The cashier was very friendly. She greeted every customer and offered help as needed without being overbearing or intrusive.The store is open 24 hours and looks dilapidated and abandoned on the outside, but it is organized well and clean on the inside, as there is a bottle of hand sanitizer at the entrance, which I was asked to use upon entry.The store has a NO RETURN policy, which is disclosed by a sign at the front register and the cashier verbalizes (and opens the box to ensure condition) before finalizing the transaction.This place has a wide variety of items, including toys, dolls, garments, and DVDs, although I will say the DVDs are quite expensive ($35 and up) considering DVDs are a soon-to-be-obsolete media source.When I first entered I was expecting a 1-star experience. The cashier is the main reason I left with a 4-star experience.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I can only tell you what my experience was and how I feel about this place.I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!! I feel My products were so old that they either didn’t work when I got them home or fell apart from dry rot!!ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE!!My experience with management was horrible!! If they rely on me buying anything again they will be out of business! Hopefully that happens soon!!

The lady working was high on something or drunk and wasnt able to comprehend much...it was awkward. Lol small selection with way to high of prices for items much cheaper for the exact same thing elsewhere.

Well from first hand experience they do pricegouge thats the only way they can stay in business Where else can you get a 3 scene movie with ads from the 1 900# days for the mere price of a videotape in 1985. Seriously their parking lot is always empty.Wonder why?

Not a pleasant experience. They make me check my purse took my ID when I came in. That made me feel uncomfortable and a bit insulted. Then I was looking and about to buy something for around $100, I asked if I may use their restroom. ( I have a very small bladder) They denied me. So I did not continue with my purchase and they lost out on a sale. Found the item online for $30 cheaper.

So much fun to choose from, my favorite place to go for all of our bedroom needs. (and wants). Affordable, quality products are always in stock and staff has been a pleasure. Being open 24 hours makes for an even better place to go all hours of the night/day.

I havent been to the store yet and I already feel uncomfortable about going I called to see if they had what I wanted the gentleman said they had the product so I asked him how much for the product he said unfortunately he couldnt discuss that over the phone then I asked him what does the prices range from he said unfortunately that falls under the same question. I read other reviews about possible price gouging at this store idk how true it is but I dont feel confident about shopping here. Ive never heard of any establishment not discussing prices of products over the phone. I was literally headed that way until I read morenreviews and the complaints seems to be the same so its obvious the store manager or owner havent rectified the situation so before I spend my money with discomfort Im going to pass. Went there today and it wasnt bad. Good selection and prices werent too bad compared to other places. Just my personal opinion, but wish the lady that was working there was maybe a little more out going and welcoming. Little more up beat, make it fun to come into the place. It can be awkward for people to go into a place like this and Im a firm believer one you make them feel welcome and comfortable. But overall not a bad experience. I would go back still.

I went into the store and asked the associate about different kinds of lubes and the associate was Very helpful and knowledgeable. Today I was not allowed to enter the store. The employee took my temperature and it was high. I dont know if they have any knowledge, but the sun increases the heat on the skin and this can increase the temperature of the skin. It seems ridiculous to me since at the same time one of the employees did not even have a mask.Dear owner - Youre wrong. I took my temperature later and it was fine. The temperature her employee took me was wrong. NO EXCUSES

Came to this store and the employee refused me service because I have a bend in my ID because I have had it since I was 16. The employee stated because there was a bend in it that my birthday was unreadable which its clear that you can see. I have never had any problem like this before. I have been purchasing items here for years, but wont be back with this complete disrespect.

Very friendly staff. He knew his product and was able to give great info. He posted himself between me and my male friend and our female friend that was with us. Also was good to show her things. He even let us sample some eatables. Which made my friend mouth numb. So that was really funny to watch. And when we was on our way out he even asked us to come back and them know how well their products worked. I was very satisfied with the store and the service when I left.

I would give less than one star. The workers were so rude to me and I felt as if I was treated like a kid and im sure I was older than the workers that was there. For a first experience it wasn’t worth it at all and they made me very uncomfortable. Hopefully what I got can make up for it

I had such a good time at this store. Some of the friendliest and down to earth staff. They have a no backpack policy which honestly made me feel super safe. Great variety of products. Definitely recommend going to if you’re a newbie.

Great prices, even after it being the only quality shop in town. Staff is friendly, and as helpful as possible. If they had more pet play gear, that would be great. Overall, I always enjoy walking into X-Mart and knowing that I can crack some jokes and relax while shopping for mine & my kittens pleasure.

Absolutely awesome! The staff was friendly and patient. I went in there looking for some handcuffs but ended up buying some restraints that went under my mattress, a ball gag, and some sexy corsets. After I explained what I wanted to do with my husband they gave me options and pulled stuff out for me to look at and made me fell super comfortable telling them what I wanted.

Went here for an essay in my Human Sexuality class. The customer service is great, and the employees are wonderful. I walked in super nervous because I had never stepped foot into a store like this and walked out with a smile on my face because the employees are so friendly.

I would give it a negative star if the option existed. Been going to this shop since they first opened around here never had a problem. I walk-in tonight and get treated like I was a underage teenager tryin to sneak peek. I will take my green cash somewhere else from now on. Used to like this place, even with the high prices. But today I bought a toy and opened it not even 3 hours later and found it had scratches on it and sign that it was definitely handled before being sold to me. I called them and they said they didnt notice anything when they looked at it and that they cant do returns or exchanges due to health violations. I feel like Ive been scammed today as they wont do anything to give me what I paid for. Will just be buying things on amazon from now on.

When I was checking out the guy was checking out the items to make sure that they worked and he managed to get batteries stuck in one of them and then proceeded to hit it against his hand for probably 2-3mins to get the battery out....of course when I get home and we go to use it the darn thing doesnt work it appears that while he was banging on it he knocked a wire loose so sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt and of course they have a no return policy so I am out of luck! I will not be going back any more.

Terrible experience.First staff asks for ID just to enter the shop.When queried staff lies and says it is state law.Selection is meager, store not very nice., price outrageous,As I was about to cash out, same unpleasant ID female clerk demands I go move my pickup with a Trailer which occupied two spots out of a completely empty parking lot, I was the only client there.When I said I was done and would move it as soon as I left, angry woman said :” well then we can’t sell you anything”.Needless to say I left without a purchase.To be avoided!

First let me say that this place has a great selection, and great quality goods. The staff is really friendly. Actually, higher priced items dont tend to be at such a ridiculous markup (usually only $10-20 more than youd get them on Amazon), and considering its open 24/7, Im sure its useful. And Im sorry that I have to give a bad review, but lets get something straight--the prices are horrible. I just wanted a masturbator and the lowest priced one was a Doc Johnson UR3 masturbator for $40, the same one that I could buy on Amazon for $8.99 and something I couldve bought at Spencers Gifts for $12.99. I understand markups but this is ridiculous. Being the ONLY gig in town does not mean you have anything near the best prices. It wouldve been cheaper from me to pay extra shipping through Amazon for a toy thats actually worth $40 to get here tomorrow then it was to buy a toy from Spencers Gifts at a local store, and that was so upsetting I had to give this place a bad review. I went in and was immediately given harsh looks. The lady asked to see my ID so I brought it in and was rejected because it was clipped. My older brother was with me who has low spectrum autism who didnt want to wait in the car alone was yelled at to get out of the store because he wanted to wait in the entrance area while I shopped. Extremely rude people, terrible customer service. Being the only store with products like these around, they really made this a disgusting experience.
