I had problems with the personnel there when they serviced my F250 months ago. Nobody even knew my truck was there when I asked for an update. I’m going through the same problem now. I made an appointment for my 92 Bronco; dropped it off this morning- and no call from them. Poor service. I will update tomorrow when I hear back from them.

You know how most dealerships oversell you on things you dont need? These guys are the opposite; its like pulling teeth trying to get anything more than an oil change.

What a great team they have at the Truck Center. Ron and Dave always greet you like family when you arrive and handle all my trucks needs. Their honesty about cost and timing is great. Hope I only go back for oil changes and regular maintenance, but trust them with my vehicle for any repair.

I recently purchased a 2016 F150 that I wanted to have some after market changes added. I spoke to Ron who was very professional, knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted done and made some recommendations on the items. He was extremely customer focused when I dropped off my truck making sure all of my questions were answered. Ron, ensured everything was done right the first time. The result was a truck that exceeded my expectations for how it looked and drives. I will definitely use him in the future and refer others to the Sheehy Truck Center as well.

Sheehy Ford is been a horrible customer experience for me (even on a second chance)-They never call me for update.(called twice nobody knows nothing, they said “we’ll call you in half an hour” never call me.-Finally someone trying to help but they haven’t touched since 9 days ago!-fist experience in short “took them 29 days to complete it”I’m not looking for apologies just want my vehicle back!Hope it may help someone, good lock!

This place is absolutely top notch and the only place that I will take my truck to for service. Very friendly and knowledgeable and very fair with pricing. Came in at 4:30 today as they were winding down and needed an oil change, had no appointment they still quickly accommodated me and got me in and out very quickly. I highly recommend them and will definitely continue bringing my business to sheehy truck center.

The transmission blew on our RV on vacation and we were towed here. The workers here were friendly and knowledgeable. The transmission wouldnt be here until Monday, so we needed to plug in our RV for the fridge, the A/C and power. The adapter we had was melted, so one of the staff told us to go to Walmart to get another one. Well, we couldnt find one there, but he went to Walmart and purchased one with his own money and would not take anything for it. The service here was great!

My husband went in for a miner fix and now he has a brand new F-350 all Tricked Out - He says the guys at The Truck Center love what they do- That guy Ron is the face and Brian and Tyler make magic happen with those trucks- The best thing is they really look like they enjoy their work!It really shows!!!!!!!!! Since purchasing my 2016 F250 6.7 Powerstoke there is only one place I trust to work on my truck... Sheehy truck center!The management and staff is top notch and very informative. I have installed rough country 4.5 lift kit, led off road lights, new Fuel wheels and fuel 35x12.5 20 tires, new bilstien 5160 shocks. The diesel technicians are top notch and very knowledgeable! Service is a easy process. Definitely a 5 star service center! You wont be disappointed!

This dealership was AMAZING! I recently had some warranty work done in Taneytown. It was done incorrectly and that dealership was very unhelpful and unaccommodating. I will for now on be driving 2 hours to have all my work done at this dealership! They got me on the schedule the next day due to my issues, were extremely accommodating and VERY honest and informative. If you have any work to get done DO NOT SECOUND GUESS CONTACTING THIS SHOP! Thank You greatly guys for all your help! I have also contacted ford to give them a great review as well!

The employees at two dealerships Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg & Richmond are both the worst the dealerships and listening to CHAD RITENOUR out right lie about his dealing with the vehicle and the GM who wasnt at work or so they say considering two people watch this guy leaving not to mention the three calls left on his voicemail that was ignored and here it is Monday and we still havent heard anything from him since he is the decision maker for the Richmond dealership. Dave took my panicked call on a mid Saturday morning when my 350 diesel decided to go into limp mode while towing my 17000 pound 5th wheel to VA Beach! After getting safely to Little Bennett State Park Campground, I safely made it to Dave service center. He quickly set about to get a tech, Luke, to run diagnostics. Luke immediately identified the fan plug was not attached and fixed it. He even followed up by rerunning the diagnostics to be certain there were no other issues.Note: two days earlier I had the EGR valve and coolers replaced at Hoffman Ford, and it appears there was a small oversight of the fan plug. The tech was trying to rush, knowing that I had to get the truck to start a 2 week vacation.Bottom line - great customer service and all is well that ends well

Its currently 95 degree weather outside and I needed to buy a fan (from the toys r us) for the back seat for my 8 month old. The fan needed a screw driver and of course I dont carry one around with me so I thought I would try the mechanics next door. I didnt expect them to help me because I wasnt a customer but they definitely went above and beyond to help me with this tiny tiny phillips nail. So thanks to the two gentlemen that helped this mom on a hot summer day! Didnt catch their names but I promised a review for their great customer service. Thanks yall!

These guys know diesel trucks and did a great job getting me back on the road.

The staff is like a possessed two screws twist 3 hours. this process make only 15 min. 120$ . Crazy service. Not recommend!!!!!!!. In CT this some job 20 min and 50$. Never again . Steer clear of this place.
