I live in VA and work in MD. My tire pressure was low and the air pump at the local gas station wasnt working. I called these guys and they said, come on in, saw me right away and fixed that tire plus put air in the other 3 tires. They were great. Parking is tight at their place but they really impressed me.

Trusting a mechanic is not easy given my terrible experiences in the past. However, Paul is outgoing, honest, friendly, professional and reasonable with pricing. I walked in with a stuck O2 sensor and Paul stopped what he was doing and spent a ton of time trying to get it out. It took several tries with a few different methods but he got it free and then had to retap the threads on the manifold. He did everything with a great attitude, was very friendly, and was more than fair with the cost. Found my mechanic for those jobs I cant take on in my garage.

Where do I start...theres not enough I can say that will do justice to the level of professionalism and customer service that Paul and Method Automotive has shown us. We brought in a Toyota Prius that wasnt starting and they painstakingly spent the time and the effort to find out what the problem was. Upon successfully locating the issue, they looked up the VIN and immediately got back to us to tell us it was under warranty and we should have it taken to a Toyota dealership where everything will be covered, even offering to get us the issue number so the Toyota guys could cross-reference. And do you know how much they insisted on charging us for all that work? 0! It was free! We brought the car to the dealership and confirmed that Pauls diagnosis of the problem was spot on and everything was covered under warranty.

Paul and his team are great! I initially found him on a groupon almost three years ago and have been going ever since. They are very professional and informative about your vehicle and any issues they discover.

Both myself and my family have taken our cars to Method Automotive for repair. We have always been pleased with the attention to detail our cars have received and the customer service Paul and his team has provided. The pricing is fair and the work is honest. They have even repaired my car after another shop replaced a part incorrectly (that could have lead to my car catching fire). I would definitely recommend taking your car to Method Automotive.

Amazing shop. This will be the ONLY place I take my cars to from now on. Paul took care of my car after discovering major motor issues caused by a previous shop. He resolved all of this and more then had me back on the road in no time with very fair prices. I will be referring all of my friends and family to this shop.

Had custom LED running lights installed on my car. Car was not ready when promised. Lights were installed incorrectly and didnt work properly. Took the car back and he said it needed a particular part that he was going to order and install. He never returned my call with the available part or offered to fix after that day. I took somewhere else to fix and it was a matter of changing one wire that was incorrect and everything worked perfectly, the part wasnt even needed.

I also used a Groupon and was so pleased with the professionalism, service, and knowledge. He is not in the business to rip you off. So nice to see this with a great mechanic. Have been ripped off before because of people thinking women dont know anything about cars. I will be back, and happy to have found a trusted mechanic !!

Paul is knowledgeable and ethical, it is hard to find an honest mechanic and that is exactly what he is. He always makes sure the job is done right and is easy to communicate with. I had several issues with my 2007 BMW 530xi, he not only fixed them for a fair price (I called around and did price comparisons with other shops), but he also advised me on how best to care for my car to extend its life and reduce wear and tear. I highly recommend him as a mechanic.

Great service! Reasonable Price! We had gone to a few different body shops before in this area and they would always try to oversell something that we do not really need. We have used this body shop a couple times and this is by far the best body shop we have used.The owner Paul is very friendly and professional and he would always give you a honest assessment of what needs to be done. And we were constantly informed of our vehicles progress. WE WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS.
