year old female or because they improperly train their new technicians? Ill never know but Ill never go there again.

The service they did to the car was good. However, my car is less than a year old and you would thing, listening to them, that it was on its last leg. They obviously get incentives for selling extra services. Ill just stick to going to the dealership.

This place took advantaged of my tire needing to be repaired at 3.30pm on Dec 24th knowing that I had to drive 8 hours to FL the next day and that I wouldnt be able to take it to a different tire shop for patching/plugging. Instead of just patching my tire at a cost of $21, they insisted on replacing all four tires costing me $421 ... which I could easily have put off another 2-3 months into the new year.Im not appreciative and I wont be returning to Firestone.

I would give this place minus stars if I could. I brought my truck in at 10:00 AM on Wednesday and they told me they would get back with me in 2 hours. I needed an oil change and my brakes looked at. I had not heard back from them at 3:30 that afternoon and the lady said that they were waiting on a bay to look at my brakes and would call me back later. Thursday morning at 10:00 AM I still had not heard back from them and I called and they said that they were checking the brakes and would call me back in 10 minutes. They did not call back, so 2 hours later I called them and somebody finally told me that it was going to be $1000.00 to fix the brakes. I have to have them fixed so I will pay for this but I will never use this business again. This is ridiculous.

Great Service and quick turnaround

They can not follow simple instructions, twice I ask them to put the spare tire back under the truck. That was to much for them, couldnt do it. When I ask why, the front man turned and said well let me see if I can find someone to do that. They had the truck 61/2 hours to fix a flat! They had it a half a day did half a job. And got paid full price.

It was a good experience. Had two vehicles serviced that day. The first one having an appointment was done in about an hour and a half. The second had no appointment and took them about 3 hours to complete service. My only complaint is with the store itself. The large front windows provide no shade or relief from the sun that bears down right onto you during your wait in the lobby. Would prefer some sun shades and better seating. The sun was harsh enough that nobody was sitting in their seating area; preferring to stand further into to store, out of the sun.

Very friendly fast service. Informed me of options and did not push anything I did not want. Got a set of tires installed and an alignment. They did a great job and corrected a bad alignment from another shop. Truck rides great.

Gives us the exact service to be done on their computer. Me and my brother went there to check the brakes. And they removed the tires and showed us how dangerous the disc was. So they did the disc brakes changed in 2 to 3 hours. Other service centers said they would have a delay 3 to 4 days. So the experience was good

Took my GMC pickup in for an alignment and they told me it was too heavy to align?! Shop that ended up doing said they have never heard of a truck being too heavy to align. I’m assuming they just didn’t want to do it.

Scheduled an 8am apt to have my break pads done. They had my car for 9+ hours! Was told it takes about an HR so i opted to drop my vehicle off. A few HRS past i called to check in and it hadnt been touched, some excuse they were behind.... Called a few HRS later and it still hadnt been touched! Finally got a call at 4 pm saying they had it taken apart and everything else looked good so they would replace the pads and be done soon. I waited 30 min to leave my house (was told the job totalled 45-60 min that should be plenty of time right) wrong! I sat in their lobby for another HR! why does a simple break job that i had an 8am apt for take 9+ hours! That is horrible. Ill drive to mt juliet for any firestone needs itll save me time

They try to work with you for specials and promotions. They do provide coffee and an adequate seating area. They always have seemed courteous.

Needed repairs, they fixed my brakes, gave me a veterans discount, were very fair and informative. Great service!

Terrible service. I made an appointment the day before for noon to simply swap out a tire on the rim that was already of the car. I went back so 5 and it was still sitting where I left it. Did not get it until the next day

Always used firestone for oil changes and other things,today I had to use valvoline to change oil because i called yesterday and I was told there are no appointments on Saturday its first come first serve.i get up early and get in there and Im told i needed an appointment or I could leave my vehicle and it would be this afternoon.not happy with the gallatin firestone,try to stay loyal to them but but valvoline done it faster.i believe I found a new oilchange place.

Tool 2hrs to get an oil change customers that came in after me left way before i did

Whet into Firestone in Gallatin because my car was over heating. I told them I think it might be the thermostat. I said I have to get to work give me a call and let me know. I got a call and they said it would be 217 plus tax to replace the thermostat. I didn’t have any other way to get it done so I said ok. After a picked it up and read the paperwork it said that the thermostat passed the test as per customer request the work was done. At no time in the phone call did they tell me that the thermostat passed the test and didn’t need to be replaced. So I am out of 247 dollars now showing 61 for the thermostat that you can get for 6.99 at auto zone and the rest went for labor and I still have the same problem with my car. In my opinion do not take you car to this place. Sent an e-mail to the customer service line and didn’t even get a response from them.

Been waiting 2 hrs just to change out a flat tire. Others came in after me nd was seen right away never will I come back .

They told my wife it would take 1 hour & 1/2 for her car so we scheduled an appointment time. She had our two young kids with her. Took 3 & 1/2 hours. She asked them why it took so long & they said, it just takes that long for your repair. When she said I called, made an appointment & you said it would be an hour & 1/2 for the maintenance. They responded, well its done now.I dont appreciate a company that does not treat women well. We will never go back. Ever.

Complete ripoff!!!! Consumers beware!!!! Been here 2 times with 2 separate cars for an alignment, both visits was told my car need very expensive repairs, and both times I had repairs done at less than half the estimated cost from this place. First time was my Subaru legacy, said ball joints were bad and I needed 2 complete lower control arms, there price ( over 800 dollars parts and labor ) on that part was almost double what I found them for online, ( online price 200 each lower control arm ) when I asked about labor to install the online lower control arms they had some BS story about only using there approved parts yada yada yada, then I found you can just buy the ball joint itself for 26 to 52 dollars each depending on brand. Then I took my Toyota in for an alignment ( I didnt learn my lesson on the Subaru ) and similar BS. I needed tie rod ends and a wheel bearing, labor and parts was 560 dollars. So I got 2 outer tie rod ends at 40% what theres cost, and a wheel bearing for 30% what they said it coated from oreillys, then what the hay got 2 inner tie rod ends as well. Called a shop Im familiar with in franklin ky. Who are good honest mechanics ( Simpson county tire if you want to know ) that actually charge how long the job takes, in this case 2 hours at 70 dollars an hour. So in this instance my repair was less than 250 dollars parts and labor vs 560+ at firestone and I had extra work done ( inner tie rod which wasnt included in this estimate ). Had I just done what they estimated total cost would have been less than 200 ( both inner tie rods parts alone was 46 dollars ). Twice this place tried to rob me, and once they did ( Toyota had to be realigned after its repairs and I guess I wasted 90 + dollars here for nothing on its alignment ), better to get more opinions than just theres
