Id suggest everyone stay away from this stealership. If it is your last resort.... Buy a bicycle.I went in for a new Ram Limited. I wanted it in white, and all they had was black. I asked when they were receiving more inventory and it was like pulling teeth, the sales person or manager would have to call me later. I was asked to fill out a credit app to get the special Ram financing deals, so I did.That was the biggest mistake I have ever made. They came back with an absurd rate, I know my score people... I told them I would just go with my credit union (Navy Fed) @ 5 points lower than what Criswell offered.I decided to go with another dealer (Stafford Ram) and had an extremely nice experience, how it SHOULD of been.
