The line was crazy. The lady that helped me was good though. She helped me find the perfect bracelet for my daughter for Christmas. She loved it!

They do not close at 7 on Monday. The website says 7, google says 7, but they are not open till 7. They are open till 6pm. They need to either close at 7 or change the information they provide. This isnt the first time Ive wasted gas to come here and they are closed. Very irritating.

Great place to buy gifts and start memories with a loved one . Make great building gifts of love. Can buy charms for occasions or just because.

Celeste! There are so many words to describe her. She is approachable, knowledgeable, friendly, has a contagious smile, kind, understanding, friendly, patient, great listener, empathetic etc. She also remembered what I was in for and was able to show me other options I may like that I had not thought about that were more perfect than what I had in mind. I am very pleased with my purchase for many reasons. She went above and below expectations and exceeded my expectations. She was also very kind in letting my husband and son who had purchased some jewelry from there a few days prior show me what they liked for me. If we asked about something she did not hesitate to show me/us. She did allowed me to process and make the right decision for me that best suited my needs. THANK YOU CELESTE!!! You did an incredible job and I have NEVER had this kind of service at a Pandora store ever. I will definitely come back to this location and hope you are still there for a while to continue to help guide me into my themes and my stories for my 5 bracelets that I have. Great customer service

The worst customer service ever I’m my life!!!!! I will never shop with pandora again online or in store and I’m returning the most recent charms I bought and selling off my bracelet because I don’t even want their products on my skin. Horrible people working for their customer service team every person I got transferred to which was a lot, were all rude and never sent me to someone to make a complaint like I asked. U just lost a loyal customer and I will tell everyone I know to stop shopping with you!!!!!!

My wife has visited this location and worked with Haley and Dara with great success. Today I was with her in searching for a special piece. Haley and Dara were both very helpful in the process. They spent the time to make a customer feel good about the decision. They offered suggestions as well as alternatives. The discussion was efficient yet not rushed. It was nice to see people with deep product knowledge as well as experience with how to make each customer feel unique.

This Pandora should receive nothing but the highest possible rating. Every time I stop in, whether its to just look around or to purchase, I am treated so kindly by the associates. They are welcoming and always have a great attitude. On my last visit, I was helped by two lovely associates, Courtney and Natalie who both made very personal connections and gave me great assistance in picking out my jewelry. Not only did they help me pick out a beautiful piece but Natalie even offered to clean the Pandora rings I wore into the store! Above and beyond customer service.

I recently visited this store with my 11 year old daughter to purchase her a bracelet for her birthday. Natalie was amazing... patient, sweet, helpful... my daughter kept trying different colors and charm combinations and Natalie let her take her time and never once rushed us or made us eel unwelcome. At the end, the rest of the team helped gift wrap the bracelet to make it even more special. Thanks Natalie!

CELESTE. My girl. She is humble and honest. Doesnt oversell or undersell. She is my go-to every time I walk in, and I never walk out feeling defeated. She understands that Pandora pieces are a luxury, and never pressures the customer into making a purchase they are not 100% comfortable with. Frankly, Celeste is the reason I made my first purchase at Pandora, and the reason my boyfriend/family now consider me a regular. All of the girls at Pandora are wonderful! But Celestes patient and humorous nature makes for a truly satisfying experience.

I have always had a great experience at this Pandora location, especially with the store manager. The staff welcomed me, informed me of the current promotions, and let me take the time to choose the right piece for me. While I shopped, they offered to clean the Pandora rings I was currently wearing, and gave me tips on how to keep my jewelry in the best shape possible. Again, great experience and will definitely be coming back.

I dont normally leave reviews. However, my husband bought me a rose gold Brilliant Hearts charm at Christmas time. I wore the bracelet and said charm and it started to get foggy. So I stopped wearing it. I used the cleaning kit that we bought from Pandora, still no better. So then I used half Dawn half water as they suggested, still no better. So I took the charm to the store and asked for help because there was a discoloration inside the charm. So Im hoping they can clean it, and at worst replace it, given the 2 year guarantee. But NOPE, the young lady kept saying there wasnt much she could do, and she would never get credit for the charm so she wouldnt exchange it. She said the credit thing at least a good 6 or 7 times. I left defeated thinking that was a waste of money for that charm. I called the corporate number, and spoke to someone, her concern was not about getting credit for the charm. Instead she ordered a return shipping label and ordered a replacement charm to expedite the process. Moral of the story, dont waste your time going to the store thinking they can help, they wont do it because theyre more afraid of not getting credit than having a client return. Ill never go back to this location, Ill go to Orlando.

In November, my daughter and I made a trip to the Pandora Store in the Mall. I order for me to get around I need my scooter and I have low vision, but I wanted to put a bracelet together that reminds me of the beach, as I am moving to the beach next summer. That day we met Natalie, she was amazing and very patient with me.Over the course of the last seven/eight months, she continues to help. My bracelet has more charms, all gorgeous, this past week I added a locket necklace, it is beautiful and fun picking out charms for the necklace.I highly recommend this store and the employees, especially Natalie.

I had a great experience here while picking out a gift for my girlfriend. I was greeted by Celeste right as I entered, she was great! I had gone into the store one day with my mother and we were mainly just there to look around. Immediately when we walked in we were greeted by Natalie. I always receive great customer care when I visit the store. I worked with Andrea and Michelle recently they were awesome. My concern is the store doesn’t have a machine to clean jewelry. Cleaning jewelry by hand is time consuming and not a good use of your staff time. The time one of them spent cleaning my jewelry by hand could have been spent on a sale.

Came in to exchange a charm bracelet ordered on line. Renzo assisted my husband and I and was very professional and efficient. Not only did we get the bracelet exchanged, but we ended up with 3 new charms (clip, murano bead,and regular bead) for our anniversary. Excellent service and will be back.

I love Pandora to begin with but this store and employees have made it. My friend and I stop by quiet often and we love it. We were in two weeks ago and she got her starter braclet as her and her sisters are starting one. Today she wanted another addition and they had a special. Well it was the best visit yet! Renzo is possibly the best sales associate there and very knowledgeable. Not only giving us tips on everything. This will be the only store we go to and I always tell my friends and family about it.

This store doesnt take returns, ONLY exchanges during the Holiday season. Its a truly pathetic policy that is not consistent across the state. I purchase from Pandora quite often but will never purchase from this location again.

I came into Pandora and was immediately greeted. I received help from Renzo and he was amazing!! I needed to get my Pandora bracelet resized and he found a fit for me. Unfortunately it wasnt in stock but I was able to order one. Renzo gave me a lot of suggestions for my bracelet. He told me about the clips I needed for my bracelet (which I did buy), and even showed me his bracelets. He was very funny and personable. I will definitely be a returning customer to Pandora. Ask for Renzo if you need anything!!
