Super cute boutique with art by local artists as well as thrift items. Their displays change frequently, which means every shopping experience is fun and unique! Definitely worth checking out, especially if you want to support local businesses and artists.

Visiting Gainesville and happen to drive by this shop. I am SO glad I stopped in! This place is adorable. The perfect amount of quirky. I felt excited, inspired, and at home all in one. My most favorite spot by far in exploring Gainesville. The vegan food truck and coffee shop yards away....just the perfect place!

Visited Auk Market on a recent road trip and had such a great experience! Had some great sale items, incredible vintage pieces at great prices and was super cute. Also really appreciated that they limited the number of customers in the store at a time due to the smaller space during the current pandemic - they had plenty of room to spread out while waiting outside and everyone was mindful of how much time they spent in the store to let others shop. Highly recommend.

An amazing shop! So many unique items, and a wide variety as well— from books, to candles, glassware, jewelry, vintage clothing, and kids toys. Welcoming and friendly staff!! They ensure everyone wears a mask and provide hand sanitizer at the door to keep everyone safe. Once, I messaged them about a product that a friend had, and they found one left in stock and held it for me in store! Honestly was one of the best customer experiences ever, I was so happy! Can’t recommend this place enough :)

I love the AUK Market so much (the entire Curia complex is my happy place to be honest). Whenever I am home, the AUK Market is one of the first places I visit. Their selection of vintage housewares is particularly excellent, and the pricing is always very fair. When I was home this summer, I really appreciated their dedication to safety during the pandemic - as a lot of establishments dropped their safety protocols, I always felt safe visiting the Curia complex. I recommend Curia/AUK Market to everyone in Gainesville!

Auk Market is such a interesting, well-curated shop, where I’m always able to find that special gift. It’s also just so fun to walk around and browse - it’s got such a fun vibe! Currently writing this under a blanket I got at the Auk Market :) Drove up to Gainesville from Miami for the first time to enjoy the natural springs in the area. I did not expect to be completely charmed by the town, and the Auk Market was a huge part of it! I was so taken with all the lovely and creative items they have in the space. I felt such good vibes as I shopped around on a rainy day, looking at the local talent. It’s clear that a lot of love goes into each selection. Everything was fairly priced so it was hard not to spend all my money! I’m constantly getting compliments on the things I brought back home with me. Can’t wait to visit again!! Thank you Auk!

The Auk market is on the Curia complex. The owners have made a huge effort to provide Gainesville with a shared space for local makers and creatives to thrive. They host a beautifully curated shop that has everything from vintage decor, handcrafted jewelry, vintage clothing to soaps, masks and beauty products. There is plenty of parking and lots of space to hang outside. They also host monthly pop ups, workshops events. I highly suggest following their social media to stay in the know with everything going on.

The Auk Market is a great local shop where you can find unique and eclectic products that are perfect for gifts or personal use. The staff is very friendly and since Covid-19 started they have find ways to accommodate the clients with online shopping, no contact pick up and wearing mask in the store to keep everyone safe and still be able to shop there comfortably. This store is one of the great things Gainesville has to offer.

One of the best shops in Gainesville for vintage, handmade, local, eclectic, gorgeous goods. I love to shop here for holiday and birthday gifts for my loved ones, but I always manage to find myself a thing or two as well.. 😉 Also, A++ customer service. This shop is truly a Gainesville gem.

Last I checked, it is *illegal* to deny someone from a service due to a disability.Yet, I was told I couldnt be in the shop since I didnt have a mask on. Even after explaining to the clerk that I had a medical issue, in which I could not be wearing a mask.I was told a mask is part of store policy and I couldnt shop there. There were no other alternatives mentioned or provided to me.

I love this whole area. Curia has great coffee and is a delightful place to study or read. The staff is always delightful and friendly. They usually have lots of tasty vegetarian and vegan food. Finally, they have some of the best hours of any coffee cafe in Gainesville.

Love this place. Its eclectic and has numerous nooks and crannies to explore. AUK Market is great for finding unique gifts and that perfect something for your home. Dads Bar always has exciting cocktails and a fun selection of beers. The food truck is delicious. Highly recommend the jackfruit quesadilla or baja tacos. Great for a family pit stop to eat & let the kids run around, or for meeting up with friends.
