Drove an hour there with our 2 really excited little girls. When we arrive the two young girls working are hiding and sitting on the floor gossiping and not opening the store. When i finally approached them and asked them what was wrong they said they were having “technical difficulties” but when we called corporate they said no one has reported technical difficulties to them and that the girls running it had disconnected the store phone so corporate couldn’t even call them!!! Absolutely disgusting! How could you look at my 2 excited daughters and not even try to fix anything! Don’t waste your time. Drive the extra time to go to the bigger store in Orlando with employees who care!!!

I ordered Flareon online that came in a beat up box, understuffed, threads coming loose, crooked legs, overall looking terrible and I brought it into the store to return it. There were three BABW workers there who were SO kind! They were happy to help me return him but said they thought they could make it right. It was like a plushie hospital because they completely reshaped, restuffed, and fixed Flareon for me. While I was there I also purchased Umbreon and it was carefully and thoughtfully made. I actually left with two gifts when I was worried I was going to have to have zero. The people working went out of their way to be nice and made my day- thank you.

They are so sweet nice people they go above and beyond and are very goid at what they do

Allysa works great with nonverbal kids. She is so patient and the only person I will go to there. Had a wonderful experience for my 2 year Olds 1st time. And many more to come!

I love that they brought back a smaller build-a-bear to this mall! I love taking my little one and letting him pick a baby out and accessories! Hopefully one day they bring a whole store back for the kiddos!

My grandsquirt is turning six and I did a party for she and her 3 cousins. What a great time! Miss Kat is THE most patient human being on the planet. She and Mr. Josh created a fun atmosphere and the girls all had beautiful fuzzy friends to remember the day.

When I got here I was expecting a physical store. I didnt have high hopes, but my daughter had two ripped bears that needed mending. I believe our surgeons name was Dakota, he knew we were from a State with no build a bears and she really wanted them fixed. He was kind helpful and even helped her build another furry friend. When it had a rip in leg and there were no more of toothless he gave it surgery as well. My point is the staff is nothing short of amazing. The one bear is very very special to her.

Adorable. The girl at the stand was really nice, and helped our birthday boy with his bear. The thing that really bummed me out was how much everything costs. I could get a new wardrobe with how much one of these things costs after clothes and accessories.

Great little area with lots of different choices for your kids! It is nice to include your kids in the making of their own special stuffed animal. Staff is friendly and helpful. Happy this is here!

Loved the experience! The two ladies that took care of us were amazing and super attentive to us and our 1 year old. Will definitely go again.

The Great Grand kids enjoyed the experience. One got the birthday bear. The bears arent the expensive part of the experience it is the clothes, shoes etc

They never picked up we called 3 times and waited freaking 20 minutes!

A cool place to take your kid for a reward to watch the bear being made its just plain cool kids would enjoy it

Why are Koalas not real bears?Because they dont meet the Koalafications.
