I have been storing here for 9 years since the old company Gaithersburg Store House and since Security Public Storage took over; this Facility has been transformed to be one of the best Places to store in Gaithersburg.

My Storage experience here was a phenomenal one at this location. I would highly recommend storing here.

And we’re very happy we were!The manager installed our hitch and explained how easy the process was which eased our nerves since it was our first time renting a U-Haul trailer.Highly recommended

Security Public Storage is amazing and so helpful. I had made a reservation through Uhaul for a trailer 6 weeks in advance and the day I was supposed to pick it up and drive across the country they told me they didnt have the trailer. I panicked and called as many Uhaul dealers as I could. No one had any but when I called SPS a gentleman named Sal answered the phone and stayed on the phone with me until he found me a location with the trailer that I needed. He made the reservation for me and got them to honor my original pricing. He was the only person I talked to that took the time to help me find what I needed. He was very professional and extremely friendly. I would absolutely recommend Security Public Storage.

I have all of my belongings at this facility Security Public Storage. I have been with them for almost 1 years already and they have been so much help. Im not only happy about how clean the property manager keeps it but he is also kind with answering any questions. The staff at this location are courteous and display great customer service. The grounds are always clean and I have no problems with pest. The hours of operation are convenient along with the convince of having truck rental on the premises.

Sau and Sarah are very nice people. From the first day we started they have always been very pleasant. This is a very secure facility with many cameras monitoring the entire area. The parking area is well maintained.No complaints here.

Sarah and Sau are great. Ive seen a tremendous amount of improvements over the last 2 years since theyve taken over! They have a new camera system, alarm system for every door on the property which ensures my belongings are safe! They are even repairing and making their hallway floors look great!

Sarah and the husband are such a wonderful couple. They make you feel like family. She takes time to explain everything to the customer. The storage is clean and good for the prices they offer. I had planned to store my stuff just for a month because i wasnt sure of what i was going to see, but to tell the truth i changed my mind and opted for three months.

The manager and personnel were great! They helped me with all my moving needs (storage and U-haul truck). I can’t give 6 starts otherwise will do it!

This place has the most friendly staff I have ever worked with in the storage business. The entire building is kept extremely clean. They also have the most commonalty used moving supplies and storage unit locks onsite so this is also very convenient. Workers are very friend. Space for storage is plenty depending on what you are looking for. Security as been updated. I like that if your alarm is set off they go and check the unit to make sure the individual is the owner of the unit. They are open everyday on specific reasonable hours.

The new management has superb customer service skills! I had recently rented a space and my moving in of my stuff was handled with utmost care! My contract paperwork was handled and done within timely manner.They would even arrange to send an email to remind me when my due date would be up.Thank you for that service, especially, I often go travelling to different states for business.

Excellent service from these owners. They were friendly, nice, and came out to the truck (in the freezing cold) to sweep it clean and make sure everything was good to go. Having read reviews of other U-Haul outlets, I was expecting the worst, but we were very pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended!

Im a veteran and my military items where in storage while I was TDY, needless to say I fell behind thinking that my unit was going to take care of it for me as they said. I was at the point of auction and the company worked hard for me to give me a chance to pay up. They were amazingly pleasant and understanding to my situation. The customer service is outstanding and many companies should take heed. I would recommend them to everyone. They are like a family constantly calling and checking up on me to make sure things were going to work out and giving other ideas as well. I would stop by just to say hello even when eventually would move my items out. Amazing experience!!! Crazy that I can say that when my situation was a bad one. This review is for the month of nov/dec 2019. the location is ideal for me as I currently live near by. the service is good as I have only used it once since I moved in. I do plan on using it again to sort through my things and I dont think I will have a problem. only wish it was climate controlled. otherwise no complaints at this time dec 2 2019

My husband and I rented a storage unit while we were in the process of trying to sell our home. We had to find a convenient location that allowed us the ability to upgrade in size if needed. We were so happy with our experience at Security Public Storage! The owners were so friendly and helpful! After having a unit for a month we quickly outgrew it and the owners were so helpful letting us upgrade to a higher unit size. They even helped us move our things!We ultimately had to take our home off of the market and move out all of our things. The owners provided a uhaul and again helped us move our items onto the uhaul. These people truly go above and beyond for their customers. I was so amazed at their kindness and would highly recommend them and their business to everyone. You will not find harder working or kinder people then at Security Public Storage!
