Went to repair a broken passenger window, Job was done right and very neatly! It was way more affordable than Safelite. After picking up my vehicle, the car mat area was dusty, went back to request some wipes to clean it myself but they sent their guy to clean it for me. I think the staff from the front desk could be a bit warmer/friendlier but i understand that they dont owe me anything. would go again but next time i will keep my expectations low.*****update******Got a follow up call which will definitely makes the experience better for next customers! ,My collision coordinator was Eric Alfaro. He took his time, he was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The work order was written up properly. My experience went quite nicely. The work was done in a timely fashion, they kept in contact with me and they did a fantastic job. They also took care of the car and fixed other areas as well. It was returned in excellent condition. When I picked it up, all details were handled properly, there was no hassle. The deductions were applied to my deductible as promised. I will certainly recommend this place to others. Eric Alfaro deserves a citation.

Take my car for bodywork when I got my car back dust was all over interior they try to clean it twice they couldn’t get all dust out of interior when I speak with manager he was very rude And they didn’t do anything about it they also damage floormat

They fixed front of my car that was smashed in a car accident. The body shop repair was beautifully done. I couldn’t believe that was my car when I picked it up. They were concerned to use the best material. They waxed and vacuumed the car. The repair was done in a timely manner. I was extremely satisfied with the work. I highly recommend this shop.

I had body work (side rear bumper damage) and roof racks placed on my Toyota Highlander in the Fall of 2020 at the Fitzgerald Collision Center in Gaithersburg, MD. Gary and his team were very professional and did a beautiful job with both the body work and the roof racks. I was extremely happy with my experience at Fitzgerald Collision Center. I brought my car in for repairs,and it was ready earlier than I anticipated. When I went to get into my car, I was delighted to find that they had washed it, as well as cleaning the inside! And there were 2 new stainless steel water bottles in the cup holder! What a lovely surprise! This business goes out of its way to please, which is rare these days. They rate 5 stars plus!

Fitzgerald Collision Center managed by Gary Huss is the only place I would ever bring my car for body work. Gary and his team do beautiful work, are reasonably priced and are great to deal with. Could not have been happier with the repair work done and they even washed and detailed the inside and outside of my car! My back seats were in rough shape thanks to many many toddler spills but somehow they managed to get all the stains out. Would absolutely recommend.

Bad luck got our Subaru rear-ended, but the mishap brought us the good luck that comes with working with Eric and the Collision Center. Eric took the time to listen and understand we needed to get our daughter back to college with her car. He gave our Subaru special and fast attention it Subaru back to us in 4 days... back in shape, shiney, and clean. Excellent customer service... if we get in a jam again, were coming back to Fitzgerald.

On our way home from a wonderful day at Hershey Park, a deer decided to change the course of our journey home. My brand new - 6 week old Subaru Outback was towed to the nearest location of the accident, 1 1/2 hours from home. The next morning when I was trying to figure out how to get the car to the Fitzgerald Collision center, Andrew was on the other side of that phone call and from that moment on, he made this most trying event go as smoothly as can be expected, always willing to talk with me and keep me informed. He was able to help me locate a tow service that would get the car back to Gaithersburg where I wouldnt have to refinance my house to do it. He looked out for us and kept the process moving forward to its final completion even when he had to deal with a recall that could have delayed the repairs getting started by as much as a week.Thanks, Andrew for making this as pleasant a process as can be when youre without your brand new car for 6 weeks; just realized thats as long as I owned the car before the accident!!

I was in a car accident 8/12/19 and I had my car taken to Fitzgerald Collision Center in Gaithersburg Maryland. They were so professional. Explained all the steps that need to be taken in the repair and kept in contact with me. I highly recommend them if you need to get body work done on your car for they are excellent at what they do.

Mr Willis, great service and fast communication. They handled my insurance well and were very accommodating to anything I asked of them. I would absolutely recommend them for all your needs.

I was very please with the service and the work that was done on my vehicle.

They repaired my car (after it was damaged hit while parked, no one was hurt).The repair itself looked fine. They get only three stars because there wasnt free coffee (it cost I think 50 or 75 cents) and when the car was ready I had to ask for someone to go outside and look at the car with me to review the repairs. Its the small, little things that go from good to great customer service. Again though, the repair looked fine.

Be aware of VIOLENT Drew and his erratic temper. This place is not safe.This was by far the worst experience. I was sent to this Collision Center by my Insurance. When I first got there I was waiting for someone to help me the gentlemans name is Drew he was notified that I was waiting for him yet he took his time conversing and laughing with his co-worker for 10 minutes completely ignoring me and letting me wait there while he continues to exchange stories with his coworker.He then came outside in a very bad mood and a rude tone and started to deny any of my concerns regarding the accident. Because of the impact of the accident I had other concerns for my vehicle but he continuously rejected them all and stated hes not going to address any of it. He continue to belittle me and discount everything I was telling him by telling me that I just got the car and it has nothing to do with the accident and its my fault because I bought a crappy car. He was mocking me and making fun of my vehicle right in front of my face outside.Then he brought me inside and told me to wait another 15 to 20 minutes. He kept going in the back and coming forward and at one point he was sending out an email to my insurance of his findings. I approached him and I asked if he could copy me on that email since he was my vehicle, he then quickly became very angry and turned red and he told me to get out of the store and he wants me to leave and go somewhere else. He was violent and didnt want to help me nor was he able to explain anything to me about what he was doing and why he was doing. He then raised his voice and told me you can not tell me how to do my job when I was just asking him a simple question. He told me again to get out and go somewhere else. Never have I felt not safe in a establishment.His name is Drew he was so extremely Unprofessional and quite trashy. Hes also a big liar, he told me theres no other manager and that he is the only manager which I later found out to be false and misleading. Theres a Manger just not working that day.Bottom line is if you want to get your car fixed and repaired please do NOT take it to these people as they will not only communicate properly but it will also kick you out if they dont agree or dont like anything that you have to say. I was not rude I didnt curse I didnt say anything bad to him and he ended up being a real jerk.

Terrible customer service. My dealer recommended me this place but they are not welcoming at all. They don’t explain to you anything and when I picked up my car I had to tell them something wasn’t working. I’m glad I checked before leaving the shop.

Excellent auto buying experience. Bobby was easy to contact, friendly and easy-going once we got there--we were able to look at the car at our leisure and take it for a test drive alone. The price was very good, and on top of that we were offered a warranty to support Montrose Motors confidence in their work and sales.There were no games, every interaction was straight forward. I regret the weeks I spent at larger dealerships with salesmen who made me hate the idea of buying a car. Montrose made it a great experience, largely because they were friendly, honest to deal with and although they were selling cars, they werent trying to make a sale. From my point, the sale was made by having a good product and being willing to stand 100% behind it.

They took a look at a used car I was interested in buying. This was on short notice, too. Every repair they found was legit, this helped me negotiate a lower price on the car and afford the repairs.Ive shopped around and found a mechanic closer to me, but the prices they quoted were reasonable. Most of their business is from insured repairs, they seem independent from the dealerships nearby.

Car came back clean clean clean. Even managed to get the coins which fused together in the drink holder cups out and sandwich bagged. Fantastic service.

Kirt is a fantastic associate. I had the unfortunate experience of getting into an accident and smashing the front-end of my car, and was worried about the time and cost of the repairs to my vehicle. However, Kirt was an excellent contact and took care of everything, from speaking to my insurance company to overseeing the extent of the repairs. He also consistently reached out to me to make sure I was aware of the status of everything. My vehicle was returned very quickly and was cleaner than it had been in years. Overall I am very happy with the personalized and expedited experience, and am grateful to Kirt and the rest of the team.

Have to say, first I picked up this bodyshop, because it is toyato certified. and when the associate was checking the damage of my car, she was very knowledge, and then the insurance would cover less for the repair and the shop was fighting for my benefit to get better coverage. All were good at the beginning.Then, when I was picking my car back, found that they could not smooth the paint after repaint my car to the pre-collision status, even tried hard, since I tried to pick my car three times, and eventually gave up.when getting my car back, my MPH was 30-33, and before I dropped my car in their place, my MPH was about 40, (which is the reason I bought this car, therefore I pay very close attention to it all the time). Total mileage is more or less the same. I thought it was because they have been driving slowly in the shop while fixing my car. But after driving for a month, the MPH stay 33MPH. There is something not right. Possible reasons for decreased MPH are couple, what could cause sudden drop could be (1) my car was driven intensively while it was in the bodyshop, and the odometer got rolled back to show less mileage, but MPH will be averaged out and became less (2) the engine was swapped, since my car is 2019 version, brand new. now an old engine is the the place. This is worse.I will further investigate my MPH issue.Here I would like to give everyone an alert. Be cautious.

Went at 5pm to pick up touch up paint. Accidentally locked my keys on the car. I mentioned it to a guy in the service department. Within 10 min I had my touch up paint and my keys in hand on my way home. Very impressive!
