My family recommended Airpark Auto Pros, they take both of their older cars here for maintenance and service. I was impressed from the beginning - they are so professional and customer focused - the lobby is a great place to wait if needed. The thorough inspection with photos and degree of importance brought issues to my attention that I didnt even know were beginning to be a problem. I loved that I could choose via text what I wanted done! There was no pressure and I was able to do some research and financial planning to decide what repairs I wanted done, and when. I feel confident that this will be where I bring all of my cars from now on!

I brought my vehicle in for fluid replacements (coolant, brake, power steering, and automatic transmission). I arrived at the appointed time and the staff began work right away while I waited in their very clean and comfortable waiting room. When the maintenance was completed I received a detailed description of the work performed. The cost was much less than what a dealer would have charged for the same service. Overall, I found the staff to be friendly, professional, and informative. They didn’t try to up-sell me on additional services that I really didn’t need but they did inform me of a couple of potential issues to keep an eye on. Overall, I was extremely pleased with how I was treated as a customer and the services provided. I have since returned for similar work on another vehicle and was equally satisfied.

Friendly and fast service! I used Groupon voucher for an oil change. There was no additional fee on-site, and voucher covered it all. The technician inspected my vehicle and took pictures with all the findings. I would definitely return for future services and needs. They also have a comfort waiting area with big screen TV.

Airport Autos pros is a pleasant place to have your car serviced at. This is my first visit there and I drove 1 hour just to come see what the fuss it was all about in their reviews. The gentleman welcoming you is nice and talks with great details and knowledge. The space is clean for the guest and you can see from pictures. Prices are good and you can get even better deals with their Groupon. I intend to use any of these to get my car 8n good shape by the way. Their motto is fast, friendly, exceptionally honest : so far i have seen friendly, honest, waiting to see the speed.. ;) I have to admit, they got me in an hour early for synthetic oil and full rear brake service for my Acura so no complain here. They didnt try to sell me extras as some mechanics always do, they advise me instead for future possible services which were fair. Will come back for sure, Groupon or not ..but Groupon deals are great 👍.

I have used Airpark Auto Pros for both of my vehicles and have been very happy with all of the repairs. They provide an awesome inspection report and all is done via SMS and email so there is a accurate record of all services performed. I recommend them highly.

I contacted Airpark Auto Pros based on a number of positive reviews on my neighborhoods NextDoor site. I am very happy that I did! I had been having repeated dead battery situations (due to purchasing a cheap battery from AAA - dont do it), and my air conditioning and radio had both stopped working. Airpark Auto Pros determined the underlying issue for both and also did a full diagnostic and found a couple of other items for my vehicle that needed attention. They made all the needed repairs, all interactions with them were professional and friendly and their prices were reasonable. Im happy to have a new trusted service team for my Acura TL!!

Airpark Auto Pros did a fantastic job with my vehicle. I loved that they did an overall vehicle inspection and then sent me pictures and descriptions of what they noticed on the car. They also discussed with me what was most pressing and what could possibly wait for a bit. They provide a very detailed estimate, again with pictures and descriptions and send it to you to approve over text or email. I was able to easily share this with my partner, discuss next steps and make an informed decision. They were trustworthy, detailed and professional. And of course very clean. They wipe down the car after all work is done with disinfectant to ensure our safety. We have found our new shop for all car repairs.

Honest is a very accurate description. No games or shady practices when it came to the invoice for brake job. Very easy to deal with and they email you the receipt and inspection result. I will definitely use them again.

What an amazing experience and professionalism! Came in for oil change and check light for brakes. They did an entire vehicle inspection and came back and told me it was just a broken sensor and fixed it within the same hour. Unlike some other place I went to that tried to rip me off and said they would have to replace my brake pads and my rotors.I appreciate the honesty and professionalism once again and will definitely be heading back for any future service needed.Thank you to the whole team!!!

Airpark Auto Pros did a great job repairing my car. I had a bad inside water leak -- and electronics damage -- due to a convertible roof leak, requiring new seals, replacement of some electronics, various other repairs, and new carpet. Airpark worked with my insurance company seamlessly, ordered and installed new carpet, did all the repairs, and even had the car detailed! I just got it back, and my 2014 car looks like a NEW car inside and is running perfectly!Nelson, Johnny and the crew at Airpark are friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and a nice place to wait, prices reasonable!Highly recommended!

Went in once for an oil change. Everything was great. Went in soon after for a transmission flush and it seemed like everything was fine until an oily smell started coming through my car vents. Went to a Honda dealership that told me they forgot to put the cap back on and that I needed a new transmission flush. I was livid. Reached out to the owner and he was very apologetic and offered me a free oil change to earn my trust back (Never got a refund because it was through Groupon and apparently Groupon doesnt give reimbursements after they have been redeemed). A few months passed and I decided to reach back out and see if the free oil change was still available. After being assured that it was I went back in and got my oil changed free of charge. On the ride home I noticed a loud scraping sound coming from the bottom of my car. I pulled over thinking I just may have ran something over and it got caught on the bottom of the car. Got back on the interstate and the issue persisted so I found the nearest auto repair shop to see what was wrong. A kind man at the front desk came to look under my car real quick and said my lower engine cover had been damaged and was scraping against another part in the wind. Unbelievable! Dont understand how they have good ratings. 2 HORRIBLE experiences in a row and the owner just asked for me to give them a 5-star reviews on all their platforms. They should be sued!!

I originally went to Airpark Auto Pros (AAP) for a synthetic oil change. When I called and came in for my appointment, the staff member was very professional and friendly. The reception area has ample seating to maintain that distancing we must do and their was a much needed phone charging station I used. They had multiple bays and were busy, but it was not chaotic, as when you see other service shops.The attendant came to me and asked if I noticed my car not starting and he said it was a simple fix related to the new battery I had gotten done and he fixed it. Because it was a simple adjustment that wasnt done by the person who changed my battery, he offered to do it and was no extra charge. I offered, but he said not needed.I heard him interact with another client and they remained professional and friendly. Definitely going back.

They are very detailed in their explanations, and make sure that I understand all the problems found, what the repair entails and what it means if I opt to wait another few months. So, I actually went to Airpark Auto Pros twice in one week. I got my brakes done and got the brake system flushed. It was a great experience. They sent text reminders for the appointment, sent me a text when the vehicle was finished, and sent a link to a diagnostic picture of the health of my vehicle. The staff was very friendly and professional . They followed all CDC social distancing guidelines and kept things as contact free as possible. They got me in on time and the vehicle was serviced promptly and quickly. I would definitely consider them again if I need work done on my vehicle.

By far one of the best honest experiences I’ve had with mechanics.Took my 2008 Honda Accord for a job that was estimated to cost 2x more at the dealership than what I was quoted by Auto Pros. Used their touch-less drop-off feature (very convenient) and after they inspected the car, they found the problem not to be an actual needed fix. This was great because they actually saved me money and time.I was able to get other much needed fixes done and still be below the estimated repair cost I was getting charged at the dealership.They were very honest with what needed to be fixed now and what could wait. This was great because I didn’t really have all the money to repair everything on the car. Also, they were very knowledgeable and patient explaining all the car needed.At the beginning, their communication wasn’t what I expected, but they were able to turn it back around by keeping me informed after I called a couple of times. But this was understandable as I’m sure the business had to cut back employees’ hours because of COVID.Overall, I’m very satisfied with the results and will be going back and letting people know of their great service and unbeatable prices.Great work Airpark Auto Pros! 👏

My experience was terrific! I had already read the raving reviews so I was looking forward to it, but it exceeded my expectations. Its never a fun process to get work done on your car, but if a company can make it palatable and a comfortable experience, then they have mastered it. They have a waiting room with comfortable couches and a TV with many channels like at your own home: Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. I was able to complete some work in their internet cafe which they provide two computers. The do provide coffe/tea and a fridge of beverages. Im focusing on the environment, but the personal service was phenomenal Johnny was very detailed and took his time to let me know what was being done and what would be coming down the line. You also get to watch your car being serviced on from the waiting room. That was a cool experience. They earned a customer for life! Fully recommend!
