We really like this place. Very friendly staff with good variety of sunglasses. I do recommend checking them for your next pair of sun/eyeglasses.

The sales lady was very nice very professional I asked her for oakleys sunglasses and she directed me to the best Oakley sunglasses I ever seen I bought one pair and got a discount on another pair of Oakley sunglasses Im ready for summer now

Great Customer Service, my son was able to find what he wanted because the sales rep listened to what he liked and she was able to make suggestions.

Barely made it 2 steps inside story and was refused service for no reason at all and was treated rudely 4-9-21

Was unable to shop. The store wasnt opened during advertised times. The mall opens at 11 and Google says Sunglass Hut opens at 11 as well. I waited until 11:30 then had to leave. Very disappointed. I was really looking forward to purchasing a good quality set of sunglasses.

I HIGHLY recommend the Sunglass Hut located in Macys at the mall. The manager, Danny, provided excellent customer service and answered my many questions while I selected a very specific pair of Ray Bans. A few weeks later, the glasses developed some wrinkling of the polarization around the edges from heat (a factory defect). Danny took the time to find me another pair from a different store across the state, had them shipped here, and exchanged them for free. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally with great communication -- 5 stars. :)

Michelle at the Sunglass Hut in Gainesville mall is wonderful. Michelle took the time to help me find the lenses and the frame I was looking for and resized my new glasses multiple times until they fit perfectly. While they did not have the exact pair I was looking for (not her fault) she gave me an additional free Rayban case to ease the pain.
