I had been looking online for an interior door panel for my 23 year old Buick for over a year. No one else ever responded to my part search, or took me seriously. These guys CALLED MY PHONE within about 10 minutes of my part search, with prices and availability. They even Emailed pictures of the door panels they had available in my rare color! I am very pleased with their services and parts, and will, without hesitation, contact them for my future needs. Good Job Guys!
DO NOT do business with this company.. They lie to you! I ordered a part and was told I would receive the part in 4-5 business days.. After 8 days, I called the company since I had not received the part. I called and was told the part was being shipped that day. Only after receiving assurances that I would receive phone confirmation and tracking information that day, I decided to let them ship the part. After 5 days with no confirmation or tracking number, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I ordered the part from another company after filing the dispute. I received the part from the second company in 4 days and put the part on my car. I received the part through Ola after receiving the part from EBay.I have left four voice messages and have sent a detailed email message trying to get authorization to return the part. The part through Ola came from a company in Texas so I have no idea where to return the part.THESE PEOPLE DONT UNDERSTAND THE VALUE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH HONESTY AND INTEGRITY. I have attempted to deal with them in a professional and kind manner. The bottom line is that they have my money and will not respond to me.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! My husband ordered a part from here in early Feb. Had to travel 40 miles to pick it up because they printed the wrong address. Found it was entirely the wrong item and sent it back, and havent received a refund after 1 month, 4 phone calls, and 3 promises that the refund was being made within 3-5 business days. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!
Dont order with OLA AUTO PARTS. They sent me a defective part and then refuse to answer my calls for a refund or replacement.I already reported them to the FTC. Dont make the same mistake I did.
Ordered my product on Tuesday, July 11th. They did not send it out (according the the invoice) until Thursday, July 13th. They guaranteed that the product would be at my house by Friday, July 14th. They have not answered any of my calls or emails. This company is ridiculous. No one should ever buy from them because they do not send your part in a timely manner and do not have good customer support. Horrible company. Horrible people. Should be shut down.I just called them today (Monday, July 17th),this Indian man who didnt speak great English answered the phone, put me on hold for 10 minutes, and then told me they NEVER ORDERED THE PART. He kept trying to explain to me why they didnt, but I am so furious at this company. He gave me some BS reason that the reason they didnt order it is because they couldnt get in contact with their supplier???? Tomorrow will be a week since I ordered it and they havent even put in the order yet. I told them to cancel it and refund my money. They will be getting a call from me soon if I dont get my money back. This company is awful. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM. It is a waste of time and money. I still agree with my previous statement: they should be shut down.
Promised pictures of 2 different door panels after I paid to decide on color and have not heard from them 28 hours later, after many tries they finally called me saying that parts were cracking and would return my money 3 days later still havnt accredited my account
